I am a Pensacola native but have moved out of state for the past 4 years, so I had no idea the wedding scene of Pensacola until I started planning last year during COVID. I was on Instagram searching hair and make up artists and decided I wanted someone who could do both for me, my family and bridal party. I was lucky enough to find Jillian and let me tell you, she was beyond inviting, sweet and beautiful inside and out. From our first interaction via email regarding her prices and up to the big day, she was very quick to reply and answer all of my questions. It was so easy to pay for the invoice - she sends you the link immediately and is flexible in adding or removing any service. I ended up having my hair and make up, mom’s H&M, 3 MOH H&M plus one last minute addition of a wedding guest’s H&M. I wasn’t able to schedule a test run of my hair and make up since I was only home for a few weekends to wedding plan but some would question why I would even hire her without a test run. I just knew she would do an amazing job no matter what. Her photos on IG are great examples of her work - they’re all so naturally beautiful and I love her style. She came to the venue bright and early to work on all of us and she was so natural in her element of getting us all ready! Her warming personality really does settle the nerves for your big day. She listens and suggests things in a very nice way and never felt pressure to do a certain thing. I gave her my “things I don’t really like” and let her do whatever type of makeup she wanted. I truly have never felt SO BEAUTIFUL in my entire life all thanks to her. My makeup was insanely gorgeous and never felt like it was too cakey or too much. It was still glam and not overdone at the same time. My hair was perfectly in place the entire day/night!! I knew I wanted curls that were loose and not too much volume. I don’t know how she does it, but she is damn good at her job. Do not hesitate to reach out now - she is so talented and I hope to use her again for any event that I have in Pensacola or the surrounding areas. Jillian did an AMAZING job on both mine and my 4 bridesmaid's hair and makeup. She and another artist came to the venue and they both were fun and easy-going. They definitely helped take the stress and pressure off of us while we were in their chairs. They both wore masks while working with us, and they were very careful with keeping the instruments they used clean and sanitized for each of us. Our wedding was in FL, but we live in Texas. While planning, we did our engagement photos near the wedding spot, and planned to use it as a trial for photographer, hair, makeup etc. For that my 'trial', I went to a salon... and KNEW i needed to find someone else. My photographer recommended Jillian and I hired her without meeting her... and she blew all expectations out of the water!! Jillian is AMAZING. You will not be disappointed if you hire her. She did the hair and makeup of myself, 3 bridesmaids, and two mothers. Everyone looked fabulous! For my hair and makeup, I really didn't come in with a whole lot of specifics. I knew I wanted a hair vine vs a traditional veil. She took one look at my dress and made ABSOLUTE magic happen. I could have never picked a better person to work with for my hair and makeup on my wedding day. Jillian is professional, extremely savvy about current trends, easygoing, remarkably talented, fun to be with, and has a heart of gold. She made me and my family feel like queens and princesses and the big day, and most importantly, she made us feel at ease. Jillian helped me craft the coolest, most beautiful bridal look for me that worked for my offbeat wedding. However, she also worked beautifully with my MIL, whose tastes are very conservative. I am so glad I hired Jillian to do our hair and makeup for my wedding. I told her I wanted a natural look since I never wear makeup and she did just that. The makeup was so lightweight and I loved it. I did have her go a little heavier on my wedding day (compared to the trial) but it was still a light amount and looked AMAZING. She did the hair and makeup for myself, my maid of honor and my mom. We all looked and felt beautiful. She is such a pleasure to work with and is very quick to respond to questions and concerns. Jillian is absolutely AMAZING!! I just got married down in Orange Beach this past weekend and Jillian did my hair and makeup for the big day. She made me feel like an absolute princess! I have had my hair and makeup done as a bridesmaid many times before and have never been fully satisfied with it - but Jillian's work was unbelievable and was more than I could have ever hoped for. Kelsey Sent on 10/09/2018Jillian was great!! She traveled to the beach and did all of the work at my hotel. She came on Friday for my trial so that I was able to use modified looks for my rehearsal dinner. On my wedding day she did my hair and make up, 5 bridesmaids, MOB, and MOG and was done ahead of schedule. Everyone in my wedding party absolutely loved her and we received multiple compliments on how good we all looked, even after a beach ceremony. I showed her just a few pictures and she was easily able to pull off the look that I wanted. I would definitely recommend using her services!! I wish she would come do my hair and makeup everyday!

She was very flexible with unplanned last minute requests for hair and makeup and got everyone ready on time and very beautifully. My daughter wanted two tattoos covered up on her back and Jillian's knowledge and products made that possible. Thanks again Jillian, Cheers!!

Jillian is THE BEST!
I cannot say enough good things about Jillian! From Day One, she made sure it was the style I had envisioned for my wedding day. I sent her pictures of what I liked, and we set up a trial and worked with me on my hair and make-up. She and another stylist (Haley-- who was also great!) did the hair and make-up for my mom, mother-in-law, 8 bridesmaids and me. They were finished way before the time I requested so we were able to relax before getting ready, and they really tied the styles into everyone's personality so well! Wedding makeup
I absolutely loved working with Jillian. I came across a situation that required a last minute makeup artist and when I called her I had very little hope she would be available. Somehow miraculously she had my wedding date available. I was extremely happy.
The biggest thing for me was making sure I still looked like myself. She absolutely made that happen. She was so friendly and helpful. She even helped me do some last minute setting up for the reception. I would recommend her any day!!!JMUAH! Jillian Jensen Holt MakeUp Artist & Hairstylist's reply:

Chelsea Sent on 03/28/2017Jillian is super talented, flexible, and responds to questions quickly!! I first met Jillian when I booked her to do my make up for my engagement pictures! I knew right away that I wanted to book her for my wedding day as well. She listened carefully and delivered exactly what I wanted in terms of my makeup without me having to give her much direction!!! In fact I'm not the best at conveying what I like when it comes to having my hair and makeup done but Jillian is always spot on!! She is funny and down to earth and I would book her again in a heartbeat!!
