  Amazing Experience and You will find your dream dress

  If I could give more stars I would. This was an amazing experience. I was able to find my dream dress with zero stress. In-house alterations and an amazing selection of dresses. The store itself is luxurious and offers a variety of different accessories. HIghly recommend.

  We love Jaclyn’s!

  Mindy is amazing! Two daughters have purchased their dress from her. She is a fountain of information. All you have to do is ask. Alterations are perfect! Thank you!

  The place to go

  We went here about 2 years ago to get my best friends dress. We had already been to 6 or 7 shops by that point and she hadn't found anything. We were running out of ideas as to were to go, when she looked up places again and this one came up. She found her dream dress here!
  At the end of last year, I had gone dress shopping for myself. This was the second place I chose, mainly because I remembered the amazing dresses and service they had. I looked a quite a few dresses (you've gotta play dress up whenever possible) and found a few that I liked. One of the ladies there had suggested a dress I would never have chosen for myself, and it happened to be the perfect dress!!!! I fell in absolute love with it. I wanted the corseting on the back of the dress (it did not have that originally) and they were able to do it. I'm so excited to get to wear it!!
  It is a cute little shop with amazing dresses, service, and genuine care for their clients!!! I'm so happy we had come here for my best friend and now me!!! I have directed many people to this shop and will continue to do so.

  Minday and her staff are GREAT!

  This was my fourth stop for wedding dresses before i found THE DRESS. It was really hard to find a dress that i LOVED and within the price range i wanted. All shops kept telling me i will have to pay a rush fee to get my dress in time for my wedding in December 2019. However, Mindy told me NOT to worry about it. They put my order in on a Thursday and i received a Text that my dress had arrived the following Tuesday!!! AMAZING!

  Stunning Dresses!

  After doing tons of research, I found Jaclyn's Bridal on theknot.com. They had the style of dress I was looking for and the budget. My dress was PERFECT. The owner is absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating when it comes to alterations, timing, etc. You will not be disappointed going to this bridal shop. It's the first and last shop I entered. It's small, cute, and very intimate.

  I found my stunning wedding dress at Jaclyn’s Bridal. I purchased it sight unseen eleven months prior to my wedding date. Mindy was very helpful and responsive during the process and ensured that my dress arrived in plenty of time for my bridal portraits and wedding. She went above and beyond and allowed me to have my bridal portraits taken in her boutique. If you are looking for a gorgeous and unique dress, Jaclyn’s Bridal is the perfect destination!!

  If I could give Jaclyn’s Bridal more stars, I would. I had the ideal experience with choosing, sizing and making arrangements for my wedding dress. They have a beautiful selection and their new location is fantastic. The staff was attentive, honest and bent over backwards to help me out. I live over thirty minutes away and they were so accommodating with my fittings. If you are having a destination wedding, they cater to your every request. Thank you, Mindy, and all the ladies at Jaclyn’s Bridal for giving me such an enjoyable bridal experience!

  I visited Jaclyn's this past weekend. What a great experience! Cary and Audrey are incredibly helpful - especially with ideas to "spice up" your dress. Prices are quite reasonable, dresses are clean (unlike other places), and the staff is friendly. I didn't end up getting my dress here, but I would definitely recommend Jaclyn's to anyone.

  Jaclyn’s Bridal was the first stop out of four on my hunt for "the dress". I have to say it was absolutely the best in terms of service, selection (for my taste anyway - I found 3 amazing gowns in one hour!), and warm consideration. I was afraid that my budget was going to get me sneered out of some places (and it definitely did in some other shops that I won't name), but I always felt like I was treated with respect and my best interests was always paramount. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. What a great experience!

  I had already purchased my wedding dress when I went to Jaclyn's bridal so came here to look at the bridesmaid dresses. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. The customer service is beyond excellent. I had to have one dress sent to Ohio and they sent it for me at a great price and even called me to leave a message regarding the tracking number. They had a great selection of colors and styles. So happy with my purchase. My bridesmaids looked absolutely gorgeous.

  Mindy was great to work with. She helped me customize my dress, making several alterations in order to achieve the style I wanted. She was easy to work with, reliable and a great value. I would recommend her shop for both the dress and the alterations. She also rents acces sories which is super helpful.

  Jaclyn’s Bridal is a great dress shop. Mindy, the owner, worked with me and got me my dream dress. She has a great eye and they also do alterations there as well. Definite must check out. Shop is across from South Coast Plaza mall.

  I am a definite fan of Jaclyn’s Bridal! The Customer Service is amazing!! Connie was the person that helped me find my dream dress. Without her I would have been stuck in a frenzy of ruffles and lace. They have "the" dress for you!!

  This was the first and only dress shop I went to! Mindy, the owner, helped me every step of the way, and took care of me the whole time! I loved my dress and my bridesmaid dresses and everything came out perfectly (including all alterations and timing!)!!! And I love your new website!!

  I loved going to Jaclyn’s Bridal because it was relaxed and Mindy allowed me to pick out the dresses I wanted to try. I prefer that over having someone bringing you tons of dresses that you know from looking at aren't your style. I found my dress here and at a great price!
