  My husband secretly worked with Jennifer to design an engagement ring that I couldn't be happier with. Initially I had to have some adjustments made and she was prompt and more than accomodating. After over 10 years of marriage I still love it and get compliments regularly. I welcome another piece anytime!

  Jen makes some of the most gorgeous pieces of jewelry you could imagine. She is much more than a jeweler...she's an artist. By really listening to the vision, she creates a detailed sketch that captures exactly what you are looking for but can't describe. Not having a "cookie cutter" ring but one that was custom created just for me is pretty special.

  I recommend J Briggs & Co to everyone I know looking for a jewelry designer. Jen is incredible to work with. Her designs are beautiful, incredibly detailed, unique and absolutely gorgeous and she is so kind and wonderful to work with. Jen provides CAD drawings of the design so you get a true feel for what the finished piece will look like and it ends up looking exactly like the drawing. She will work with you until your creation is exactly what you have dreamed of!

  I was recommended to Jen through a family friend. My fiance and I are from Pittsburgh and Jen was super accommodating while designing a perfect ring even though we were not in the same city as her. She was able to make me a custom ring that was exactly what I wanted. Jen made every aspect of the process painless. Designing, shipping and paying were all super easy and there were never any problems. Highly Recommended!!

  Jenn turned a pair of plain pearl earrings into a dazzling but classic daily heirloom, complete with "secret" family engravings. I'll be so happy to hand these down to my own daughter on her wedding day.

  Jen is a top notch designer as well as jeweler. I worked with her for both my wife's engagement ring and our wedding bands. Jen produced a phenomenal, unique, set of rings that exceeded my expectations in both quality and value.
  
  Blending classic designs with a modern approach, she uses a combination of in-person meetings and online tools to arrive at a perfect design for you. She is very client focused and offered multiple designs that were both creative, distinct, timeless, and most importantly, true to my intent.
  
  Skip the blue box, and create a future heirloom with a custom piece from Jen - it will mean much more to her, and you'll have more left for the honeymoon!

I was devastated and really thought I could never find another ring that could replace it. Jen worked with me to replace that ring with a custom designed piece that is so beautiful. She worked hand in hand with me all the way through - from helping me to pick out the perfect diamond to providing computer renderings of different designs that I could view anytime/anywhere. Jen was incredibly helpful and creative. My experience was outstanding.
