  Wonderful customer service!

  Super helpful & accomodating when we had last minute changes with the weather and possibly needed a back-up plan! Super appreciative with their customer service and responsiveness!

  Chelsea at Illusions was helpful, flexible, responsive, and professional! She helped smooth out any issues or concerns we had and did everything she could to make our wedding day easier. From start to beginning, Chelsea exceeded our expectations. We loved everything we ordered through Illusions and were very happy with it all!!!

  Chelsea @ Illusions Rentals & Designs was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and flexible. I met her at one of the bridal shows and made an appointment at the gallery. I needed to rent a few items like small pieces of furniture, champagne glasses, linens, etc. and Illusions had a good, wide selection of items to choose from. Overall great quality for the price, and really added some nice touches overall to our wedding. Pickup and return of the items was easy too. I'd definitely recommend them for all types of events, small or big weddings.

  We worked with the Illusions office in Austin. They provided sheering/decoration of venue dance area, linens, vases and florals. They also provided a connection to a lighting company that provided uplights, monogram and dance lighting. The staff at Illusions was fantastic! We met with them several times. They worked very hard to create the vision and atmosphere that was desired. The venue was totally transformed thru their work. The florals were fantastic! The floweres that Mathew designed really added to how beautiful the ceremony area looked. Our family and friends were amazed. Michele and Mathew were the staff that we worked with. They stood by us no matter what happeded, worked very hard and helped through every detail. I would defintely recommend and work with them again.

  Unprofessional driving

  11/7/2023 Your company truck SWJ-7284 nearly hit my small car with my 9 year old in it. You were less than ONE inch away from me suing your company. Driver was on his phone! He stopped right on time before rear ending me and my family. Owner please watch who you hire

  I've been ghosted!

  Illusions was recommended by friends who used them for their entire wedding. I spoke with their coordinator (Chelsea) and have been expecting a quote. However, after repeated calls, messages, and emails, I've not ever received the quote and NO ONE has reached out to me. Today, I decided to give them one more try and the receptionist said she would put me through to a different coordinator (Michelle). Voicemail never came on. I am through and will do business elsewhere as I do not have any confidence in this company.
