  Unbelievably helpful throughout the entire step of the process, we actually could not have planned our wedding day without the assistance of Rebecca. She is so thoughtful to every detail and really provided a much needed sense of organization, perspective, and calm in the midst of the planning process. She is extremely responsive throughout the planning process and really ensures that ideas are executed to perfection. On the day of the wedding she was integral to ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of the entire ceremony, vendors were coordinated and organized, and guests were always having a great time. Her passion for her work really shines through and made our wedding day truly wonderful. We couldn't ask for anyone better. Thank you!

  I can't recommend Stacey enough!!! We hired her for the partial package (worked
  with her for about 8 months) and it made planning our May 2015 backyard wedding
  enjoyable and beautiful! We received SO many compliments by vendors, family, and
  friends about how great she was to work with! Stacey is extremely organized,
  hard working, honest, genuinely concerned about carrying out your vision within
  your budget, and responds quickly to every question and concern! She worked so
  hard to help us have the most beautiful and memorable day!
  Every vendor recommendation that Stacey provided us with was amazing! I
  definitely can't say enough great things about Stacey and the service that she

  One of the best decisions I made for my wedding was hiring Rebecca as my coordinator. As soon as my fiance and I met her we knew she would be a perfect fit. It is obvious that she truly enjoys what she does, and that she cares about each bride she works with. Rebecca was always quick to respond to emails with ideas and suggestions. She also sent over monthly checklists to keep me on track. My wedding had many different vendors, some of which had never worked at the venue. Rebecca made sure they were all on schedule, and that everything ran smoothly. Rebecca was there throughout the night to handle any issue or request that came up, and she stayed until the very end to make sure everything was packed up and final payments were made. She did all of this with a smile, and totally calm attitude. At one point we were running low on wine and her husband went out and bought more for us! There is seriously nothing this girl can't handle! Rebecca helped make my wedding day perfect and I don't know what I would have done without her!

  I am so glad that I decided to go with Icing on the Cake Events. Rebecca was awesome and really helped to put me at ease. Even with the small set backs we had she still made it all come together. I had an awesome day and I know I couldn't have done it without her!

  Thank you Rebecca for making our entire day worry free! From the moment I met with Rebecca I knew that we shared the same thoughts for my wedding. she was so organized and kept me on track sending monthly todo lists items for us to tackle. On the day of the wedding I was able to let my hair down and relax knowing that everything was more than taken care of. Best wedding planner in the NoVA area hands down.

  Rebecca helped me to plan my wedding this month. The only thing that I wish I would have done was hired her sooner! From the moment that we met with and hired Rebecca we felt at ease. On our wedding day everything went perfectly and smoothly (or at least we didn't know otherwise - which is how it's suppose to be right!) She was amazing and we were so fortunate to find her.

  Rebecca is amazing. I found her in Northern Virginia magazine and after talking with 4 other well-known wedding planners in the area, I had no questions that she was the one! Rebecca is very professional and organized, and made excellent recommendations to me for wedding vendors (I used her partial planning services). She was always available and responded to me within 1-2 days of any questions that I had. Rebecca was also very flexible with scheduling meetings and easily calmed me down whenever I felt overwhelmed or stressed. About 2 weeks before the wedding, she put together a detailed timeline and contacted all of my vendors to confirm their services and give them the timeline. On the day of, she set everything up, helped the vendors, and made sure we stuck to the timeline. Not only was everything set up exactly the way that I had imagined on my wedding day, but I never heard of one single problem. I'm sure that there were problems, but I was very grateful not to have to hear of them! My vendors and guests of the wedding even commented about how much they loved working with Rebecca! Thanks to Rebecca, everything went perfectly and I will always have the best memories of my wedding day.

  Rebecca was a mother of the bride's dream come true as she excels in her service and goes above and beyond . She was always very quick to reply to questions, concerns and anything that came up. Her outgoing personality and friendly manner made her very easy to work with and put everyone at ease, We were very fortunate to have her as part of our daughter's wedding.

  I used Icing on the Cake Event's Partial Planning Service and am very impressed and happy with the partial planning services of our wedding planner, Rebecca. Rebecca seriously is the best planner in the DC area. Rebecca is very knowledgeable about wedding planning, extremely professional, and will make sure that whatever needs to happen for your wedding will get done perfectly. Rebecca is someone that you would want to have working behind the scenes of your wedding if you want to be stress-free.
  
  We had an elegant, rustic, garden wedding in the DC area on a tight budget that was gorgeous and all of the guests raved about as one of the best weddings they have ever attended--Rebecca gets a lot credit for making this happen.
  
  We were able to enjoy our wedding and we did not have to worry about any of the details or problems on the day of the wedding.
  
  You really should hire Rebecca asap to plan your wedding. I searched and interviewed many planners in the DC area and no one came close to Rebecca's services. She has a great wedding style and I would not trust anyone else with such an important event. Rebecca truly loves planning weddings and it shows.

  Rebecca has been helping to plan my wedding and I have to say that since we hired her my stress level has been non-existent and planning the wedding has actually been enjoyable. She has helped me do everything from find the venue to design my wedding bouquet and even attended my dress fitting when none of my bridesmaids could made it.
  
  During our wedding Rebecca didn't skip a beat, she was on top of everything and made sure that each detail was taken care of. I truly don't know what we would have done without her there. It rained as we were leaving the ceremony and her quick thinking of directing guests to the terrace made things flow smoothly!
  
  She is a true sweetheart and so great and very personal with what she does. I highly recommend using her, she's been worth every penny!

  Rebecca is great! I became connected with her through my sister-in-law and was so glad that I did! I was really worried about who would be op top of things the day of our reception, and she eased all my worries. I didn't feel like I had to check anything - I could just enjoy the day! Rebecca is so easy to work with and she kept me on pace making sure I was ready for the big day.

  I worked with Icing On the Cake Events when Rebecca did our day of coordination for our wedding! Rebecca is so organized and GREAT with people, so both our guests and our vendors really liked working with her! We had quite a large wedding party to manage at the rehearsal dinner, and she did a terrific job of herding the many cats, as I like to call it.
  
  Most importantly, she is the sweetest spirit and really made me feel at ease as the bride. Her communication was great, with quick response times, just a text, call or email away if I had a detail to run past her. I knew she was taking care of everything, so I was able to relax and enjoy the day. Several people remarked that I seemed amazingly calm that day, so I know that this is in large part to the complete and total confidence I had in Rebecca :) Love her!!!

  Rebekka did a fabulous job of helping my daughter-in-law plan her wedding. The day of the wedding went smoothly, with no major problems. Everyone was where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be there. I highly recommend Icing on the Cake Events.
