We are extremely happy we chose the Hyatt in Richardson, TX as our reception venue. Claudia Trejo, our hotel coordinator, did a superb job in having the ballroom and food service prepared in such a way that we received and are continuing to receive raves about from guests in attendance. The ballroom looked great and food was delicious. Claudia was very helpful and responsive answering our numerous questions and making suggestions and referrals as we planned to make this event a joyous occasion. It was!!!Sent on 03/19/2015

Claudia Trejo was absolutely perfect! After visiting various venues for my wedding reception, we felt very good about this selection. She worked with us and gave us some additional choices to make our day special. And the room that was provided to us the night after the wedding was awesome. The food was great, the ballroom is elegant and the staff was courteous to our guests.
I have to say that the hotel coordinator, Claudia Trejo, is nothing short of amazing! She was such a joy to work with and made the entire process as stress-free and fun as possible. She was always responsive to our many questions and revisions; as well as, doing it all with a smile! She made great recommendations for vendors, which we ended up using; and gave us great advise to the set-up of the ballroom. She worked seamlessly with our vendors and made sure things went on without a hitch! I can't thank Claudia enough for really being an instrumental part of how great our wedding day turned out!

I was impressed with Hyatt regency north dallas venue. I was especially impressed with their presidential and suites that were available for us. The rooms and banquet hall were both very clean, the staff was very helpful. We hosted a very large event ( Over 300 Guests) and I cannot find one complaint. Our event coordinator Claudia was exceptionally FANTASTIC. We loved working with her. She made our event run so smooth, we hardly noticed any problems. This venue is a great place to have any event, our pictures came out beautiful in the hotel lobby and we were very impressed!! Would highly recommend this venue to anyone.Sent on 09/10/2013

Causha and the whole wedding team were great. Flexible, professional, beautiful venue, wonderful tasting. Stellar experience from beginning to end. They couldnt have made it more fluid.Sent on 03/15/2013
Only complaint is that the open bar was placed outside the ballroom, when we had specifically discussed it's location inside our reception venue (and I didnt find out about this until I walked into my reception on the day of the wedding). The appetizers weren't enough for our 150 guests and the waiters didnt walk through the crowd, just stayed by the kitchen so people had to go up to them.
Other than those minor things, the entire experience was great! Would do it again :)

The reception was absolutely amazing! Great room, and staff/servers did a great job. Claudia, our coordinator was very helpful. Though it was hard to get a hold of her at times, she had great ideas and was on top of all the details once the day came.Sent on 06/07/2015
