    When we booked the venue, we just had ideas of it from pictures, we were planning a destination wedding. We visited it once we got to Miami and fell in love with the place and everything Brooke had planned for us.
    Brooke made everything so easy! She helped us plan the entire event, she even suggested some of the vendors and it all was amazing!
    I can't image having a better wedding, everything we asked for we got.
    The place where we held the ceremony looked beautiful! And the reception even better! Our guests were so amazed by everything, the food, the service, everything!
    Great place to hold your event!

    I booked a large room block at the Hyatt Regency Miami for my numerous out of town guests.
    The group rate coordinator Patricia Pautynsky was such a sweetheart!!!
    She answered all my family members questions (including my grandmother who called her several times with little worries), and she made sure they had rooms with great views.
    My mother stayed there and said the service at the Hyatt was amazing!
    Thanks for the help- making that part of the wedding coordinating go so smoothly!!

    Amazing Weekend:)

    It was a pleasure staying at the Hyatt for our wedding. Ana was a pleasure to work with. She made sure to not only give us the best rate but was very attentive to detail and made sure everything ran smoothly -room booking, extra necessities in the bridal suite, location of rooms, wedding bags. Her response time to emails was excellent. Front desk staff was very welcoming and made sure everyones needs were taken care of. We did an after party which was a HUGE hit- organized by Daphne. Can't beat karaoke , drinks, and midnight bites to end a fabulous wedding. Great weekend and no one will regret booking their hotel block here.

    The hotel was an exceptional find for us since we had such a large wedding. Our catering manager was amazing and helped us in every way possible.

    We stayed here our first night, before getting on a cruise.
    When we arrived, our room was not ready yet, so they moved us into a bigger room! (My husband had reserved a suite...and somehow we got an even bigger room) We had 2 balcony's overlooking downtown Miami and the harbor.
    Our floor had a complementary buffet-style snack and drink bar in the evening and served buffet-style breakfast the next morning.
    I loved the Hotel. I would go back in a second. (Rarely do I say that about a Hotel...)
