The Wow Factor
This amazing trio added just the “wow” element we wanted for our wedding reception at the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center. The upbeat and unique genre of jazz music got guests grooving and feeling at ease, at just the right volume. Keven was professional from day one when we first reached out. Having this band to help us celebrate was one of the best decisions we made! I book performers as backyard events as part of The Open Studio, a non-profit in Englewood, FL. I've had Hot Club of SRQ twice this (3-month) season. Both times, their performances were flawless. They are very easy to deal with. Keven Aland and company are true professionals. Their playlist is extensive, and covers a wide selection of music. Everyone who has attended their performances has been taken by the "vibe" of both the music and the musicians as well. Very approachable, entertaining. I highly recommend them, not just for weddings, but for any event where their style of music is appropriate.I book performers as backyard events as part of The Open Studio, a non-profit in Englewood, FL. I hired Aland Music to play Gypsy. They are very accomplished and very talented musicians. To top it off, they play with soul; they are not mere technicians. They truly made our event very special. The Hot Club of SRQ was the best decision we made in the entire wedding planning process. I am a programming manager at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts in Tampa, FL. I book and work with world class artists and entertainment companies almost every day. The Hot Club of SRQ are no exception. These are truly world class musicians who also happen to be professional, punctual, and a bunch of truly pleasant gentlemen.
