Can't beat the price, $150. Built in bench seating with back support. Ample parking. Electricity available. Pretty, but a bit more desolate looking than I would have expected. Planned on getting married there in October at 4pm so it wouldn't be too dark and cold. But the way the seats are set up, the setting sun would have been in the guests eyes. That is if there hadn't been a Nor'easter the day we married and we had to change locations all together. We got our security deposit back right away, but basically had to treat the $150 as a donation to the town. I am sure it is beautiful in the summer with all of the wild roses! We ended up at the Meetinghouse run by the Historical Society of Wells and Ogunquit. They were great!

Owned by the Town of Wells; the value is great. For $150 we were able to rent the gazebo for four hours. This was the perfect outdoor beautiful venue by the ocean with plenty of seating and parking and affordable! If you are looking for a beautiful place to have your wedding ceremony near the ocean in Southern Maine, this is a great spot. Saturday evenings in the summer there are concerts at this gazebo so summer saturday nights are out, but the town is very helpful and willing to work with you. Contact the town office for info.
