  Bridal Shower

  I worked with Sara Starr in setting up a bridal shower for a family member. We discussed my thoughts and ideas and she listened and made suggestions. Everything came out wonderfully and the bride was extremely happy. We received nothing but positive remarks about the room setup, the food and the facilities. I would use the facility again and I would definitely recommend it to others.

  Perry wedding

  Sara was a delight to work with! She did an amazing job at being attentive and helpful with our wants and needs. Couldn’t of asked for a better experience.

  Wedding Reception AWESOME!!

  The staff and management were easy to work with, understanding and met our needs in every aspect. Food was delicious and the room was decorated beautifully for us. We were very impressed with this venue. Our guest still talk about it.

  Worked with Selena very accommodating and professional. She is easy to reach when you need her. Hotel comes with decorations so no need to spend extra money on it.

  Could not say enough good things about this place. They even hooked us up with a jacuzzi on our wedding night for the same price as everyone else was paying. The breakfast buffet is on point with the options they have and they even gave us a late night check in which put so much stress off of our shoulders. Would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about a place to stay.

  This place was amazing! I had hardly any work I had to put in and they were so patient and flexible with us! Annie was on top of everything and really sweet. Her assistant was awesome as well, but ai didn't work with her as much. The food was great, the staff was professional and helped to clean up, and they even gave us a room that morning to open gifts. So so happy we went with them!!!

  Our wedding day

  I would definitely recommend from overall experience. Our event coordinator was awesome, accomodating, flexible, and willing to help us out with ANYTHING! Everything leading up to was great and what we wanted. They worked with us on room situations. She made sure that everything was set up for our day to be a success. The set up of the room was great and timely, everything was available for us to complete setup and when it came time to close up they helped out with this.
  
  Now the downfall of the night/stay was that the bridal suite had stain and such on walls and the bathroom door didnt close. The staff during the reception was rude and picking up plates/drinks prior to our guests finishing. The night staff yelled at some of our guests for needing to get to their rooms because of being loud but showing very little professionalism.
  
  Overall though the night was what we wanted and it came together nicely. I will give Serena kudos as she was amazing.....just wish she could have been there!! 🤗

  Wedding nightmare

  It’s been 2 months I’m still waiting for an apology from the owner who came in 27 minutes after the buffet started with a big to go container to take food we paid for the photographer asked what she was doing no one there working would stop her because they were scared of her, they claim it has never happened before but I think she just hasn’t been caught before. there were no plates or silverware for the cake, they said they provided all of that at the beginning, they didn’t have enough alcohol after an hour they were out of beer n mixed drinks, They charged for 3 people to be there there were only 2 people working at the reception. we can’t turn the lights down at all I have never been to a wedding reception that the lights can’t be dimmed. I would never recommend a wedding reception at holiday inn Ameristar.
