The fairy godmother of weddings
Maria is exemplary! We had our wedding at a private orchard/ vineyard, which means we had to get creative with setting up our space to be ready to host a wedding. From the beginning, Maria's experience and precision was evident. She helped me execute a timeline that really was considerate to details I wouldn't have thought of on my own. She also is just generally a reassuring presence to have on your day, carrying herself with calm and confidence and anticipating what needs to be done well in advance of any "issue" arising. To illustrate her commitment to excellence, my dad and I used a golf cart to transport over to the ceremony space. When it was getting time for me to walk down the aisle, we had trouble getting the golf cart started and I could see Maria sprinting over in preparation to help us. In the end, none of the guests knew I was "late" to my ceremony. My experience with Maria was so delightful that I will be hiring her for a bigger reception we are hosting later this year. Thank you Maria for your commitment to excellence!Maria is exemplary! She made sure everything was perfect for my husband and I’s big day. She went above and beyond. I love her personality, passion for her clients and her organizational skills. Maria is the Gem!
I cannot recommend Maria/Hidden Gem Events enough! From start to finish, she was an absolute dream to work with. She was so easy to communicate with and always responded promptly to any questions we had. She created a detailed timeline for our wedding day and made sure everything ran perfectly according to plan.
On the day of, she blended in so seamlessly — you would’ve thought she was part of the family or a close friend! I didn’t have to worry about a single thing, because I knew she had everything handled. If any problems came up, she took care of them flawlessly (and I probably never even knew!). Having her there gave me so much peace of mind and allowed me to truly enjoy the day.
If you’re considering hiring a day-of coordinator, don’t think twice — Maria is incredible!

My Daughter's Wedding
Maria did an excellent job as wedding coordinator for my daughter's wedding. She was very professional in her dealings with the venue and all the vendors. She also was very responsive to questions and calls. She is very detailed oriented and kept a detailed schedule for the wedding party and the vendors. On the day of the ceremony, Maria was there early and remained until everything was completed and cleaned up. I would recommend her as a wedding planner or a planner for any event!

I had SUCH anxiety about my wedding day regarding the timing, vendors, and every last minute odd and end that I'm sure most brides do. Maria put my mind at ease by drafting up a detailed step by step itinerary that put my mind at ease and I was able to thoroughly enjoy my most memorable day! She coordinated all of the schedules and details with each and every vendor and any issues that arose on the wedding day she handled and I wasn't even aware there had been an issue that she has already resolved!
