Heathrow Country Club Wedding

Our experience at Heathrow Country Club exceeded all expectations, and we cannot thank the staff enough for helping to create such a magical and unforgettable evening for our family and friends. We will always hold Heathrow Country Club in the highest regard as a major part of the memories of our daughter’s special day.

Our guests were equally impressed and have been raving about the event from the beautifully arranged tables to the seamless coordination of the evening’s festivities. Many have commented on the exquisite menu and the impeccable timing of the service, which allowed them to fully enjoy the celebration without a worry. I was impressed that I could smoothly cut my steak with a regular dinner knife. It was first class dining.

We were also deeply impressed by the flexibility and understanding of your team in navigating the challenges posed by the unfortunate rain that brought the ceremony inside. Your commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests did not go unnoticed, and we felt confident and reassured knowing that we were in capable hands.

The venue is breathtaking however it's the top-notch staff who made the events so memorable

I can't emphasize it enough how lovely Toni and her staff was to work with! From the initial decision choosing the venue all the way throughout to the events, I always felt at ease. The planning process and communication always went very smoothly and kudos to Toni for always being responsive and accommodating our countless needs! She provided the golf carts for our shoot and was kind enough to ensure Bride is getting the sneak peak of Groom and family as they enter :D
I couldn't be more happier with how the events came to fruition AND I cannot recommend the venue enough to accommodate for any wedding or reception events, they specialize in delivering the best!

Perfect & Stress Free Wedding

What could have been an absolute nightmare switching a planned wedding from Washington, DC (due to Covid restrictions) to Florida turned into the easiest of tasks. Toni at Heathrow did everything from having recommendations on the best vendors to ensuring that everything went smoothly so that we were able to actually enjoy my daughter’s special day. So nice to have been able to enjoy a stress free day. Thank you, Toni!

Best Venue

We love the service Legacy has provided for all our family events. Toni is very easy to work with and legitimately cares about detail and ensuring all goes well. She has always been so helpful and is always on point with suggestions. Legacy/Toni has done 5 events for us and we have always been pleased and the food has always been amazing every time.

Genuine, kind and attentive staff. Great food!

Toni and her staff were amazing! From the moment we met in person at a wedding expo until after the wedding they gave us the same treatment and attention. Very thoughtful and professional. They help us with coordination, vendors and more. Highly recommend them.

Could not ask for more receptive vensor team.

We just had our daughter's wedding reception at the Heathrow Country club. From start to finish it was smooth sailing and painless - especially since I just dealt with another country club in south Florida last month and that was a nightmare. Toni the manager was easy to work with, professional, flexible, willing to try new ideas - open-minded, had many good suggestions, and was personally on-site the whole evening. The staff was great, professional, and responded to all our last-minute needs - fantastic crew. The club itself is a hidden gem in the North Orlando area, that many people still dont know after all these years.

We just had our daughter's wedding reception at the Heathrow Country club. Wanted to share such a great experience having my daughter's bridal shower and baby shower at Heathrow! A big thank you to Toni Curlin and her team who were all so fabulous in coordinating the delicious menu and tending to our guests! The team at Heathrow Country Club did a fantastic job for us. Toni and the team went over and above to make sure that every detail was covered and exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing as well. Biggest filet and lobster tail I think we have ever seen. You can't go wrong with Heathrow and Toni is a true professional.

Heathrow Country Club, and Toni Curlin & her team are absolutely amazing. They clearly made a lasting impression on my (now) husband and I, as we had our engagement party there and came back for our wedding festivities 3 years later! Brides are always worried about their special day going wrong - I can assure you, my day went off without a hitch! My photos are beautiful thanks to the natural beauty of the golf course. I'll definitely be back for any future celebrations and highly recommend this venue for any type of celebration!

We had our wedding reception at the Heathrow Country Club in the Main Dining Room and it was beautiful! The high ceilings gave it the extra touch. We also received great feedback about the food. Toni Curlin was always available for questions throughout the planning process and was very helpful even up to the day of. Our photographer, Lilliam Yambo Photography and videographer, Treasured Moments Video Productions were able to capture some great moments to look back and remember. The whole day was just amazing! - The Montalvos

Working with Toni at The Heathrow Country Club was the absolute best decision I could have made for my wedding. From the very beginning Toni was beyond hands-on and truly made my wedding a dream. Physician Holiday Party was amazing!

We hosted our physician holiday party in the Grill Restaurant on the first level and Toni and her staff helped us transform the room into a winter wonderland! They worked with me to create a wonderful evening with delicious hors d'oeuvres and a smores dessert bar. Toni and Erin were very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend the Heathrow Country Club! We have already booked our event for December 2020!

The venue itself is gorgeous and gives you a perfect backdrop for photos. The food was spectacular... guests are still raving about it! All of the staff, food, and service was fantastic! Everyone was so kind and attentive to us all day. Toni, the head of events was there with us throughout the entire process and made sure everything went smoothly. She made sure all of our requests were taken care of. If you’re considering having your wedding or event at Heathrow Country Club I would definitely recommend it!

Gorgeous, intimate wedding! Thank you Toni!

Toni Curlin and her team at Heathrow Country Club helped bring into reality the intimate wedding of our dreams. We were married at sunset on the club terrace and dined in the splendor of a candlelit room with vaulted, beamed ceilings, a gorgeous fireplace, and an exquisite king's table overflowing with white blossoms and exquisite food. Toni's recommendations were invaluable to us. The service was perfect from top to tail. We highly recommend.

Amazing - Exceeded all Expectations!

From the moment that I sent in a request for the date and the immediate response I received to the actual event, everything was amazing. Toni, the venue coordinator, was flexible, professional and went above and beyond. The food was realy great for both the rehearsal dinner and wedding, the staff was courteous and the venue itself was in a beautiful setting with lots of photo ops. All in all, it exceeded expectations!

Beautiful venue!

We had an awesome experience with Heathrow Country Club! Toni was a huge asset from day 1- as we were planning this wedding from out of state. She was incredibly responsive and super helpful!!! We couldn’t ask for a better coordinator!

Our wedding was about 70 guests so we chose the dining room, which was beautiful and allowed for some outdoor terrace time during cocktail hour. It was the perfect size, and certainly accommodated our dinner as well as dance party!!! Having the bar room to the side was also great, as it gave people a moment to break off. We got a lot of compliments on the food, and the bartenders kept things flowing!!! Overall, we could not imagine choosing another venue- we were extremely pleased with HCC and incredibly grateful to Toni and the staff for helping with our special day!

My fairy tale-princess-Beauty and the Beast themed-rose colored-magical wedding became a reality in large part due to Toni Curlin and Heathrow Country Club. I am forever grateful for the dedication, time, heart, fun, hard work, ideas, and love Toni put into our special day. Despite 130 guests, I was such a peaceful bride knowing that Toni and the venue have been wedding specialists for many, many years.
