  Amazing food and service

  Mark and his team were probably the most responsive of vendors throughout the process. And their food is excellent! We had so many compliments on the food and they were awesome with all our planning meetings and countless emails that we had with them. Their bar staff did signature cocktails and acoomodated our venues alcohol/bar rules easily. The catering team also accomodated over 15 guests with different allergies and dietary requirements. And the serving staff were impeccable. We had a plated dinner and our meal choices were beef flank steak, Cajun cream chicken and quinoa-stuffed acorn squash. All were awesome

  We're so thankful!

  Wow! We had a delicious plated meal. Guests complimented the food..churros were a huge hit. Staff was super professional, prompt and friendly. Mark helped us plan the timeline, and arrange the rentals. Hiring Heart 2 Heart gave me so much confidence for our wedding day, and everything played out as planned. Thank you for making our day so amazing!

  The best wedding meal I've ever had!

  HIGHLY recommend! 10/10 experience with Heart to Heart Catering. We worked with a few of their team members (Mark, Tom, and day-of staff) and loved how easily and quickly the details came together. Any and every update we brought to the HtH they took in stride, and delivered the MOST delicious plated meal I've ever had at any wedding. The day-of chef and servers were SO much fun to have onsite. The servers were friendly, and attentive, and brought a personal touch to the day. It felt like having family there. We also did a dessert display of 3 different treats, they were such a hit, disappeared within an hour! Will absolutely ask the Heart to Heart team to cater future events for us.

  The food and service from Heart to Heart was Amazing

  We are so very happy we chose Heart to Heart for our wedding catering. Mark and Chef are amazing to work with and provided the best food. I wish I have a photo of our food. We did the three Hors D' oeuvres, Jalapeno Sausage en Croute, Oven Braised Meatball With chipotle/raspberry glaze and Brie and Fig Jam on Multi Grain Cracker. All 3 were amazing. They also worked with us on providing a plated Italian meal for our guests. We started with a Cesar Salad and for the main course we had Lasagna, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Roasted Winter Veggies, and a slice of Garlic Bread. Everyone loved the meal and gave so many praises. They also provided a kids meal for all the kids at our wedding that included Berry Fruit Cup Blueberries & strawberries, Buttermilk Breaded Chicken Strips, Homemade Mac & Cheese and Steamed Broccoli. The kids loved it. The servers were also amazing and very on top of it and provided great service to all our guests. The bartender was also very good at his job and provided drinks to all our guests and was also very friendly and joked around with everyone. I would recommend this catering company to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

  Wedding day dinner

  Heart to heart was all around amazing!! From the first meeting/tasting, to actual wedding day. Everything was great and I’m actually sad my wedding is over because I wish I could go back and eat my meal again! This is a wonderful company who really wants your special day/event to be everything and more. Thank you 🙏🏼

  Exceptional!!

  Our guests RAVED about the food at my daughter’s wedding last weekend. Throughout the entire process, Mark and his team were exceptionally flexible, professional and personable. We had a plated dinner for 76, plus cocktail hour hors d’ouevres and a late night passed snack. The value for the quality of food was amazing. I threw quite a few changes at Mark in the final month, and he accommodated every single request (including last minute additional guests!). They even assisted with ceremony chairs and other items out side of just catering. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would definitely hire them again. Thank you Mark & team for making my daughter’s wedding flawless 😊

  Great Catering

  This team went above and beyond to make our special day even that much more special! They were so flexible in helping my husband and I find a time to sample their food and were very responsive through email with all of our questions. They provided our linens, dinner ware, and food for our wedding day, and even cut our wedding cake. The food was outstanding, and we got so many compliments!!

  Amazing experience from start to finish!

  The food was fantastic and the service was amazing! We had to make a few changes over the course of wedding planning and they took it in stride and never made me feel like I was bothering them.

  So delicious

  All I can say is, wow. Our dinner was amazing. The prime rib had such amazing flavor, loved the potatoes the asparagus soaked up the flavor of the meat so it was amazing.

  Amazing food and service!!

  Amazing caterer!! The food was absolutely delicious - there were many dish options to choose from and the caterer worked to fit the menu into our budget. They also created great mixers for our signature cocktails. The manager (Mark) as well as the servers/staff were courteous, professional, and worked very hard to help make this the wedding of our dreams.

  Our guests could not stop complimenting the food and we could not agree more!

  We originally booked Heart to Heart Catering for our October 2020 back in 2019. Unfortunately, due to covid, we rescheduled our wedding celebration for October 2021 with the intent of still getting married on our original date.
  
  Mark, Chef Tom, Pastry Chef Kim and the rest of H2H Catering went above and beyond for both events. For our original wedding (and then wedding celebration), I wanted to incorporate my Filipino roots into the food and Mark sent me an initial proposal with an all Filipino cuisine menu. I was pleasantly surprised at this as Filipino food was not as present in the area at the time. As not all our guests are Filipino, we changed the menu to only have some Filipino food but I appreciated the intent all the same.
  
  For our microwedding, we didn’t have a preference in terms of menu but gave Mark a price point and he created a menu that knocked it out of the park.

He made sure I was happy with the entire setup before the event started and took care of all our needs and our guests wonderfully. It was also awesome to have all our food and cake come from one caterer - it was all so tasty and the cake was beautiful!! We heard from several of our guests how much they loved the food.   Fantastic Food and Wonderful Wait Staff

  Heart to Heart Catering did a fantastic job at our wedding! When we were originally planning our wedding before COVID, they were accommodating and helped us planned an off-menu brunched themed meal with ready to serve waffles! When we had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID, and with a change in our vision, they worked with us to switch our meal to match our postponed wedding style. We had a variety of passed appetizers during our cocktail hour and we served the garlic grilled flank steak, chicken piccata, and quinoa stuffed acorn squash for our meals. They were all outstanding and delicious! We got so many compliments. The chef even went to multiple stores on the day of the wedding to get fresh green beans since this is what we wanted with the meal, and there had a been shortage of them this season! I really appreciate them going above and beyond to commit to our order. The wait staff was polite, attentive, and professional. They considerately brought a plate of all of the appetizers out to us (the bride and groom) since we were taking photos during the cocktail hour, and they were able to serve dinner to our crowd of almost 200 guests in under 30 minutes. They had several team meetings throughout the evening to ensure everything was on track, helped clean up, and even offered to help with other areas of our beverage service. Overall, they did a spectacular job, and their food was tastefully amazing!

I remember when going out to take bridal photos, I saw everything coming together and literally cried of pure joy when seeing our wedding cake!   Perfect Wedding Caterer

  Professional staff and amazingly delicious food. Everyone raved about our breakfast buffet at our evening wedding! Planning was a breeze and the communication was excellent. Totally recommend!

From the very start, they were extremely easy to work with, hosting us multiple times for tastings to make sure we got our menu right and being collaborative with us on the pricing to make it doable. They even went above and beyond to create a brand new entree that they'd never served before to cater to our Vietnamese audience (and it tasted GREAT)!

  Absolutely amazing!!

  Working with Mark and the rest of the heart-to-heart team was an experience beyond my expectations. From the beginning, they made us feel special, heard, valued, and taken care of.
  
  Some of the highlights are:
  1. Food is BEYOND AMAZING!! We did the tasting a full 10 months in advance and all my family could talk about before the wedding was how much they were looking forward to eating the food again. It left a GREAT impression on everyone, even picky eaters!
  
  2. Mark's patience with a very uptight bride. When we went to do our wine tasting/selection, I was feeling so overwhelmed by all of the decisions that still needed to be made for the wedding. Mark made the process SO FUN and easy! It is obvious that he has a real passion for his work and really wants to make the event special and wonderful.
  
  3. Flexibility! We hired heart-to-heart for our wedding and a brunch at our house the next day. I made several requests for changes to both menus at various times through the process and Mark was extremely accommodating and helpful.
  
  4. Their serving staff.... on our wedding day, I did the most embarrassing thing... I sat down at the reception, put an entire shrimp in my mouth, forgetting about the tail (that's how excited I was to eat the delicious food!). I tried to subtly spit the shrimp into a napkin, and accidentally fumbled it onto the floor. I was so embarrassed and turning bright red and praying none of my guests would notice the Bride's faux pas. As soon as the shrimp fell, one of the serving staff immediately bent down to grab it with a paper napkin and whisked it away. None of my guests noticed anything, he was that fast!! I could not be more grateful to that man for taking care of my problem so quickly and discreetly. All of the serving staff was incredibly attentive and yet invisible - they were there when needed and seemed to disappear into the background when not needed. Amazing service, and if I could hire that one man to join me at every meal to ensure I did not make an idiot out of myself - I would!
  
  Amazing food, wonderful service, stellar customer service. I don't know what more people could ask for, this is hands-down the best choice for catering, and we will be using them in the future!

  Working with Mark and the rest of the heart-to-heart team was an experience beyond my expectations. From the beginning, they made us feel special, heard, valued, and taken care of.

  Heart to Heart Catering went above and beyond to help with wedding

  Mark and his crew did an exceptional job in executing our menu and service for our daughters wedding held at The Emerson. We had a morning wedding and created a custom brunch menu with Shakshuka, quiche, pancakes, pastrami salmon bagel bites and a beautiful champagne bar. Most importantly he recreated our moms family cake "Grandma Carmel Cake" which everyone loved. Mark is easy to work with and very helpful in menu selection. An absolute gem to work with and understands great tasting food.

  WOW!! Words cannot describe the amazing work this team did for our big day! Hands down, choosing Heart to Heart Catering was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Our guests are still raving about the food - some of our favorites were the lollipop lamb chop, the crab tower, and the beef wellington! Mark Frye (General Manager/Managing Partner) and the chefs (Co-owners) Mary Ellen and Tom were amazing from the first time we met during our complimentary full menu tasting. We knew it was meant to be, and they were the one!! The level of operation and execution was impeccable! Mark went ABOVE and BEYOND to help his super detailed oriented bride (AKA me!). Let’s just say Mark was my right hand man! He knew exactly what I wanted, what I needed and what I envisioned for the perfect reception: he attended EVERY meeting with me AND without me, he corrected mistakes (to my expectation) made by other vendors, he helped polish my day of the wedding timeline, he swept/cleaned/restored the venue to its original state including the million rose petals left behind from our send off, and MUCH MUCH MUCH more.   WOW- best food EVER!

  To say they do an amazing job is an understatement. We had them cater our rehearsal dinner and wedding and they were INCREDIBLE. So professional, handled everything and the food was OVER the top. Everyone was raving about how great it! They handled everything so well! It was more than I could have ever asked for. The quality was so good. Hire them, you will NOT regret it. They are an amazing catering company!

  Above and Beyond!

  This group went above and beyond to make my wedding night unforgettable. We had amazing hors d’oeuvres to start our event, awesome risotto station, and the best sliders! Everyone LOVED the Honey Butter Biscuit with Chicken! Yum! The cake was not only beautiful but tasted AMAZING! The icing was to die for! There is absolutely nothing they missed! Everyone at my wedding were in awe of the food. Our vendors that go to weddings every weekend said it was best wedding food hands down. My family and friends continued to mention the excellent food and more than accommodating service! Thank you for making it the most amazing night of our life.

  Mark and his team were amazing to work with! We had a venue that required a lot of extra work and the team did an amazing job!

  Our food was fantastic! We had a speciality station that was very good! We went with an Italian theme and everyone raved about the food! I’m still hearing from friends it is the best food and venue that they have ever had at a wedding! Mark and his team were very easy to work with and were very calm during the entire process! I would highly recommend them to any bride or catering need!
