User3006921 Sent on 03/18/2017We are so glad we chose Winncrest for our wedding reception! Everything was perfect. Mykenna did an outstanding job coordinating everything and keeping in touch with us to make sure we were happy and everything was going smoothly. Everybody commented on how great the food was and how beautiful everything looked! Plenty of parking, easy to find and lots of room inside as well! I would highly recommend Winncrest to anyone looking for a wedding reception venue. -

Stacey Sent on 11/15/2016This was the PERFECT room and place to have our wedding reception! MyKenna did an outstanding job and she was wonderful to work with. I would recommend Winncrest to everyone. We also had so many compliments on how great the venue was! Awesome place and people!

I understand your frustration about the quote price versus the actual price. Verbal quotes are an estimated total to be used as a guide rather than the final total the day of. However, what was accidentally overcharged was returned. And as stressful as the argument that occurred was that evening, our bartender did not deserve to be called such an inappropriate name. Our bartender is great at her job, and would never lie. Otherwise, I can't apologize enough for how the evening ended and about the budget misunderstanding during our banquet manager transition.
