I can’t say enough about this venue. Of course the indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff professional. Lisa was amazing in every way. She was responsive to emails, flexible, professional, offered great advice, and was so easy to work with. She worked SO HARD the day off to make every detail we wanted perfect. I had zero stress knowing she was there. The venue was very accommodating to any ideas we had. My husband and I and our guests had the picture perfect wedding, and stress free planning thanks to Hawthorn Woods and their incredible staff.

HWCC was an ideal location for our daughter's wedding. We were able to use the inside and outside areas which made for a perfect night offering multi-areas for our guests to enjoy while watching the sunset back-drop. The team listened to our preferences and then delivered, offering suggestions and including a few special touches to personalize the event for the bride and groom. Both the dinner and service were outstanding and they transformed the club into a magical setting of celebration for us. We couldn't be happier with this venue and the memorable moments we shared there.

We got married 8/1/2020 during the pandemic and Lisa and her team were fabulous and helped us put the wedding together and everything was absolutely perfect! Chef Newman served up amazing food and all of guests thoroughly enjoyed and complimented it. The patio was beautiful for cocktail hour and has 3 fire pits which many used after dinner to spread out for social distancing. The bartenders Vera & Richard did an outstanding job and gave awesome service! Can't say enough about this venue and the exceptional service!

Hawthorn Woods Country Club is the best hidden gem! Our wedding was absolutely perfect. Lisa, the coordinator, was amazing! She made sure that our wedding was everything we envisioned and more. She handled setting up all of our decorations and even handled tear down with everything boxed up and ready to go by 12:15 at the end of the night so we didn't have to worry about going back the next day. As a little something special for my husband, we wanted to get a keg from one of our favorite local breweries, and Lisa made sure that it happened for us. Going through the planning process, any time I had a question, no matter what time of day it was, it seemed like Lisa got back to me within an hour. The food was phenomenal. Our guests have raved about it nonstop telling us how delicious everything was and how impressed they were with the portion sizes. Thank you so much to Lisa and all of the Hawthorn Woods Country Club staff for going above and beyond to make sure our day was nothing short of perfect!

Lisa from HWCC was FANTASTIC in helping us prepare for our wedding. She was extremely flexible and offered suggestions that we wouldn't have otherwise thought of. She was tremendously responsive and made sure to keep us on track with decision deadlines to make sure we had everything ready for our big day. She helped make our wedding day so special, and the HWCC grounds and country club space were gorgeous. Bringing in the Yanni Design Studio, Lisa worked with us/them to completely make the space our own. The space was perfect for our 160 guests, and the layout between the bar/dance floor/fireplace/sweet table was perfect for our size group. There is also a GREAT outdoor space where you can sit around fire pits under the twinkling lights. If we could do it all over again, we would choose Hawthorn Woods Country Club and have Lisa help coordinate the event, because it went off without a hitch! Peter and I are so thankful for making our big day even that much more special.
