Looking for a true Montana Wedding venue? Hart Ranch has it all including a horse drawn carriage. Just about into the Big Sky canyon, Harts has breathtaking views of several mountain ranges. The coordinator, Heather is wonderful to work with and available on site during the event if any issues arise.

The Hart Ranch helped make our wedding day perfect. The venue was large enough to accommodate 250 guests comfortably. Our guests were able to move comfortably between the bar area, cocktail area, outside and the reception area. We absolutely loved getting married with Montana mountains and horses in the background. The Hart Ranch staff was accommodating and was there throughout the night in case anything came up. I had always dreamed of coming in on a horse and carriage on my wedding day and the Hart Ranch made it happen!

Gorgeous venue. Everything a Montana wedding should be. The owners are the most compassionate down to earth people who will work with you to make your wedding your dream wedding. This place is worth every penny and the best bang for you buck. Love this place!!

Lee was very easy to work with. You are able to utilize his space and make it your dream. He has a beautiful outdoor chapel with a view of the mountains in the background. He contacts you quickly regarding any concerns that you may have while planning your wedding. He allows multiple visits to the venue to get ideas of how you would like to make it your vision. Very kind hearted and offers horse drawn wagon rides as well.

Since getting engaged in Montana, we knew we wanted to do our wedding there. I researched quite a few venues, but only really “looked” at one. I was an out of state bride, so we did a video tour with Heather and I fell in love immediately. We booked it the next day. Our first time seeing the venue in person was the night before the wedding and everything I had pictured for the big day started to come together. I envisioned farm house tables, rustic barn, beautiful scenery, and cream/greens as my floral. This venue is everything you could imagine. The bridal suite was the perfect place for my girls and I to get ready. It had the perfect view of the alter and where guests arrived. The men all loved their time getting ready in the cabin on the property. Heather was our saving grace on the day of and kept us all on schedule and in line. You will not regret choosing Hart Ranch!

This venue was just incredibly and so perfect for our wedding day. Heather was so accommodating. The views were incredible, we were spoilt for choice for settings for pictures, the reception space itself was perfect and the open barn doors allowed the stunning backdrop to continue through dinner. It was overall just a great space for our guests to move around and everyone loved having so many outdoor options. We opted to have horse and carriage rides during cocktail hour and it was a huge hit and unique twist for the setting. As a bride, Heather now has a lot of décor available for rental that really helped my vision come to life. Couldn't have been better!

I would definetly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a rustic barn feel. The staff are great and very helpful, the views are amazing and the location is perfect.

I absolutely loved getting married at this venue! Definitely the best venue in the Gallatin County area. The only thing I did not like, however, was for the price you pay, there are a lot of rules. Unless you purchase another day, you cannot get in for just an hour or two the day before to decorate. That forced my husband and I to purchase another day because there was no way we would get the venue decorated and ready to go by the time pictures and the ceremony started. I feel like if you're going to spend thousands of dollars on and venue, you should not be so restricted. I get there are rules and you have to be fair and follow them, I just thought that was a little unfair. Other than that, The Hart Ranch is a 5 star venue! With the Big Sky mountains in the background and the ponds, it's truly remarkable and it's worth the money.

Our day was amazing, but it definitely takes some creativity to make this venue look awesome. There were a lot of restrictions when it came to what you could hang or decorate with, but overall we were able to overcome most of it. The staff is onsite which makes it a nice resource, however they weren't very flexible or accommodating. The layout of the barn is a little awkward due to the area they usually have food setup requiring guests to walk past the restrooms, but we moved the food area to the bar area and it worked out perfectly (the staff was reluctant though). Overall the venue was clean and setup wasn't too difficult.

The venue is beautiful and the price is reasonable, but the owner started picking up tables and chairs at 10:00 and we were supposed to have the venue until midnight. So as soon as my wife and I left, the party was basically over. That was pretty disappointing.
