My wedding happened almost a month ago and people are STILL talking about the food!! Carmen, Michael Jr, Mike Sr, Rosa, Patty - went above and beyond! From the appetizer pizza to the beautiful salad... the the roast and lemon chicken... everything was AMAZING. I couldn't have imagined going with anyone else to cater my wedding. Carmen stayed through out the whole event to make sure everything went smoothy - we appreciate all the hard work. :)My wedding happened almost a month ago and people are STILL talking about the food!! For our wedding, we wanted an Italian style event. With Guido's, we definitely achieved it! The food was spectacular. Carmen and his team were wonderful. Everybody acted with complete professionalism and did everything in their power to accommodate any wishes of any of the guests, not just the bride and groom. Also, they made sure that none of the guests went away hungry. There were tons of leftovers, which were just as delicious the next day.For our wedding, we wanted an Italian style event. Delicious food, arrived on time, very easy/flexible to schedule and order with. They can either just drop off the food (you can rent warmers and return them the next day), or you can have them stay and serve the food buffet-style. We had them just drop off the food. The food arrived on time and stayed hot all throughout our reception.
