Alan made us feel really comfortable, asked us questions and then implemented the story of how we met into the vows! It was wonderful, hilarious and perfect. I'm so glad that Alan was our officiant and I would recommend him every time. -

My husband and I went through SoCal beach weddings which is in affiliation with great officiants. We chose Roger for our 9/24/22 ceremony and right out the gate, from his welcome video to ease of contact he was fantastic. He ensured my husband and I had everything we needed. His ceremony was tailored to us personally and full of the humor that drives our relationship. Our guests loved and adored him and I would highly recommend Roger to anyone looking for a combo of love and laughter and if you want someone who will 100% ensure your day and ceremony are perfect and everything you want. 10/10 would recommend. -

Shannon Sent on 05/11/2017I really can't describe how wonderful the entire process with Great Officiants was, and Alan is seriously the greatest! When my fiance and I decided to elope in California, I was a little nervous about the entire process and was not sure where to begin. I contacted Great Officiants on a holiday in the early morning (time difference + my first day off to focus on planning), not expecting to really get far knowing most businesses were closed. I was actually pretty shocked to receive a call back right away. And, after speaking with Alan for all of 5 minutes, I knew that he HAD to perform our ceremony. He even offered to dress like a Jedi since we were getting married on May 4th. (We eventually decided against the Jedi-theme, but just the fact that he would be willing to roll with whatever we wanted to do was pretty amazing). Throughout the entire process, Alan and the entire staff at Great Officiants made me feel at ease, answered each and every one of my questions, and even accommodated a last-minute change in ceremony start time. They were quick to respond to all of my calls and emails, and were always on top of the ball from start to finish. They even handled the entire marriage license application and filing since we were coming in from out-of-state and did not want to spend any of our "vacation" time at a courthouse dealing with paperwork. We simply showed up and got married! Oh, and the location that Alan suggested was STUNNING! Being that I wasn't 100% sure of the location and doing the planning from New Jersey, I was pretty flexible on certain things, including specific location. Alan gave me his suggestions and I am beyond grateful that I listened. The beach we got married was truly the most gorgeous place I have ever been, and I can't imagine our wedding day being any different. Thank you Alan and Great Officiants for truly giving me my dream, and helping me with everything along the way. May the 4th Be With You, always! -

Talk about a day to remember, Alan was our officiant for our Disney ceremony and he was just amazing! He had everyone laughing, it was truly so magical! we will never forget it! If you want a memorable ceremony I highly suggest using Great Officiants. -

ROGER LUNDBLADE!!! We thank you!!!! The process with Great Officiants could have not been easier. We chose Roger as our officiant and it must have been meant to be because he was a blessing. He made it so easy, we spoke on the phone and FaceTime to discuss what we envisioned for our wedding and Roger somehow put it all together and made it sound absolutely seem-less, even making us and our guests laugh(which we requested). It was the perfect mix of formal with a touch of humor. I also really appreciated him coaching me before and during the ceremony, very reassuring in a stressful time.
Very authentic and extremely professional. Roger is very talented and I highly recommend him and Great Officiants! -

We had our wedding at Luminarias Restaurant and we got referred to Great Officiants. We were able to speak with Alan and told him how we wanted our wedding to be. He did excellent and we are very happy that he officiated our wedding. Im just sad we were able able to get a alone pic with him. Thank you again Alan -

Al-x was amazing!😭
I had a blast having Great Officiants as my vendor and having Al-x officiate our wedding! It was such a great experience and my gursts also had so much fun with our ceremony since we opted for romantic comedy! We chose Roger because of his experience in Hollywood as a comedian, it was exactly what we joked about wanting - and there he was on the website! He spent two hours with us on Zoom asking so many great questions about our love story. He's a good writer who created our ceremony with so much humor, tenderness, and romance it felt like he'd known us for our entire relationship. Our guests were so impressed by his fun personality and a couple of surprises for the crowd too (only because we agreed to it) - he will go as 'out there' or as 'reserved' as you want. He's the BEST. I highly recommend Roger for an intimate, caring experience of love and fun! -

Michael Theiling from Great Officiants is the best wedding officiant ever!! We couldn’t be more happy with our ceremony! He listened to our needs, and gave us everything that we wanted and beyond! Our wedding ceremony was delivered so perfectly by Michael, that guests thought Michael was our close friend! Everything we discussed, he incorporated in our ceremony, even including some information about some guests, who attended. It was so engaging, made people laugh, cry and really feel the love we have for each other! Hire Michael quickly! -

We got married by Michael Thieling this Saturday, 05/20/2023 and we can't recommend him highly enough. From the first phone call to pronouncing us husband and wife, he made the process stress free, fun and easy! Michael was very informative about the marriage process and answered all our questions about the license process and the ceremony.
He provided valuable input when helping draft how the ceremony would flow, and helped guide us to decisions when we had no idea what to do.
On the actual wedding day he arrived early, helped make sure we were all set for the ceremony, (even laughing when I forgot my ID even though he reminded me5 different times) and did last minute walkthroughs before it was showtime. His officiating was wonderful. He had exactly the vibe we wanted: funny, friendly, sentimental. I asked for the Princess Bride beginning and he did it to perfection. Everyone laughed!!!
The way he talked to us and made everyone feel included, many of our guests asked how long Michael had been friends of ours and they were all surprised when we would say he was an officiant we had hired and just met a few months prior.
Again, we cannot suggest Michael highly enough. He will definitely make your ceremony amazing! -

I worked with Great Officiants professionally as a Director of Catering for 10 years. Alan and his officiants were such a great asset to my couples and always amazing to work with on wedding days. Working with him on my sons wedding day was completely different however. Being on the emotional side of a wedding versus the business side is a whole new ballpark and Alan made it so easy for myself, my son and my daughter in law.
My son is in the military, we only had 2 weeks to pull off his wedding. Alan not only took the stress off of the couple by taking care of the marriage certificate but arrived early on the wedding day to meet with them and make sure he gave them the ceremony THEY wanted (because of logistics he was not able to meet with them ahead of time) put them at ease and made it really fun for them. Coincidentally the brides Aunt and Uncle that attended the wedding were married by Alan as well and remembered him =)
Alan I can't thank you enough for taking such amazing care of Jake and Maddie and making there ceremony so special and such a reflection of who they are. As I said before professionally you were always top notch but working with you personally you took amazing to a whole 'nother level!! -

We are absolutely thrilled that we went with Great Officiants for their services, and we were so fortunate to have A. Mauricio Lubong presiding over our ceremony. From the start, it was easy to work with them, and we were appreciative of the chance to talk with a few in their lineup beforehand. It was hard to pick just one among them, but ultimately, we felt such warmth with Mauricio, who then took it a step further to really get to know us and our story. After providing him with responses to his thoughtful questions as “homework,” we were truly gifted with a touching and personable service by Mauricio. Our friends and family still comment on how well he spoke to our love for each other and asked if we had known him personally beforehand. It was also a bonus that Mauricio is a notary who could issue our marriage license, so we felt taken care of with that logistical but very important aspect as well. We are incredibly thankful to have found Great Officiants, and we will forever cherish the words shared by Mauricio with us on our special day. -

Larry Morgia at great officiants married us in Nov 2022. He took the time to learn about our story and wrote a beautifully customized ceremony for us. Our guests loved how personal it felt and appreciated the added humor. Larry was so easy to work with. Our day was wonderful. -
