Do not use Grace. Use another business who you can feel confident in
I asked questions and it took days and on a few occasions weeks to respond. There's not a mention of deposit protocol on this profile created by her. I wasn't told it was non-refundable until i asked for a refund. When a deposit was paid, i didn't get a contract. In fact, i received no acknowledgment it was ever received. When i asked for a refund she responded she was on vacation. She then asked me, "do you want a contract or refund?" I responded refund but now it's non-refundable according to her. Well, if this is your business you should notify potential clients and have on your voicemail so we can understand your timeline. This isn't much to ask. She has a lot to learn about proper business etiquette. I would NOT recommend Grace if you want to feel confident in a choice of a wedding performer.Grace Neal - Harpist's reply:
