My (now) wife and I have been in love with Jamaica for years, so when I finally got around to popping the question we had a big decision on whether to have it in the States or try and make a small wedding happen in Jamaica. We did some research and decided to go check out Geejam about a year before to see if it would work for us. Needless to say when we got home there was really no choice. We took our closest friends and family down there and we were able to keep everyone on the property now that they have opened up Cocosan and Panorama, which were both phenomenal. But most of all I would just like to say that Steve and their staff truly went above and beyond to make the wedding exactly what we wanted. Everything from bringing in specialty staff to getting specific foods brought to the middle of the jungle to providing every service that we asked for. Look up other reviews of Geejam and you will see yes it is a bit of a trip to get there and as all weddings go you're going to be spending money, but once we were there it all just melted away and we had the best weekend of our lives with our family and friends. The weather was perfect, the staff was incredibly friendly and most nights they ended up hanging out with us which was a blast. Our friends still bring it up to this day and claim that it's now the wedding to beat, but I'm not sure that's possible. There's plenty of pictures of Geejam out there but here's a small gallery from our wedding if it helps you decide: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/lq6o25d4pt22ius/AABCN4MbYVVWTCwQ3fdUSJvTa?dl=0
Many thanks to Steve and Jon and the entire staff at Geejam!
