  The Frungillo’s are simply the best

  I cannot put into words what the Frungillo family did for us for our wedding day. We booked the Inn at Millrace Pond when the barn house was still a concrete slab - just to show the trust we have in them. From the walkthrough and planning process with Michelle and Robert, to the day of with Gerry and Linda, everything was spectacular. Upon entering, our guests were greeting with espresso martini or champagne shooters which were delicious. Not only that, our guests could not stop raving about the food. The fresh mozz station was a hit, and our pasta and Tuscan stations were top notch. To top it all off, everyone’s filet (their top dish) was cooked to perfection. Some people even ate their table’s leftovers it was that good! We even had an afterparty at the gristmill… and you already know by this point how that went. All of our guests stayed at the venue in the multiple rooms they have to offer and we were able to have a brunch the next day to recap all the memories from the night before. I wouldn’t have booked my wedding with anyone else but the Frungillo’s. They’re not just your friends, they’re family. Thank you thank you!!

  Great service with Nancy

  We just had a memorable tour with Nancy, who truly helped us visualize and picture our future with Frungillo. She was very knowledgeable, respectful, efficient, and a great representative of the company. From the moment we walked in we felt she was very professional and we felt very welcomed. Our inquiry about the grounds felt more nurtured than forced. She showcased many details that made the grounds stand out even more. After many many tours, Nancy’s efforts felt genuine and stood out in a positive way.

  Maria❤️ June wedding

  Finding this venue was a little gem. We stumbled upon our future wedding venue purely by accident. I made the phone call to have a meeting. It was with Maria. She instantaneously has such warmth and knowledge that from the get-go we loved her. She is so professional and knowledgeable. It was a no-brainer to sign the contract. We all have such busy lives, but this woman will get back to you in 15 minutes. Our wedding is in June and I cannot wait to create a masterpiece having Maria at my side. If you or a loved one is looking for a magical place for a wedding, and an exceptional person to plan with. Look no further and go to Millrace pond. To be very honest if I did not have the experience with Maria that I did, I would have never had my wedding there.

  Frungillo’s Catering at Skylands Manor

  High marks for Frungillo’s at Skylands! We just hosted our daughter’s wedding last weekend and could not have been happier. Food, service and venue were awesome. The day was perfect. We toured the property last year and met with Nancy, my daughter loved the site. Nancy was helpful to secure the date and communication was easy. The process leading up to and including the “Big Day” was made seamless with the help of Linda Pergola, Director, Maître d’ at our daughter’s reception and consummate professional. She was available to help us throughout the process of planning. Her insight and experience were invaluable. The day of the wedding, Linda made sure everyone was where they needed to be and made certain that the Bride and Groom were calm and reassured them that everything was set! Linda ran interference and took care of everything. She took exquisite care of the newly married couple. We cannot say enough good things about her!
  The Bridal attendant, Sal was lovely and was there when she was needed . She was a calming presence
  
  The ceremony outdoors was set up beautifully. The cocktail hour space and food were beyond beautiful and delicious, so many interesting options. Our guests loved meandering around the castle The sit down dinner was so delicious. Our guests raved about the quality of the food and were amazed that every guest’s meal was served hot! The chef and wait staff are to be commended.
  
  We never felt rushed, the evening flew by but did so without any hiccups. Linda Pergola’s guidance was so appreciated. We felt like she treated us like family and wanted the best for us.
  We were not disappointed on what was one of the happiest days of our lives. To see our “baby” marry the man of her dreams in a beautiful castle was our dream come true. We have Linda Pergola and the rest of the staff at Frungillo’s Skylands to thank for it all.

  Our Dreamy December Wedding at the Inn at Millrace Pond

  I wish I could rate the Inn at Millrace Pond higher than the available five stars🌟. I can’t event begin to put into words how accommodating, kind, and thoughtful of an experience the Inn staff, and all the folks at Frungillo, were to us from our booking day right through to our wedding - which was just perfect!
  We received impeccable guidance and assistance from Ed and Michelle at Frungillo, who helped us curate the most personalized and perfect celebration. The Inn itself was the most beautiful backdrop, beautifully and tastefully decorated for the holidays and carefully attended to by amazing staff. The compliments we received from all members of our almost 180 person group of family and friends speak to their amazing service. Tricia the Innkeeper is one of the sweetest, organized, and accommodating individuals we have ever worked with, and was with us from rehearsal dinner right through our cozy after party in the tavern! Tracy was integral on our wedding day, and provided first class service to us and our bridal party, and made us feel like Kings from start to finish - simply the best of the best ! Katherine our Bridal attendant was lovely, kind, and generously accommodating! We were told the inn would be our”village” for our big day and it really was, and because of the amazing folks who work here it was a dream come true ❤️ Thank you all !! -Brendan and Nick

  Amazing! Absolutely Perfect!

  My son had his wedding at the Inn at Millrace Pond in Hope, NJ in early December. A beautiful location hidden in the woods with rooms for our guests to stay over. We had an indoor ceremony and we had the best day ever! The day started with the girls getting ready in the Bridal Suite, then we had family photos, then onto the ceremony and reception. The staff was so wonderful and helpful, from Hailey, our Bridal assistant to Eddie, our day of Coordinator and Maitre'ed, Tracey our Captain and the rest of the staff- everyone was so nice and professional. We are still receiving compliments on the food, the location and the staff. Thank you for making our son and wife's so memorable!

  Delicious food with a topnotch experience!

  Frungillo catered our wedding at the Art Factory in Paterson, NJ and they made the event a dream! The food was absolutely delicious (we thought so and we heard so from our guests-- all positive reviews!). They were highly attentive to our guests' dietary needs, including our guests with a serious gluten allergy (Celiacs). They happily accommodated our special desserts rather than a traditional wedding cake. The bartenders kept the bar stocked all night and kept our signature cocktails coming. And throughout the event, they were careful to take care of our guests and us! As soon as we walked into the cocktail hour, a server brought us a special plate of food to make sure we didn't miss the appetizers. When we missed dinner visiting tables, they kept our entrees warm and brought them back out to us! The bartenders kept the bar stocked all night and kept our signature cocktails coming. They gave us to-go boxes of the power hour food (amazing). And they really knew the space and took care of guiding us and our guests throughout it. Ben was so integral in helping us plan the flow of the reception, helping us ask the right questions of our other vendors in advance to ensure everything could run smoothly on the day-of without us having to worry at all. I could not recommend Frungillo more!

  Dream wedding

  Me and my husband got married back in September of 2023. Our wedding journey was very stressful. Meeting with countless venues and vendors we did not know where or who we wanted to trust with our special day. When meeting with Matthew, I knew from the second we did the tour I had the upmost trust and faith the Frungillo’s would put on the best day for me ever. Throughout the process , they were very welcoming and attentive to me and my husband. This was very important to me as I wanted to do most of the planning myself , but also with the professional opinion of the frungillo staff. From the Tuscan station , to the tomohawk steak station , to the filet mignon entree, and to my favorite , the s’mores desserts ! And that’s only a few of the countless list of food we had being pumped out during the day. Every single thing we tried was some of the best food I have ever had. Matthew made sure to have all of the cocktail hour food we may have missed while taking pictures on a plate for us to try. Words cannot describe the detail and passion Matthew , and the Frungillo’s put towards my wedding. It was a dream of mine that became a reality

  Stunning grounds and facility

  Went to an unexpected rainy day wedding. Laura put my college bestie, who was having a second wedding, at ease by flexing and moving the ceremony indoors. If I wasn’t part of the planning I would have never known that was a last minute change. The back up venue was beautiful. I cannot say how wonderful everything was and how every detail was thought thru and executed flawlessly.
  The bridal suite was fabulous and allowed a ton of space for us to relax and prepare before the wedding. We even had on location accommodations for overnight guests!

  Absolutely DELISH!

  I recently attended my niece's wedding at Skylands manor and was absolutely blown away. From the moment of arrival, the level of care we received from the staff was warming. Maitre'd Linda went above and beyond to create the most seamless day possible. From the cocktail hour to the dinner reception the food was absolutely DELISH! If you have the opportunity take advantage of the fresh mozzarella station. Beautiful presentation and unique fresh pulled mozzarella. I highly recommend Frungillo Hospitality group as a catering vendor. There are not enough kind words and warm thanks I would give them!

  Exceeded our expectations!

  Having our wedding with Frungillo Caterers was the best decision we could have made for our wedding day. Not only was the food and service phenomenal, but their team did not miss a thing. They carried out all of the details that we wanted for our special day with such attention to detail. They made us feel so special and went above and beyond our expectations. All of our guests raved about how delicious the food was and how beautiful everything looked. We couldn't have asked for a better caterer to work with!

  Everything And More

  As someone who was very picky throughout my wedding process the Frungillos made everything a dream for me and my husband. The venue was absolutely gorgeous and the staff was wonderful. On top of that the food was like no other. Many of my guests, including myself, were most impressed with the happy hour stations specifically the fresh mozzarella. The night was everything I had ever hoped for and more, if you are on the fence I strongly encourage the Frungillo Hospitality Group, it is like no other.

  Wonderful venue and service

  My grandson got married at the skylands on 4/22/22 and it was such a beautiful venue and the food was outstanding. I would highly recommend Frungillo caterers, they were very accommodating and they helped make my grandson and his wife’s dream come true

  Best day of our lives!

  My wife and I had our wedding at the Skylands manor catered by Frungillo and they could not have been more accommodating! The cocktail hour was unbelievable, the reception was everything we could have dreamed of, not to mention the ceremony was absolutely stunning. Would recommend 10/10 times.

  Dream wedding come true

  My son and daughter in law got married at the Skylands. We could not have asked for a more beautiful venue or amazing food ! Robert and the Frungillos team went above and beyond to create a magical day! All guests commented on how beautiful the outside ceremony and venue was and how wonderful all the food was. I can’t express in words how grateful we were to have picked such an amazing venue and outstanding caterer. Thank you to the Frungillo team for making a dream wedding come true !

  Beautiful Venue

  We had our wedding on 9/26/2020 We could not of been any happier with how things turned out. Amy Spacht made our Covid planning so easy and was there for any questions or concerns we might of had. They went above and beyond with handling the guidlines and restrictions to make sure our guests and family felt safe. The grounds at the Inn at millrace pond are absolutley beautiful and it serisouly is such a gem venue in NJ. Peggy Patton the Florist who is on site at the Inn made every flower detail so beyond beautiful from our bouquets to our centerpiese, the arch we got married in front of was just so stunning. Amy and the staff made sure our day was perfect i dont know what i would of done without her! the food from Frungillo was hands down amazing, that day we will forever hold dear in our hearts. With such a crazy year we were not even sure if our day was going to happen but it was perfect. Thank you for making our day so special.

  I worked with Linda and Pete to coordinate proposing to my girlfriend on Valentine's Day in front of Skylands Manor. They were more than willing to work with me on everything I had suggested, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed in place to go according to plan. Their Valentine's Day dinner at Skylands was top-notch. Great service, great food, great atmosphere. Food was phenomenal, HUGE personal desserts. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Linda and Pete!!
