  You will not be disappointed! Karen was able to listen to my ideas and create a magical day. I knew what I liked but had no idea how to put it all together. She hit the nail right on the head with her design ideas. She was so helpful and even worked hard to make sure the day went smoothly. I would hire her again for sure. You can not go wrong with Flowers for Friends!

  Karen was the most incredible florist we could have had. We had heard nightmares about other florists and booked Karen based on advice from my sister-in-law and I've never been happier. She put together the most incredible flowers for us and added in extra to make our wedding day special. She was in constant communication about the design and colors and wanted to make sure everything would come together well. She even offered to help us with out table numbers which were too short to go in the table arrangements. Karen has impeccable style and she was one of the few vendors I had no concerns with and trusted completely with my vision. Thank you Karen!!!

  Karen was wonderful to work with! She was very knowledgeable when it came to flowers in certain colors and what to match together. She is very helpful with creative ideas and will listen to make sure she is giving you what you want. Her work was high quality and I would recommend her to family and friends.

  Working with Flowers for Friends was a dream come true for me. From the moment I connected with floral designer and planner Brianna, I knew we were in great hands. We had our first meeting at our venue, a museum, and I could tell she connected to the space the way we did. Brianna listened to all of my ideas and brought them to life through sketches, plans and photo examples. She visited my Pinterest page and offered beautiful suggestions and recommendations to build on my ideas. We had a set budget, and not once did Brianna ask us to increase it- in fact she offered up ways to reuse flowers (e.g ceremony to reception). Our bouquets were also out of this world. The attention to detail was nothing short of amazing. As if the flowers weren't enough, Brianna and team made my extra touches come to life- wedding pictures of our families, fun signs for the tables, etc. They were simply incredible. I hope every bride and groom works with Flowers for Friends- your expectations will be exceeded!

  My husband and I were so fortunate to find Karen Heron! We met with her at her home and within 5 minutes we knew she was going to be our florist for our wedding day. Karen's personality is so warm and inviting and she was eager to hear about our ideas for the flowers and decor. My husband, Bryan, is pretty handy and does a lot of wood working. We knew that we would be incorporating a lot of things that Bryan made into our reception such as table numbers, branded wood rounds and escrow card window frames with chicken wire. Karen not only was ok with us incorporating our homemade items but was so enthusiastic about incorporating items that were personal to us. We chose our color palate and then met Karen at the venue to go over everything several months before the wedding. Not only did Karen order, arrange and deliver the flowers but she handled all of the decor setup plus all of the extras that we didn't provide ourselves. It was important to us to re purpose the flowers that were used at the ceremony so Karen stuck around, took down the flowers from the arbor and aisle and incorporated them into the cocktail hour room. My bouquet was absolutely phenomenal as was my sisters, all of the corsages and boutonnieres. It spoke volumes for Bryan and I to have someone that we trusted wholeheartedly to make our vision come true. When I walked into our reception I was blown away. Everything was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined thanks to Karen. She really went above and beyond and every guest noticed - we received compliments all night long. Thank you Karen for such a wonderful job and making our wedding day that much more special!

I had so many people tell me that our flowers and centerpieces were the most beautiful they had ever seen, and it was so true! Karen made everything so easy for me, responded quickly to emails and texts, and had amazing ideas! She incorporated my ideas with her ideas and everything turned out unbelievable! I took my bouquet to get preserved after the wedding, and the lady (who has been in business for many years) told me it was the most beautiful bouquet she had ever seen!   I don't often get choked up by reviews , but this one took the cake . I truly love planning weddings and when you get to work with people like Kelli and David it makes it easy . After meeting a year before the wedding kelli and I come to find out that I am not only a referral from a past bride , but coworkers . Small world !! We bounced ideas all year and had fun doing it . I instantly fell in love with the couple . They had a cute , fun, playful way about them and I wanted the wedding to reflect this . So we came up with an adorable pinwheel place card display , chalkboard sign , and added fun props with large white balloons . 39" to be exact . Every last detail was a reflection of the couple . Kelli came up with some great unique ideas that I am totally stealing :) the fun elements wet balanced by vintage garden blooms accented by mercury glass . The venue "the manor house at prospect park " Was the perfect backdrop for this style wedding . The thing that is most rewarding besides composing flowers is that knowing that Kelli and David had a stress-free, fun time planning it. Flowers/ decor like I say in all my blog , my web page , and now .... "Transform a room , set the mood, and say exactly who you are as a couple ." Just takes some convincing some times . Thanks again for allowing me to be a part of this extraordinary day !!

  Let me start by saying that if you find Karen at Flowers for Friends you have hit the jackpot and found the best kept secret in wedding florist. Karen is absolutely amazing and so creative. I met her and gave her a few ideas and she just took off with it and made it even better than I could have ever imagined. She is so easy to work with, affordable, professional and truly has a passion for what she does. The flowers for my wedding were gorgeous and the reception venue looked amazing. I received so many compliments on my flowers and the flowers throughout. She is truly an amazing florist and I'm so grateful she came recommended to me because I was not thrilled with other florists I had met with. When I met Karen I instantly loved her and she did not disappoint. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a florist for their wedding, I guarantee you that you will not regret it!

  Karen from FlowersForFriends was highly recommended by one of my close friends. As soon as I got engaged, my friend gave me Karen's name. As someone who is clueless when it comes to flowers, I was in over my head just thinking about the possibilities. As soon as I contacted Karen, she put my mind at ease. She was quick to respond with a ton of ideas, examples and photos. Although a bit overwhelming at first, this helped guide my unknown vision at the time. She also had me fill out a questionnaire about my dress, bridesmaids dresses, venue, style etc which also helped in the planning. I was actually dreading the meeting with the florist because of negative feedback by some of my friends (none of who used Karen!) regarding the florist process plus my lack of knowledge regarding flowers.
  
  I met Karen at a local coffee shop and we used pictures, books, online ideas to come up with a beautiful theme. Not only was she so excited about my ideas and vision but she was very conscious of my set budget and keeping to it without losing our main goal.
  
  Karen was able to translate my very vague ideas into a beautiful masterpiece. The delivery of the bridal and bridesmaids' bouquets on my wedding day blew me away. She decorated our church herself and stayed at the church to pin the boutonnieres on my husband and groomsmen. The reception hall was decorated beautifully, the manager of our venue complimented that this was the best the ballroom ever looked! I would recommend Karen to anyone, she is amazing!   Karen was amazing!! The centerpieces she arranged were exactly what we envisioned. And several friends have already asked for her info for their weddings. She will work with your fideas and bring them to life. And is very responsive! She was texting me the week of the wedding to make sure everything was in order :)

  Karen and her assistant did an amazing job. I wasn't sure what flowers to choose but I provided Karen with some pictures and she exceded my expectations. I received numerous compliments on my wedding bouquet . Karen was very easy and flexible to work with and I would definitely recommend her for your wedding day

  Where to begin?! I had a WONDERFUL experience working with Karen. I do not know much about flowers but had a vision in mind that she totally got and made come to life! Everything from the bouquets to the centerpieces to the little added touches throughout the ceremony and reception were perfect! On top of that, she is a super friendly and flexible person to work with. Overall--a great experience and I would highly recommend her! :)

  I was floored when I saw the bouquets and again when I walked into our reception space. Karen is a genius with flowers. She took my inspiration board and scattered thoughts and turned them into something more beautiful than I had imagined. Even our photographer said that our flowers were the most beautiful she had ever seen. Karen was such a pleasure to work with. We spent almost an hour on the phone our first time talking throwing around ideas. It's obvious she really loves what she does. Her work is also incredibly affordable - she should be charging at least double what she does! I would recommend Karen in a heartbeat.

She was so professional and left me with no worries the day of the wedding. I can not recommend her enough. I already gave her number to some friends and family for there 2013 weddings.

  Karen is an amazing florist and very accommodating! I got dozens of quotes and Karen was by far the best value I could find. She really worked with me to stay within my budget. She also came into Philadelphia to meet with us and see our venue to get inspiration for the arrangements. She gave us great suggestions while incorporating all the flowers and the styles that we wanted. The bouquets and centerpieces were truly breathtaking. We had so many compliments. When she delivered the bouquets before the ceremony she realized she'd forgotten the corsage for my mother. During the ceremony she rushed back to Willow Grove to pick it up and was back in time for photos! I was very impressed! She had the great idea of having my mom carry the toss bouquet during the ceremony, which worked out great. She is truly an artist and extremely skilled. I've already recommended her to other brides!

  Sweat as sugar...this wedding was peachy perfect! with the back drop and accents of soft vintage teal, the color pallette of peaches,pinks,corals,blush,ivory,white went well. Dahlia's,rannunculus,garden roses, and well I found some peony the prize flower of the day for your bouquet...just in time for the end of the season. The garden feel of the flowers looked nice in the modern hotel setting of a downtown venue. Loved working with you, hope to stay in touch and continue to get some of your friends wedding visions executed!

  The flowers were absolutely beautiful, Karen listened to everything my daughter said as far as the look she wanted, colors and style, she offered suggestions but never once tried to influence or change our minds. She set up our centerpieces at the reception, (which were not flowers, just candles), and the flowers at the church. Everything was individualized specifically for our event.

From the moment our guests arrived at our ceremony, the murmurs of amazement for how beautiful the flowers were began. Then upon moving on to the reception, they started all over. All night and every day since then, I have gotten compliments from people, both those in attendance and those who are seeing the flowers in pictures, simply gushing over how gorgeous they look.   I have to say. I was a little skeptical at first about this new color trend this year. Deep blues with orange accents. But I went with it full force, and I have to say ,it is one of my favs. The amazing combo of a deep royal blue backdrop(dress) with pops of tangerine,pumpkin,coral. your bouquet was fun to compose, on board with some unique things. Gloriosa lilies,orange/salmon colors. the bouquet truely looked like the sun with a collar of the sky(deep blue delphinium). I can not wait to see photo,s. thanks for all your kind words. It was a blast composing this wedding.

Our wedding was at the Camden Aquarium and she collaborated every detail with our venue such as my flowers had sea pearls, sea shells, bling, etc. in addition to the table arrangements and wedding party flowers. Our flowers are still talked about after 3 years! Also I have recommended her to several people and they are always "WOWWED" by her creations. Her organization and attention to detail skills just can't be matched! Made me the happiest bride ever and I didn't really give her any direction!
