I had spoken to other florists who said they couldn't do much with my budget but Noreen made it work and exceeded my expectations. Everyone raved how beautiful my centerpieces were. Thanks Noreen!! -

Monica Sent on 05/21/2014Noreen and her staff were amazing. In the year and a half of planning the poor woman had to change my flower arraignments 4 times and did it happily. They went above and beyond what we ordered, when my husband and I walked in the room I started crying. Seeing the room all decorated was gorgeous I can't believe the transformation made from a huge open space in east winds Northampton to personalizing it for our wedding! Between the center pieces and the church our bouquets (which were stunning & exactly what I asked for) I was so happy with their service and so happy I booked with them! Thank you for being a huge part of the reason our wedding was absolutely the perfect day!!! -

User1937295 Sent on 11/24/2014They were very helpful, nice and professional. However they can be very busy and may sometimes forget to call you back or get back to you in a timely manner. Creating a centerpiece with them was very helpful, they created our ideas in front of us and let us take them home. Their prices were very reasonable and the flowers looked beautiful. They provided wedding party flowers, reception flowers and decorated the cake. I am not big into flowers but they did a good job. The reception was beautiful and they listened and followed the instructions I gave them. I would recommend a trial closer to the wedding to see the exact colors they would be using the day of the wedding, my colors were a lot lighter than I expected but was still pleased.

User1186579 Sent on 06/04/2013My flowers arrived dead and completely wrong. They did not match the photos that were given and were to be replicated. They weren't even the same flowers. I met with this florist 5 times and we went over details each time for an hour or more. I often sat around and waited for her for 15-20 minutes when I had an appointment. The week of the wedding, at our final meeting, I discovered she had forgotten to order pedestals for the aisle arrangements. She tried to blame ME! I was very upset and told her I needed her to get them. She got something similar in time but everything was wrong. From size of arrangements to the bouquets. my bouquet had none of the flowers that were supposed to be in them. The bridesmaids bouquets weren't even the right COLOR and many of them had dead, brown flowers in them. I cried for almost an hour on my wedding day because of this florist. USE SOMEONE ELSE, PLEASE. Save yourself the heartache. -
User1547992 Sent on 03/01/2014Horrible... My husband died a week ago someone tried to surprise me with flowers and the delivery was a disaster I received the flowers and an attitude. I will NEVER recommend this florist nor will I ever use them again. You never know the battle someone is fighting beware of who you are nasty to.
