If you are anything like me and my wife - you have probably scoured the internet and this site looking up reviews, pictures, and are having tons of conversations about who you should work with to plan your dream wedding. Please look no further.
Courtney is the best of the best. She was quick extremely quick to respond to emails, she helped walk us through steps to determine what our vision for the night would be (because we didn't have a clue), she had the patience of a saint with us, and ultimately on our biggest day she was an absolute rock in ensuring every single moment was picture perfect.
She was able to coordinate with our venue, negotiate contracts, set expectations, keep us calm when we were nervous, set us up with vendors who were all just absolutely incredible, ensure our family felt comfortable on the big day, and had a smile on the entire time. We genuinely can not thank her enough.
I promise on / leading up to your wedding day, you don't want to have to worry about a thing. You need someone to ensure you follow the right timeline and get everything you want to make the perfect day come true.

We hired Courtney and she has been the best person to work with. Wedding planning is stressful, but Courtney makes it 100x better. She is kind, responsive, detail-oriented, on top of it, and really client focused. She does her very best to work with you on designing your perfect day and accomplishing your vision while also coming with her own point of view and advice. Couldn't imagine our day without her! -

Courtney exceeded all of our expectations. From our first phone call to handling every last detail. She was so personable , so professional and soooo organized. She made a dream wedding a reality. Every vendors we used was top notch. WE enjoyed every moment of the wedding day and night and we able to focus on the fun, our friends and family. -

This review is long over due. Simply put - Courtney is amazing! I came in knowing exactly the vision I wanted and Courtney really executed my wedding at LaPlaya perfectly. Being out of state and extremely Type-A, I was nervous and anxious. However, having Courtney as my planner really calmed my nerves and she truly was a life saver. Not only that, but days after giving birth, she was on the phone with me talking wedding details - clearly she is committed to her job and clients! Since she had a baby a few weeks before the big day, Tori was there for our welcome party and wedding. Tori was also great! Every detail for the wedding was absolutely perfect and I wish I could plan another wedding with Courtney. Getting a wedding planner was one of the best wedding planning decisions I made and going with Courtney is a no brainer. She is every type A brides dream :) -

Courtney is incredible at her job. From the first conversation with her I knew she could make my wedding a reality. She knew all of the best vendors, was always available to chat about anything & was extremely efficient. I never had to worry about whether she was going to remember to follow up with someone or if she could make even the smallest detail happen... she was always on top of her game! Courtney is amazing! She took notes and ideas from every phone call, email and pinterest board and can truly put together your dream wedding as she did mine!!! I did not have to worry about anything which was a huge relief, she was on top of everything and thought of every single detail even with being 6 months pregnant! I mean this woman is extremely talented! I can't thank Courtney enough for everything she did for us. -

I cannot say enough great things about Courtney and her team!! I was planning on having a small "destination" wedding in SW Florida and needed a planner to help me since I live in New York. I didn't have the largest of budgets but she was able to make my wedding dreams come to life and it was absolutely beautiful! She was unbelievable responsive, personal, professional, creative and such a pleasure to work with! I truly could not have had my wedding vision come to fruition without her! I was a nervous wreck bride and she made everything come together that I was actually able to enjoy my vacation in Florida the days leading up to my wedding and enjoy my actual wedding the day of! Incredible design, organization, planning, following through with vendors.. just everything! Amazing, thank you Courtney! -

Courtney is THE BEST.
Courtney and her team were so unbelievable. We made the decision to move our wedding from Michigan to Naples, FL just 6 weeks before our big day and I TRULY could not have done it without Courtney. Within one day of signing on with her she had recommendations for my whole vendor team, recommendations on design and was managing coordination with our venue (La Playa). She added so much value and was honest with me about what things were worth spending money on. My wedding was beyond amazing and it wouldn't have happened without her. I still keep in touch with her, she is also just an amazing person! -

I honestly could not have imagined having our wedding without Courtney’s expertise, organization, and attention to detail. Courtney is incredibly prompt and organized, and she made sure every small detail was accounted for throughout the whole wedding planning process. She made herself available in every realm. On the day of the wedding, a storm changed all of our original plans to be outdoors, but Courtney handled the day with precision, professionalism, and grace, and the day went on without a hitch. She made our dreams come true even with undesirable weather circumstances, and the day was beautiful for not only us but for our guests as well. Courtney puts her heart and soul into making her clients’ visions of their wedding day come to life; she certainly did for us, and the whole process was a breeze with her. Deciding to work with Courtney was one of the easiest decisions that we made when we started planning our wedding! Courtney took our ideas for our dream wedding and turned them into a reality! There wasn't a part of the wedding planning process that Courtney wasn't familiar with. The amount of detail that she put into the planning process was amazing and she was truly professional in all aspects. I honestly felt like she was a part of our family at the wedding and I am so happy that we chose to work with Courtney! If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, my advice would be to STOP HESITATING AND BOOK COURTNEY. She is such a professional and is amazing to work with. I initially thought I could handle the planning for 150 guests with just the help of our venue coordinator, but I later realized that I needed more help. Luckily Courtney was still available for our date, and we hugely benefitted from her services. She has worked so many weddings that she was able to offer incredible advice. Having her sharp eye review all of our vendor contracts and day-of timelines was invaluable. I also can’t emphasize enough just how awesome she is to work with (sweet, funny, and gets stuff DONE)! She brought an assistant with her day-of and it is dizzying how much they were able to get done, and they did it all with smiles. She wrangled large family photos and made sure our bridal party was in the right places at the right time. She was hands down our favorite wedding vendor. Thank you, Courtney!! -

Hiring Courtney was one of the best (and easiest!) decisions we made when planning our wedding. She is absolutely fabulous, and she made our wedding everything we hoped for, and so much more. Courtney was able to take my somewhat scattered ideas for an indoor garden wedding and turn them into a reality (she was even able to get bistro lights hung in the venue!). Her attention to detail, professionalism, and overall kindness made working with her a dream, and I’d jump at the chance to work with her again (in a non-wedding setting, of course!). From her guidance and experience with picking linens and table settings, to the day of the wedding, Courtney and her team kept everything relaxed, running smoothly, and on time. She made sure we ate the day-of, and even went so far as to follow us around with plates of appetizers when we were taking pictures! There’s no way I would have enjoyed the wedding day as much as I did without Courtney, and for that I am forever grateful.
I honestly feel like I cannot put how wonderful Courtney is into words, but just know that I loved working with her, and I was sad when she had to go at the end of the night! Courtney is the best, and I cannot recommend her enough!

I am so happy that I hired Courtney with FabChic Weddings for our Day of Coordinator! She went above and beyond to help make our wedding day absolutely perfect in every way! I emailed her countless times in the months leading up to our wedding day with a million questions and she always responded back quickly and with great advice that truly helped relieve so much wedding stress. She coordinated our rehearsal the day before and had great insight to make everything run smoothly. The morning of our wedding, there was a big thunderstorm and our venue ended up loosing power for a few hours while we were trying to get ready. Courtney handled everything! She worked with the venue to find us a location with power to get ready in and took care of all the little details. In what should've been an extremely stressful time, this bride was calm and was able to enjoy the day because of Courtney! I truly don't know how we would've done it all without her! Courtney handled all details of the entire day. She communicated with other vendors, set up all the decorations, kept everyone on the timeline, and was there for any little thing that came up. She is extremely organized, detail oriented, and so incredibly kind. I absolutely can't say enough good things about her and would highly recommend Courtney and FabChic Weddings to everyone! Courtney is super professional, detail-oriented and just an overall dream to work with. During our planning process, she maintained the most impressive response time, accurate budgeting and time schedule I have ever seen. I mean, she is honestly the only reason I can sit back and recall our wedding day as one of the best days of my life! She handled sourcing every vendor and worked directly with our venue on every little detail. I never heard a single complaint from my wedding party or any guests, she handled everything with ease. Our friends and family all know Courtney now and she will ALWAYS hold a very special place in our hearts. My husband and I are so grateful to have met & worked with Courtney & her team. -

Amazing Experience with Courtney for my 3/16/19 Wedding!
I recently had my wedding at LaPlaya on 3/16/19... where to begin?! Courtney will always hold a special place in my heart because she is who I credit for making my wedding day so magical and more than I could have ever imagined. Hiring Courtney was by far the best decision I made for my wedding. I had no idea how many small details and vendor coordination was involved (a lot of work!), I could not have done it without her. She was able to see my vision and make my dreams come true. She not only helped immensely before the wedding but also having her there for my wedding day allowed me to enjoy myself! She is incredibly organized, extremely hard worker, a calming presence, and has a true gift of wedding planning and coordination! I could not have asked for anything more, and many family members also recognized how much she helped and I received SO many compliments. It will be a day I treasure forever. Thank you Courtney!! -

Courtney is the best. She made sure that my wedding day was flawless. Leading up to the wedding she was always making sure that everything was ready and was answering any questions I had! She really can do it all! From welcome bags, keeping the boys in check, bussleing the dress, to every small detail she was on top of it! I did not have to stress at all on my big day, because I knew Courtney had it! She even took photos and sent them to me so I could see some before the photographer could send me photos! Thank you Courtney... my wedding day was the best day of my life! If you want the best coordinator out there, pick Courtney! -
