    Where do I begin? From the moment that I sent an inquiry via WeddingWire Anita has been my saving grace throughout this whole process. She was either with me or doing the work herself for every aspect of my wedding. She is professional, proficient and so knowledgeable on all things wedding. It didn't matter what detail I threw.i at her, she was on top of it and made sure it was done. If you're in need a planner who will work for YOUR needs and taste, she is your girl. My wedding was beautiful and fun and I know if it weren't for her help, it would not have come to fruition the way it did. I can't thank her enough for helping make my day as special as it was!

    Anita was absolutely incredible to work with. Very responsive to messages and very flexible when trying to meet. I really don't know how we would have done everything without her. She was there from start to finish of the day and worked hard every bit of it. We are truly grateful that we found her! Thank you so much for everything you did. We really appreciate it. :)

    I love Anita so much. She was very patient with all my picky needs she was on time with everything. She helped me plan my whole wedding and it turned out to be the best day of my life.

    Anita is a fantastic wedding planner. My husband and I wish we had booked her earlier. We were seriously behind on getting everything ready in time, and Anita worked hard to make sure everything worked out. We had a great wedding and enthusiastically recommend her.

    Anita and her team we're AWESOME!!! She really helped me pinpoint my theme and vision (princess and knight in shining armor) for my wedding. I had so many ideas I started to get overwhelmed. But they were super patient with me and made everything turn out ten times better than if I had suit myself!!!

    Anita was my Day-of-coordination. She was very helpful with keeping me on track with my planning. If I had questions or got stuck somewhere, she was willing to offer suggestions. She was very nice to work with. Things were kinda hectic on the wedding day and it could have went better on her team's part; however, she was well worth the money and helped me be able to enjoy my wedding day.

    I'm not sure what happened, but maybe we caught Anita on a bad day? We used Fabulous Weddings for day-of coordination. I (the groom) had planned the wedding almost entirely up until about a month or so out, when I started communicating all the details to Anita. At that time, she asked me a series of questions that seemed strange and not particularly important. I was surprised that she didn't ask more about the catering, details of seating, reception, etc. So I assumed everything was under control. Then on the day of, we had a pretty bad mix up with the caterer that led to many guests not being served over an hour late (and quite a few left at that point). Admittedly, our arrangement was unconventional and I would say mildly complex (we wanted to do a plated lunch without assigned seats), but I was never asked a single question about this by Anita and so I assumed she had spoken with the caterer (as I had multiple times, and she said it wouldn't be a problem). Now, of course I understand that people make mistakes and I would never hold a professional to a standard of perfection if their attitude is apologetic and polite, but Anita was the exact opposite. She was rude to several guests, to the other vendors, to my family who was trying their best to help, and worst of all to the wedding couple! Several people approached my father and told him how rude and unpleasant she was to interact with. Instead of handling issues that arose in a effective and professional manner, without bothering us, she would randomly appear from time to time and bother us with some minute detail (that a competent planner could and definitely should easily handle on his or her own), all while the important things (i.e. serving guests their food) were not being taken care of. Isn't the whole point of a day-of coordinator so you dont have to bother with minutia on the day of?

    Anita,
    I am writing to let you know that I was very disappointed in your leaving my reception early Saturday without my knowledge. I believe it was very unprofessional of you to leave without completing the job. If you had issues, you should have spoken to me directly. I’ve never known where it is okay to quit a job without any notification. I paid you with the expectation that you would be at the reception for the entire time. However, you left before most of the important events took place, i.e. tossing the bouquet/garter and the sparkler send off. Those were activities that I had planned for you to take charge of.

    When you were hired you specially told me it would be you and a team of people (2 other people besides yourself) that didn't happen. Because of that a lot of things went wrong during my wedding. The ordering of the meals for my guest didn't go off as planned. The wedding party didn't have tables reserved. The guestbook wasn't in sight so guest didn't get to sign my book. You didn't let us know ahead of time which layer of cake to cut... You weren't dressed properly for my formal event. Then to top it off I had several guest contact me after the wedding to tell me how rude and nasty and unprofessional your attitude was towards them. My groom also mentioned and witnessed this also. My bridal suite wasn't decorated with all those beautiful flowers that were thrown out. Along with my beautiful cake... Because you left before your job was completed.

    In addition to your leaving the reception early, I found the decorations at the rehearsal dinner unsatisfactory. There were frames on the tables without photos, the candles where never lit and the balloons arrived late. The LOVE balloon was nowhere in sight. Not to mention, you went missing in action for a good part of the dinner. The plain unprofessionalism and unjust decisions you made. Leaving without saying anything to me.

    FUTURE BRIDES- DO NOT HIRE! You have been WARNED!
