  Last Min Request - Amazing Job

  I reached out to Kelly just days before my wedding with some urgent tasks that needed immediate attention. I asked her to handle several major logistical items and set up an entire venue. It was a huge, unconventional request with a lot of moving parts and potential for complications. Kelly absolutely nailed it. She handled everything flawlessly, and I was incredibly impressed. She was a pleasure to work with, and I know I’ll be reaching out to her again for any future wedding planning or last-minute tasks that require precision and attention to detail. Thank you so much for your time and for making our wedding truly spectacular!

  Our Exquisite Day

  We booked Kelly for month before and day of coordination. As soon as her timeframe started she was reaching out for vendor information so she could make her connections to them. I didn't have to keep following up with anyone, any questions that Kelly couldn't answer she would send me a quick email, but luckily there wasn't very many. She built our timeline and worked with us to ensure everything was how we wanted timing-wise. I was initially a bit worried at first because I ended up doing a lot of DIY stuff for our wedding and I didn't know if everything would look how I envisioned, but on the day of she collected all of our boxes and with a few instructions she laid everything out. After the ceremony, we were able to view the reception space prior to everyone else and we were so happy with how everything came out. I couldn't have done it better myself. Kelly and her team have a great attention to detail!
  During the day, there were two issues that arose (as they always do). I had missed a few place cards some how and extra people showed up that hadn't RSVP'ed. Those could've been major issues (and thinking about it now still stresses me out) but Kelly and her partner got extra place cards setup and worked with the venue coordinator to make sure everyone had a seat.
  
  We are so grateful to them for ensuring our day went as smooth as possible. My new husband and I were able to enjoy our day celebrating with everyone. We received so many compliments on how well everything came out, and that is due to Kelly.

  Fantastic Wedding Planner

  Hiring a wedding planner was the best money I spent on my wedding. It made vetting vendors, coordinating minutiae, negotiating hiccups and day of logistics SO MUCH EASIER. Having a wedding planner allowed me to actually enjoy my day!
  
  Kelly Scaramella is fantastic at what she does. She's meticulous, organized, she has tons of industry contacts she can recommend and she has impeccable taste and judgment. On top of all of that, she's a delight to be around, which is important when you consider how much time you'll spend speaking to your planner. 10/10 can't recommend her enough!

  Amazing day-of planning experience

  Kelly did such an outstanding job with the month-out and day-of coordination of our wedding. From the get-go, she thought of details and vendor questions that never occurred to me, and made me so thankful she was on board to help with the wedding. She did such a great job coordinating the vendors and creating the timeline, that the day ran seamlessly. My husband and I didn’t have to stress or worry about the details of the day, which allowed us to truly enjoy our wedding. From what I heard, our vendors liked working with her too. My makeup artist was actually talking about wedding coordinator horror stories and said how great Kelly was to work with. Great work, and I’d highly recommend Kelly!

  Kelly was worth her weight in gold!

  We were referred to Kelly and we were so glad we did! She was the best. Extremely detail oriented, prompt communication and responses, and the most incredible memory (I credit her organization and note taking skills). Kelly would often bring up details that both my wife and I forgot about during our walk throughs with our vendors.
  
  Kelly really shined on the day of the wedding. She was incredibly organized and helped us move from one event to another (and there were a lot of microevents that you forget about). The logistics were buttery smooth and it was apparent and obvious, my guests definitely noticed. They mentioned that our wedding was well organized and perfectly timed.
  
  We are so, so happy we got Kelly. Trust us, a wedding planner/coordinator is an absolute must, and Kelly is worth her weight in gold! No one should be working on your wedding day. It will truly be the best day of your lives. And Kelly was able to make that a reality. Thank you so much Kelly!

  Highly recommend Kelly!

  My husband and I were thrilled with Kelly as our coordinator! She was incredibly helpful in the months leading up to our wedding, helping us stay organized and even giving us advice & recommendations, and the day of our wedding she made sure everything went perfectly. It was so comforting to know that someone so experienced and professional was handling all of the details while I could just relax and enjoy the day. She and her assistants even went out of their way to place the flowers from our ceremony along the head table at our reception – the most gorgeous detail! Having a day-of coordinator is worth every penny, and Kelly delivered beyond what we were even expecting. I highly recommend her!

  Kelly was a rock star! She was in touch with me from day one. Multiple phone calls and we met at the venue way ahead of time to confirm all the details. She was very hands-on and paid attention to every detail. The day of she took over, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She had it all set up ad everyone where they needed to be; while I focused on getting ready and my photos. I couldn’t have imagined my day without her.
