Julia was great to work with! She was very attentive and helped my job as the DJ/Emcee run smooth throughout the wedding. The newly wed's vision came together with the her awesome coordinating skills and logistics with all the vendors. I highly recommend her and team as one of the best wedding coordinators in town! -

Stephanie and Isabella were an absolute joy to work with. We had plans for a somewhat nontraditional wedding, and Stephanie really listened to what we wanted and what was important to us. We ended up changing not only our venue, but our entire destination in the middle of the planning process, and she was not only accommodating but enthusiastic about doing whatever she could to make our dreams come true. It felt like working together with a close friend to create a magical experience.
The organization and level of detail was flawless. Monthly checklists kept us on task and ahead of the game leading up to the wedding. We always knew what we were supposed to be working on, and felt fully prepared by the time we got on the plane for our destination.
The day of the wedding was so seamless and smooth. We didn't have to worry about anything except enjoying ourselves with our family and friends. The entire weekend was sheer perfection - we can honestly say it was the best experience of our lives. Thank you SO much to Stephanie and Isabella!! -

I was a mother needing help and support from an expert to plan her son's wedding. Events Inspired was recommended to me, and I connected with Stephanie, a co-owner and fabulous event planner.
She listened to our vision, plans, hopes, and dreams for the event and connected the bride and me to vendors who supported our goals. They all worked together to accomplish a dream wedding for my son and daughter-in-law.
On the wedding day, Stephanie told me, "Now you go be the Mother of the Groom and enjoy the day." Stephanie and her team took care of everything.
The entire event, ceremony, and reception were pure magic. Thanks to Stephanie and Events Inspired.

The Events Inspired team were a dream to work with! I worked primarily with Isabella and she was highly organized and on top of everything that needed to be done. Amazing!!!
I can’t begin to explain how much we appreciate Julia and her team for making our wedding day run so seamlessly. She’s easy to talk to you, professional, and extremely organized. I can’t think of a better coordinator who could’ve handled our large wedding. Events inspired has a ton of experience and knows the San Diego wedding venues which also is super helpful! They are truly pros! -

Julia was incredible! I had her services for three months and the day of and I'm so grateful for her help. I don't know how I could've done this without her. We made multiple changes to our timeline and she handled everything for me. She made thoughtful suggestions and was very respectful of my wishes and visions. She made them come alive as a coordinator. -

Stephanie and Events Inspired are AMAZING
We are SO happy we chose Events Inspired for our wedding coordination. We decided to do the month of planning package and from the second Stephanie stepped in, we felt so relieved! She basically took over from there and perfected our timeline, not missing one detail. Our wedding day went by without one issue (that we knew of) thanks to Stephanie and her team. Working with Events Inspired allowed us to enjoy our wedding weekend and not stress about the details. We can't imagine our wedding day without her support! I had locked in most of my vendors and made most of the big decisions ahead of looking for a planner, so I decided to just go with Month of planning. I considered doing just day of, but I am SO glad that I did NOT do that. Month of is worth it, Events Inspired basically takes everything off your plate that you can just enjoy the time leading up to your wedding and focus on other things that are more important than timeline, logistics and vendor communication. Amber was absolutely amazing, she was incredibly responsive leading up to the wedding and was super helpful in making recommendations for us along the way. Day of, they wedding truly could not have gone better and I truly attribute it to Amber putting together the most perfect timeline for our day and communicating so well with all of our vendors. Events Inspired knows how to do weddings and how to do them well, I would 100% recommend!! -

Wow, Events Inspired was everything our wedding needed. I'm definitely a budget-minded bride, but I didn't want our money spent on our wedding go to waste due to the lack of logistics. My husband and I got married at a strict venue with a unique layout and a guest count that made it a tight fit -- hiring Julia and her team made the wedding smooth and the best day of our lives. As someone who has a tendency to want to control everything I am so glad that I hired Events Inspired. Our vendors reported high satisfaction with communication, our guests had a wonderful time, and I really did feel like it was the absolute most perfect day. Julia's communication was clear, punctual, and effective and I never felt intimidated to ask questions or make requests. I highly recommend hiring Events Inspired to make your big day a dream come true. -

Amber was our coordinator for our wedding at Feast and Fareway on Coronado on Oct 2nd, 2021. My wife is fairly type A and had a majority of the wedding planned but we knew a wedding planner was a MUST HAVE. We wanted to let someone make sure everything flowed smoothly the night of the wedding and Amber did a flawless job. She brought such a sense of calm to my wife and me. Nicole was completely incredible. She brought us such peace of mind and ensured that our chaotic day went as smoothly as possible. She produced a detailed day-of timeline that we then collaborated on via Google Docs / dozens of comments/questions from us. She clearly communicated expectations with vendors; we arrived at 2:00pm for our 4:00pm ceremony, and everything was ready and perfect. She offered valuable advice on small details we overlooked, and shared constructive feedback in a kind, compassionate, solution-focused manner. She was an angel on our side and we’re so grateful! -

We had the pleasure of working with Stephanie at Events Inspired and were recommended to Events Inspired by close friends! We could not be more thrilled with our decision and our wedding went off without a hitch! Working with Stephanie was very valuable for many reasons but to highlight a few:
-Stephanie walked us through postponing our wedding due to COVID and how to address all vendors and guests
-Stephanie created the entire layout for where tables, food, dance floor, etc should go! We flipped the space from ceremony to reception and she created the perfect layout for both!
-Advised us on necessary rentals, how many tables, etc we would need.
-Attended the Rehearsal and made everyone confident in knowing their roles during the ceremony
-Created the entire Day Of Timeline and made sure everyone involved (including vendors!) were where they needed to be at the set time!
-Created peace of mind during the entire process & kept me fed the day of!
Stephanie is truly a bundle of sunshine and is an expert at her profession. As a bride, I was so relaxed the day of and didn’t have to worry about anything besides having fun! You will be very happy and very lucky to work with Stephanie and the entire Events Inspired team! I couldn’t recommend them more! Thank you Stephanie!! -

I had the privilege of working with Stephanie from Events Inspired twice - once as a bridesmaid and again as a bride! After witnessing her in action in my friends wedding, I knew I wanted her to be a part of ours. We hired her for day of coordination and the moment she stepped in, I finally felt relief! So much of what makes Stephanie special is her knowledge of the process, her attention to detail + her talent at executing a vision. The big things, like the information in her welcome packet, and the small things, like her quick response to emails, really made us feel so taken care of throughout the process. We can’t say enough wonderful things about her and really loved working with her team - if you are on the fence about day of event coordination, I STRONGLY recommend budgeting it in! Having had Julia Bagunu as our wedding planner, for sure, sealed our special day. Initially Rose and I didn’t think we wanted a wedding planner, but we could not have been more wrong. The depth and extent of the details necessary to pull off a wedding that runs seamlessly and has all the special touches, does not happen by chance.
Julia provided us with professional timelines, followed through, and communicated with a well-received rapport on our behalf. The vendors she recommended were equally as impressive and added to our entire experience. She was calm, organized, and assured. She kept us on track and was willing to meet us at our convenience. She literally thought of everything and took over the reigns in a way that freed us up, both during the planning stage, but most importantly on the day of our wedding. She truly made it our day to enjoy. Even during a difficult family loss Julia experienced leading up to our wedding, she did not skip a beat and was a consummate professional. My sister-in-law called us the day after and asked us, “If you had to the wedding over again, would you?” Our answer was a resounding…absolutely!! The venue was beautiful and we attribute the fond sentiments of our guests, family, and our own experience, largely due to Julia’s role in getting it going and seeing it through to the very end. We recommend Julia Bagunu with the highest regard.
