The most down to earth coordinator
Becca & Co is an amazing team. Kate was my coordinator for my wedding. I did the 90 day coordination package and she fully took over 3 months before my wedding. The transition was so smooth and she answered every question I had. My wedding day went on perfectly. Kate and her assistant made sure everything was perfect and in place. Her assistant even went out to get more alcohol and we were running low on some items. Above and beyond what I asked for.Becca & Co is an amazing team. Kate was my coordinator for my wedding. Thank you Becca!
We are so grateful to have worked with Becca and her team for our wedding/vow renewal in April 2022! The day went perfectly. They really helped make our day special and stress free. We contracted with them for their month-of coordination package. If I would change anything, I would have gone for their full planning package!
We originally scheduled our wedding in April 2020. We had to postpone due to the pandemic. There were lots of sensitive events that happened over the 2 years Becca was our planner. We can't thank her enough for being so caring, flexible, and helpful all along the way.
Becca is super professional and organized. About 2 months before the event, she scheduled multiple coordination calls and meetings with us and vendors to prepare for the big day. I appreciate that we went through the event piece by piece at a pace that was manageable for us. She often brought up aspects of the day we needed to prep for that we didn't think about.
Once our big day came, everything went smoothly thanks to Becca and her team! When I wasn't sure about something I asked for their advice, or they knew how I could figure things out. They laid out all the decor, understood the look we were going for, and nailed all the visual details. Some parts of our wedding were non-traditional and didn't play to gender norms. We also incorporated some of our cultural traditions and food. She was very understanding and non-judgemental. She coordinated all those elements seamlessly.
I was a little stressed before we got to the wedding venue. As soon as we got there, Becca was already busy and in charge. I was relieved. When I arrived she briefed me on the set up. My Type A friend/bridesmaid who happened to be there literally applauded. This is pretty good affirmation from a person who is a good event planner themselves. The stress went away. I could relax and enjoy the whole day.
I really felt like Becca was looking out for me. I'm lactose intolerant and she made sure that my dessert didn't have dairy. When some of the layout in the reception area didn't look as nice as we thought, she checked in with me to make changes so things looked nice. She has such great attention to detail!
One of the exciting moments we planned was a firework show. She "stage managed" the announcement, the music, the fireworks, and light to get the moment just right.
Multiple people gave me compliments telling me Becca was a great coordinator. A couple of our wedding vendors are actually friends of ours. They also told us that she was really good and more thoughtful than other planners they've worked with.
We're happy we made the right choice.

Rebecca and her team were the most professional, attentive, calm, and helpful group we could ask for — we could not imagine our day (or really our year) without her. I used Rebecca’s services 2 month planning + styling. Although 2 month planning generally means she pops in 2 months before the date to start helping out, Rebecca started working with us FAR in advance…coming with me to my vendor meetings, venue walkthroughs, floral design reviews, linen selection meetings, etc throughout the entire year. She would be there to take notes, provide suggestions, and really be a sounding board for me as I made decisions. Rebecca has all of the knowledge and the eye for design, so it was invaluable to have her there to tell me what is customary, what I should spend time / money on and what I could do without.
As I was making progress throughout the year, we would meet and she would keep me on track to make sure I felt totally comfortable, and that the planning experience was going smoothly. There were a million moving pieces, but having her there really helped to ease any of my concerns and keep things organized.
Now for the day of…this is where Rebecca and her team truly shine and worked her magic. It was over 100 degrees that day and Rebecca and her team were working the entire day assembling all of our decor, directing our vendors, and making sure everything looked absolutely stunning and perfect. She would check in with me every 30 min-1 hr to tell me how everything was going as I was getting ready. She would ask my preferences on specific design items I was passionate about and made sure that I was given time to read my letters, receive gifts, and enjoy the getting ready time. Events by Rebecca is a must hire for your wedding! We worked with Rebecca during our booking process and Kate was the lead planner for our wedding. We signed up for the month of wedding package. Kate and her team delivered wonderful customer service and made our wedding flow so smoothly.
Everyone from their team was so easy to work with, responsive, on top of everything, which made us feel so relaxed. We were able to enjoy the month leading up to my wedding and didn't worry about a thing on the day of the wedding! They executed everything SO effectively and all of our vendors loved working with them as well!

Very Organized and Efficient
We at Sacramento Event Co LOVE working along side Rebecca and her staff. They are well organized, efficient, attentive and calm plus they have a keen eye for design. My husband and I got married at Beatnik Studios in Sacramento on 10/29/16. Let me start out by saying that, since college, I haven't *dreamed* about my wedding day. We wanted our day to be great (yes! of course!), but nothing fancy or over the top. I TOTALLY thought I could handle and organize an event for 100 people, so we didn't bring Rebecca in as our coordinator at first. We met her through her role at Beatnik - helping us secure the venue, photographers (that come with studio) etc. A wedding coordinator, in my mind, was just something I didn't need. As we got further in, I realized I was wrong. So wrong. The devil really is in the details -and there are so many moving parts! We realized we were in over our heads! We decided to go with Rebecca's "Day Of" package -which actually means she starts working about two weeks out to get timelines together and coordinates with vendors.
People. If I could do ONE thing over, it would be to bring Rebecca in sooner -she is worth her weight in gold! And while we were on a budget, I would find a way to put more money towards her more complete packages. The time and STRESS that this woman takes off your plate is priceless. As it was, she went completely over the top! Professional, warm, a perfectionist without stressing you out about it, on top of everything. I can't recommend her enough -she will make every aspect of your event easier and smoother -allowing you to ENJOY it more. At the rehearsal the night before, she skillfully moved a big wedding party through the motions -kept the groomsmen in line, but always in a completely likeable way.

We hired Events by Rebecca for our wedding as a day-of-coordinator. I am naturally a planner with some control issues so I thought that I would just plan everything and would get HELP day of (as the minimum requirement of the venue). Wrong, Rebecca and Kate by far exceeded my expectations. They were there to answer my questions along the way, making recommendations. They were fully prepared for the wedding day, after requesting all contracts and contacting all vendors themselves. We had a timeline and layout created and sent out to all vendors days before the wedding. Phone conferences to make sure we were all on the same page and walk-throughs at the venue. Far more than "Day-Of." Now, coming to Day-Of, we had Kate and her two assistants: Olivia and Kendall. As a bride, I am not kidding when I say, I did nothing on my wedding day but get ready and enjoy myself. They did EVERYTHING and never had to come to me except to check-in on how I was doing. That just goes to show how prepared Kate was. Rockstar!!! At the end of the night, they picked everything up and even left dessert and champagne in our bridal suite.
