  Gulf Shores Wedding!

  We could not have been any happier with Eventive occasions! Yhana and her team were amazing! I reached out to Yhana inquiring about full wedding planning since we live in Mississippi and needed help from picking out vendors to day of coordinating! She handled everything from rentals and flowers all the way to the food details because we couldn’t decide! They turned a beach house into a beautiful wedding venue! She was also there for all of our meetings helping guide us through the process and keep me on track! She is the sweetest soul and is so much for to work with! The day of our wedding everyone was relaxed because they handled all of the details flawlessly!

  Best Wedding Coordinator!

  During my whole experience with Yhana she was absolutely amazing! We hired her for the month of our wedding so we didn’t have to worry about the rest of things leading up to the wedding and day of. My husband, me, our family and friends really got to really enjoy the wedding day and not stress about if anything was going to get done. Yhana and her team were 100% on top of things the day of. Eventive Occasions truly made the day run so incredibly smoothly and I had the full confidence that Yhana would make sure it did. On top of her and her team doing amazing, Yhana really is the sweetest person and you can tell she truly wants to make your wedding day so special. We don’t know what we would’ve done without her and her team! Hire Eventive Occasions if you want to have the best wedding experience!

  Perfect experience for my April Wedding!

  I had an incredible experience with Eventive Occasions! The owner, Yhana, helped bring my vision to life…from the planning, to the rentals, to the florals- I used her for everything and am so glad I did! Her prices were extremely reasonable compared to other vendors I looked into, and the quality did not disappoint. I was blown away by how beautiful my bouquet was! Yhana was very friendly and easy to talk to. It felt like I was planning my wedding with a friend, instead of a stranger. As an out of town bride, she went out of her way to meet with me early into the planning process when I happened to be in town, and was eager to schedule as many phone calls as I needed over the year. She was committed the entire day of the wedding to making sure it was going to perfection! I highly recommend Eventive Occasions for wedding planning, rentals, and florals.

  Exceptional

  Yhana was my daughter’s wedding coordinator for month before wedding and day of wedding. You can see that she loves her job by how she took care of my daughter’s wedding. Her heart is in it and you can see it and feel it . Because of Yhana I was able to spend the whole day of the wedding, enjoying every minute with my daughter. I will hire again for any future parties that I may have because I thoroughly enjoyed being around her and when the wedding was over, one of the first things I said was I was going to miss her. Thank you Yhana and your team for everything that you did to make my daughter’s wedding absolutely beautiful, run smoothly, took care of every detail, and how you showed us how much you cared. We are forever grateful.

  Yhana was amazing to work with! When I initially reached out to her asking for her help in planning my wedding, she responded within 5 minutes. I didn’t expect her to respond until days later. She was very easy to get in contact with and responded rather quickly answering all of my questions/comments/concerns. Since I got married not in my hometown, I didn’t know any vendors. She was very helpful in helping me pick vendors and getting quotes from vendors. Yhana was great at finding vendors and ways to stay within my budget! She also did my flowers which I thought were beautiful! She made my dream wedding come to life and I’m forever grateful for her! I highly recommend using Yhana for all of your wedding planning and coordinating needs!
