Honestly I have no clue where to start with this review. Our experience with Epic Catering was not very pleasant, yes the food is absolutely amazing and our cake was beautiful but nothing else was. Leading up to our wedding our price was changed after the initial price which was quoted this mad me very upset as we had a specific budget to follow. When questioned about why the price was raised I was told it was for a better linen quality, this might be very important to some brides but to me it was not. It was not something I would get to keep I’m only renting the table cloths for maybe 5 hours. I also believe that any changes made in a contract should be told to a client before it is done. The second thing that made me upset was our final walk though Toney showed up at our venue and was with us for a total of maybe 10 min before disappearing to talk with the estate manger about someone else’s wedding. This was frustrating to me because I had to request a day off just to accommodate him. . The third was the day of the wedding only half of our guest were served/offered all of the food and wine chosen for the main meal When Toney was asked about it he started to almost argue with my mother-in-law that he himself went to every table to serve and that was not true. During this time the Bartender was also not carding, so several minors ended up being served alcohol this is absolutely not okay. Fourth in the contract it was stated all glass stem wear was include so this should have included Champaign flutes but apparently did not, when my mother-in-law asked they said it would be another $200 charge. Again, not all the guest were offered Champaign for the toast so now we have a bunch of Champaign which we had purchased which almost no one got to drink. Fifth, the serving of the wedding cake was almost nonexistent. The cake had three different flavored layers. However, only the top layer was sliced and plated. barely anyone offered much less served wedding cake. The
