Amazing!
Our wedding simply would not have happened without Beth! We were planning from out of town and she made it seamless. Beth is nice, professional, and one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. She cares deeply for her couples and makes you feel like family. The planning process and her day of coordinating could not have been better. She got us set up with all of the most incredible vendors and made our wedding day a stress -free and enjoyable day for everyone!! -

Beth helped me plan everything for my wedding, even down to the cake knife! She was easy to talk to, she met with me multiples time to discuss important factors for the wedding and I could NOT have done it without her! -

Beth and her team are the best!
I can’t recommend Beth and Engaging Events enough. We hired Beth for full wedding planning package and I worked with her over the last year to put together our wedding. I met with a few other planners in the Outer Banks and Beth’s personality (calm yet extremely professional, well connected, and knowledgeable) was just what I needed. Liz Myers was our day of coordinator since Beth was already confirmed to be onsite at another wedding the same day and she and Kristin knocked it out of the park. They managed to have us out on the back lawn overlooking the water at our venue during a slight break in the rain for the ceremony and once the rain was over set up our cocktail tables and cornhole out from under cover for guests to enjoy during the reception before I could even recognize that was an option. I have received so many compliments from our guests and it wouldn’t have been possible without Engaging Events. -

Beth was our day of coordinator for our wedding and she went above and beyond! We had emails and calls for several months before to discuss all sorts of details, and Beth was always happy to help and make recommendations. As my day of planner, she also helped lay out our layout and timeline, which was so helpful. She knew intimate details about my venue and all about the OBX vendors. For the rehearsal and wedding, she had everything under control and I had nothing to worry about. Would definitely recommend as an expert! -

We had an absolutely beautiful and well-organized wedding in Manteo thanks to Beth! She was very responsive when I reached out. My husband and I were able to meet Beth in person early on and talk through our big wedding ideas. Months before the wedding, Beth helped with finding vendors and thinking through our timeline. Beth was always prompt and honest in her responses, giving us her best professional advice. Leading up to the wedding, Beth finalized our timeline, solidified details with vendors, and made sure we had everything we needed to be prepared. The day before the wedding, Beth lead the rehearsal, set up decorations, and talked us through final details. She was so patient even when our officiant was an hour late! The wedding was perfect and ran smoothly—-we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I’m so so so happy we chose Beth as our day of coordinator—-it was well worth it! -

Beth was absolutely incredible during the entire process of planning my wedding. I used all of her recommendations for vendors and NONE of them disappointed. She kept the day going smoothly and I was so calm the day of the wedding knowing she was my planner. The thought, detail, and care that she had to make my day perfect was unmatched. I would recommend her to any Budleigh Bride, or Bride in North Carolina in general. She kept this destination wedding Bride (we are from PA) calm and happy and I couldn't love her more for it!!! -

Beth was the best. We had a pretty big wedding and I wanted to be completely hands off the week of, so I hired her as a day-of coordinator. She made sure everything went smooth and if anything did go wrong, I don't even know! Leading up to the wedding, she answered all of my questions and was a massive help with the logistics. Beth was so much more than a day-of coordinator and I'm grateful we went with her! And her assistant was absolutely lovely too. -

We had an absolutely fantastic wedding! Everything went smoothly and we could not have asked for a better night! Beth kept everything on schedule and we did not have to worry about a thing! We are so glad we booked with Engaging Events for our May 2023 OBX wedding. Beth went above and beyond to make our day truly magical. We only booked her for the day-of, but she was there for us every step of the way. She created a perfect timeline, decorated our venue to exceed my vision and expectations, and checked in on us all night to bring us food, drinks, etc. Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without Beth and her team. We are so grateful for her! -

There are really no adequate words to describe the services of Beth Pallet and Engaging Events. From day one a year before the wedding Beth was a wealth of advice, information, and experience. She was always available to me for questions, and at least 3 steps ahead of me in planning. She created invaluable timelines, check lists, and vendor orders that left nothing to chance. The day of Beth and her staff were amazing! Their hard work and attention to detail left nothing for me to do but concentrate on my daughter. They kept things seamlessly flowing and took care of every single detail as the night unfolded allowing me to enjoy this once in a lifetime experience. The next morning, all that was left for me to do was pick up my things. 5 stars is not enough! -

Beth was amazing to work with! She made the process of planning my wedding absolutely flawless, from giving me recommendations on certain things, and her honesty and diligence during the process. Every time I was stressed she was able to put things in perspective to me and ease my mind. Any little issue that arose, she was on top of it. She handled all the communication with all vendors really making the whole process so easy for me. If you are getting married I would DEFINATELY recommend Beth! She is passionate about what she does and an absolute delight to work with! -

You need a wedding coordinator and you need it to be Beth. I work in the entertainment industry and am so thankful I chose Beth to guide us during our special day. She is simultaneously direct and charming in that way Southern women have mastered, and will take your event to the next level allowing you to take it all in. She really has it all; a wonderful demeanor, an artistic eye, knowledge of the area, relationships with other vendors, and a competitive price. -

Beth was amazing!! She spent a great deal of time getting to know us allowing for the day we envisioned to be flawlessly executed. Beth is personable, professional, extremely organized and her attention to detail is nothing less than extraordinary. Beth was always readily available and she consistently went the extra mile to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Her relationships and her recommendations with regard to the other vendors in the area proved to be instrumental in the overall success of this destination wedding. Planning a destination wedding is never easy...unless Beth Pallett is your wedding coordinator :)
Beth made the wedding planning process a breeze! She is professional, kind, experienced, and down-to-earth. When I met her for the first time in person on the night of my rehearsal I remember saying "My best friend is here!" She truly felt like a best friend to me after spending so much time planning with her! My wedding day was nothing short of perfection thanks to her and her assistant! We cannot recommend Engaging Events enough! -

I give Engaging Events an A+ for responsiveness, professionalism, kindness, and dedication. Beth and her assistant, Ann were exceptional. Several times during wedding prep I would start to do something and she would gently remind me that this "is your day too mom. I've got this, now go enjoy". And she did. She had every tiny detail perfectly choreographed. I am in awe of how perfectly perfect my daughters wedding day was. From the bottom of my heart ... THANK YOU!! -

Absolutely Wonderful
Beth was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. She took the time to go over every detail from the largest to the most minute. The joy and enthusiasm she had throughout the process was contagious. The day of our wedding she and her assistant were already there working hard when I arrived. We planned to have our ceremony outside but the weather didn't cooperate however you would have never known because they put everything together as if indoors was the plan all along. I brought quite a lot of decor for both indoors and out and they were able to blend them together and bring my vision to life with perfection. They kept us on track and assisted with all of our needs throughout the evening. To say they were an indispensable asset is an understatement.
