  I recommend Emerald Cove to everyone! They were so easy to work with. The food was absolutely the best. Portion sizes were generous. They were on time and very prepared for the event. I can't say enough positive things about them.

  We really enjoyed working with Emerald Cove. Really down to earth people who totally understood what we needed. The food was awesome and affordable. The only problems we ran into had to do with a couple special requests. We had asked for a plate of appetizers to be set aside for the brides and they forgot but had one ready right away. Also they were suppose to set aside all the parts from our cake but they were thrown away (luckily I was standing right there when it happened and we were able to find all the pieces). At the end of the night the staff had packed all the leftovers in there van so I had to have them unpack it all so we could take it home. Overall we felt they did an awesome job and we really have no complaints.

  I absolutely loved the food from emerald cove catering! Everyone raved about the food all night, i heard about it for weeks. Carly was very helpful and was on point when it came to making exactly what i wanted. Thanks again!

  I used Emerald Cove for my wedding and the food was AMAZING!!! However talking to someone was on the verge of impossible. For 2 weeks before the wedding I emailed once a day to every email contact I had and called and left a message once a day with no return emails or calls. The only way I was able to talk to anyone was going to their kitchen in the hopes that I would run into someone who would be able to help me. I was VERY disappointed in the customer service I received after spending over $6,000 with this company. Food was great, staff on site was great but I will never again use them for the lack of response from their offices.
