  Fabulous Photographer!

  Desiree is the best. Her photographs are gorgeous, she makes even the most camera shy feel comfortable, she is a joy to be around, and was very easy to work with. We did an engagement session with her in New York City in 2019 (she was visiting for a friend's wedding and we lived there) and our Covid micro-wedding in 2020. She was extremely flexible during our Covid rescheduling and made the whole process a dream (we were supposed to get married in April and rescheduled for August). She was strict in her Covid precautions so everyone felt safe being photographed and was able to get great family shots even with social distancing. We had limited time for photographs on our wedding day and she got through the list while being lovely to work with — and made us look great even though we were sweating like crazy in 105 degree weather. She even added an extra hour day-of so we could take some night shots. The pictures turned out beautiful — lively, joyful, not posed (which is what we wanted), and everyone commented on how gorgeous the photography was. Hire Desiree for your wedding, engagement, family photos, etc. — you'll be glad you did!

  Desiree made us look GREAT!!!

  We recently got married at Star Hill Ranch and Desiree was absolutely the best. Leading up to the wedding she did a great job in breaking down all aspects of her services and was always accessible for us if we had questions. On wedding day she was kind to all of our guests and wedding party, funny and upbeat, and made sure to get the pictures needed while also “keeping the show on the road.” All of those aspects were extremely important to my wife and I when it came to our special day. We received our photos within less than 3 weeks after the event and they were AMAZING!!! I highly recommend Elkk Photography and look forward to possibly using their services in the future. Thanks so much Desiree!! ☺

  Best Quality and Best Human

  We are so happy with our choice to book Elkk Photography! Desiree made us feel super comfortable taking our engagement and wedding photos. She also was extremely flexible and supportive throughout the whole process. Desiree's photos are worth every dang penny. She knows how to capture everyone's best selves. We can't wait to treasure these photos forever!

  Wonderful photography and wonderful photographer!!

  Desiree was so amazing! She instantly helped us remain calm, and reminded us to have fun on the day of the wedding. She was such a wonderful photographer, and her great personality really helped make the day run smoother!
  
  I was really struggling to find a wedding photographer that I felt understood that we just wanted to capture the pure happiness of the wedding day until I talked to Elkk Photography. From our first interaction, we immediately knew that Desiree understood everything we wanted for engagement pictures and for the wedding day.
  
  The wedding pictures were absolutely breathtaking! Desiree was able send us our sneak peak directly after the wedding, so we could share with friends and family!   Desiree at Elkk Photography was such a pleasure to work with. We left our wedding not only feeling like we had a great photographer but a great friend too. She was able to capture candid moments perfectly, even during our engagement session with our 100lb St. Bernard puppy (no easy feat!). She is very responsive and eager to share her work - we were amazed we had a sneak peek of our wedding photos by the morning after. Words cannot express how much it means to us to have these precious family moment documented just as we remembered. Highly recommend Desiree!
