Absolutely phenomenal!!
There is no wedding dress shopping experience like shopping at Elegant Bridals! Traci and the rest of the team are so personal and they will make you feel like the most beautiful bride in the world! They are all so kind and you can really see their passion for the bride and the profession! 1000/10 would recommend! And the dresses are all so gorgeous! -

Julia Sent on 01/16/2016Traci and Jane helped me find the dress of my dreams! I gave them an idea of what I liked and the very first dress I tried on ended up being the one. They worked so well together and made the whole experience so much fun. I would recommend Elegant Bridals to any bride. They were able to work with my budget and I don't feel like I'm having to sacrifice anything about what I love in a wedding dress. Their customer service is excellent, and it feels good to know that this detail of my wedding is being handled by experienced professionals. -

Thank you Elegant Bridal and Traci for such a magical experience choosing my wedding dress. I am so excited to wear it. My experience shopping at Elegant Bridal was phenomenal! I would HIGHLY recommend Elegant Bridals to anyone! My consultant, Emily was absolutely amazing. I had two appointments and the first one i just couldn’t decide. I was able to come in two days later thinking i knew “the one” but Emily showed me a different dress she thought i wouldn’t loved and that was the one i picked! They have so many beautiful and different dresses for everyone’s taste. The whole staff was amazing and i’m happy to say i said YES to the dress here! From a customer service perspective, i went to a total of three different bridal boutiques and no one compared to the staff here and how they put you above everyone else. The best experience!
This was the first place I shopped for bridal gowns and I found the one thanks to Hannah! She was amazing at picking out styles and helping me put my vision to life. She was so sweet and made me feel very confident! I ended up saying yes to the dress for the second dress I tried on and it was beautiful, my now husband LOVED it. The ladies were always there for me during my wedding planning journey and quick to respond to any questions I had. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience finding my dream dress! -

Wedding dress shopping is such an important part of the process and I could not be happier with my experience at Elegant Bridals. The staff was absolutely wonderful and helped me in selecting my dream dress, the space itself was beautiful and their selection was great - not to mention, my dress arrived a month early & I know it's in the best of care!!Elegant Bridals's reply:

I went in not knowing where to start, but thankfully there was wonderful people there willing to help. I specifically am grateful for Alice. She made me feel like my opinion matter and she wanted nothing more but for me to be happy. She was always there to take in my opinion about a dress and help me to stay within my budget. I highly recommend Alice and any Elegant Bridal associate! I was very pleased with the atmosphere of the store also!Elegant Bridals's reply:

Unforgettable
I picked this certain Saturday to go dress shopping and for some reason this had to be my first stop, so with that being said I went looking around and everything tried on some dresses had a few I liked and then It was this one I kept trying on. My experience at Elegant Bridals was amazing! I went there for my first visit and said yes to a dress that was beautiful and in my budget. While I was there I tried on a good bit of dresses but there was one in particular that I absolutely loved but it was out of my budget so I didn’t get it. I thought about that dress all week and wasn’t satisfied with the dress I had chosen. I call back and asked if I could come back and get the other dress and they were happy to help me and got me any appointment quickly. Long story short I ended up not getting the dress I went back for but found a dress that is absolutely amazing and it was under my budget which was even more amazing. Lindsey helped me until I found my dream dress. I’m so excited to marry my best friend and can’t wait for him to see me in my dress!! Counting down the days 4/17/2021Elegant Bridals's reply:

Best dress appointment ever
I had the most fun picking out my dress with Elegant Bridals. Lindsey and Traci were so helpful and made me feel like an absolute princess the entire time! I can't say enough good things about the team at Elegant Bridals, especially Alice. I found my dress online while browsing through different Lillian West designs and called over 12 shops around Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama trying to find someone who carried it but none had brought it in. Alice answered when I called Elegant Bridals and already knew the exact dress I was talking about and enthusiastically told me that they could have it brought in. I wound up having two appointments with Alice since I had never tried that cut before and she let me know that they had a very similar one in as part of a trunk show that weekend that I could come try to make sure I liked the cut before having them bring the other one in. This turned into having them bring both dresses in for my second appointment which included my mom and three of my bridesmaids. Alice is truly a fairy gownmother with the magic that she can work. I couldn't fit my arms into the sleeves of the sample so she figured out how to pin it to me so I could see what it would look like and I'm so glad she did because I couldn't have imagined a more perfect dress. We also had to postpone our wedding from October to March and when I contacted Elegant Bridals to ask the best way to store my dress they told me I could bring it back to them and they would store it for me.
