DoubleTree by Hilton Norfolk Airport Reviews

The Norfolk Hilton Staff was GREAT. We had our reception here on May 28, 2011 and at the time there was another reception going on next door and the Hilton had staff out to ensure our guest did not get mixed up. The food was wonderful, everyone was helpfully even down to the front desk staff. I would and will be recommending the Hilton to others.

Everything was perfect. We had a lot of our own personal touches the hotel was great with. We had our own chairs brought in, they didn't have a storage place for them but they worked with our other venues to get it done. The food was great also!

During testing the food was good but on the wedding date my guest and everyone complained. The meat was tough there was no seasoning. We had a cocktail hour and I walked in before came to the hotel hours before everything was to start and there was buckets in the hall and in the room due to the roof was leaking I asked would this be taken care of before the cocktail hour and was assured that he would be. Guest complained to me that the roof was leaking all around them.
