  Kevin Nichols (or as my husband and I call him "DJ Kevin") is AMAZING! We had our reception at the Blacksmith Shop, and DJ Kevin was highly recommended to us. I contacted DJ Kevin and we met with him in person to talk about the services he offered and his previous experience. We told him about how diverse (in age, race, religion, nationality, etc) our guests would be and how a concern was that not everyone would dance or enjoy the music. At our wedding, DJ Kevin had EVERYONE dancing! He is truly a master of ceremonies! DJ Kevin is very well-organized and detail-oriented...so much that we didn't even need a wedding planner for the reception. He was easy to contact and communicate with. He is very well known with numerous other vendors and venues so he has excellent working relationships (which will be of GREAT benefit to you!) with people who you will most likely hire as other vendors. DJ Kevin also has the coolest son who is also a DJ! DJ Kevin mastered our reception with the dances, garter toss, bouquet toss, cake cutting and more. It was awesome! We used DJ Kevin for his dj services, photobooth, lighting, monogram and much more. We had a three-hour gap between our catholic wedding and the reception....and DJ Kevin had everyone pumped at the reception as if the day just started! We highly recommend him and hope to work with him again soon!

  One of the first people I booked when I was planning our wedding was Kevin! I knew from the first time I heard him at a wedding that he was going to be the master of ceremonies as my wedding. Kevin was so easy to work with and was so organized with every detail of our reception. We couldn't have asked for a better reception! We did not serve alcohol so I was worried about people not dancing, but Kevin had everyone on the dance floor all night! He kept things running smoothly and made sure that everyone knew what was going on (when we were cutting the cake, the first dances, etc.) He was so prepared that he brought an extra monogram projection with him. Our decorator wasn't able to display our monogram because it didn't come in time and Kevin, luckily, had his and projected it for us and had everything fixed before the reception started! If you choose Kevin Nichols as your DJ, you will not be sorry! You and your guests will have the time of your lives and you can be assured that your event will be in good hands! -Maura M. Andersen

  Best. Dj. Ever. My guests kept asking who he was because he was awesome! He knew exactly what to do to make our day perfect and keep the flow of the wedding. He remembered what specific songs I wanted played and played them at the right moments. I was adamant about one song and I was worried that I would miss it while taking pictures. Once he saw my husband and I dancing he went straight into it and it was one of my favorite moments!

  Kevin was amazing! He made our wedding one that all of our guests will remember for years to come. He worked with all of my changes and music edits and even helped my parents pull off a surprise for my groom and me! He was the best decision I made regarding the wedding!

  After seeing DKH DJ other events, I knew that he was the best choice for our wedding celebration. He was on time, set up and ready before the guests arrived. DKH has true entertainment equipment for events...he is not just some guy with a stereo. I was very very impressed with his professionalism and setup.
  
  Kevin was also easy to plan and work with leading up to our event. Everyone had a great time! We will always use DKH for our entertainment services.

  DKH Entertainment is an amazing DJ service. Kevin was a great guy to work with and he made the sounds of our wedding amazing. He truly wants to make your day special and easy.   Kevin did an AMAZING job with everything!! Not only is he wonderful at what he does, he is the nicest guy you will ever meet. Our music, lighting, and photobooth could not have been better.   Kevin's skills as a DJ far surpass any I've ever seen. He's much more than a DJ but truly becomes a Master of Ceremonies for the evening (without stealing any thunder for sure:). He is so up-to-date on every song and seems to stay one step ahead of the trends. He's also very fun and easy to work with. We changed our music choices and needed extra help on special music and he willingly accommodated every last request. Our reception was so special because he was there adding charm, professionalism, wit, and sincerity to the evening. We're so grateful for his part in our memorable day!

  Kevin truly made our reception as fun as it could possibly be and I can't tell you how many people asked me for his contact info. He was perfectly involved without being cheesy or annoying and played songs that reflected the crowd perfectly. His set up was unobtrusive and very professional, and he really took the time to get to know me and my husband prior to the event.

  Kevin is an absolutely amazing DJ. Every part of the experience we had with him during wedding planning could not have gone better. As the bride, I was adamant that I would be involved in every detail of my wedding. Kevin never got irritated with me, even with me asking a million questions! He was so easy to work with and was extremely professional throughout the process. During our first meeting, I knew he was the DJ we wanted to work with. He has wonderful equipment, is precise, on time, and dresses very nicely for events. He handled all the music before and during my wedding ceremony and at my reception.
