I plan events for college students for a living, and I was certain I could handle my own wedding. I was so wrong, and hiring Debra was the best wedding planning decision my husband and I made. Debra was a breeze to work with--especially with her quick communication. She readily picked up from the point up to where I had planned and seamlessly took the ropes from there, and I am SO GLAD she did. Debra had a first consult with my husband and I a few months before the wedding, so we could get on the same page. From there, we worked virtually through a shared checklist answering questions I wouldn't have even known to ask! Debra was so patient with my husband and me as we navigated not only wedding planning, but also moving and a surprise knee surgery. Debra even came to our new house with a housewarming gift for our final in-person meeting before the big day! Debra's thoughtfulness continued throughout rehearsal as well as the day-of. Rather than having to worry about who needed to be where and when, Debra had it all on lock. As the bride, I could sit back, enjoy the company of my bridesmaids, and take in the excitement of the day. One of my favorite skills of Debra is her communication with our vendor team. It was such a relief to have a single point of contact for all the vendors as well as a single person asking questions to me. Debra even when above and beyond in helping us cater to ADA accommodations of our family member with mobility impairments: ensuring close seating, bringing food to minimize walking, and providing individualized check-ins with family members who needed it. While the actual day was a total blur, it turned out better than I ever could have dreamed thanks to Debra's diligence, patience, precision, and good humor. I honestly cannot recommend Debra highly enough as a necessary addition to your wedding day team! -

We realized almost immediately that planning for a wedding that was just a few months away was not going to be an easy task, so we decided that we needed help and began looking for a wedding planner. Our search led us to Debra, and it only took one conversation for her professionalism and experience to quickly put our addled and stressed-out minds at ease. We decided that Debra was the perfect choice, and we were right. She did a fantastic job. She guided us through every step of the process from the initial selection of venues and vendors to the ceremony and reception. Debra, let us first start off by saying that you are simply amazing! You went above and beyond for us from the very moment we had our introductory call. You provided us with guidance, showed up every time, and gave us professional advice because we truly had no idea what we were doing haha. Your presence made us feel calm and also provided a sense of reassurance that we went with good vendors who could carry out our vision. Wedding Day Coordinator
One word - AMAZING! Debra was my wedding day of Coordinator and I don’t know what I would’ve have done without her. Debra went above and beyond to make sure we had the most memorable day. I was able to contact her any day at anytime. When I wasn’t available to do things she went in my place! Planning a wedding during a pandemic means a lot of a changes and Debra rolled with all the punches. I never had a situation that she didn’t handle quick, fast and in a hurry! Debra planned and hosted the 100th birthday party of my mother. Oh what a wonderful planner Debra is! Every detail was thought of and so beautifully coordinated. Everything was so elegant and went so smoothly. Debra was a delight to work with knowing just what questions to ask to customize everything to my mother's tastes. Everything so elegantly and tastefully done. She covered every detail and that made all the difference in making the event a true experience for all who attended. She will bring your thoughts and dreams into fruition and will make your event just as amazing as you envisioned. Form décor, day of coordination, to the small details such as place settings and accent colors. No thought is too limited from being created and presented by Ms. Debra.
