  Amazing experience

  Kim was AMAZING! My wedding was on a family farm and we had to rent everything for our big day. Kim came in towards the end of planning and her and her teammate Jeanine helped reduce our stress and anxiety by 1000%! She was able to connect with all our vendors to ensure that they knew where and what they were doing what needed to be done. Wedding day she was on top of everything, super friendly to our guests , and helped ensure our wedding day went off without and a hitch! THANK YOU KIM! We couldn't have done it without you!

  Great experience!

  We loved working with Kim on our wedding day! She is incredibly detail-oriented and flexible and worked hard to ensure our wedding vision was brought to life. I had so many details that I didn't finalize until the last 24-48 hours before our wedding day, and Kim didn't even bat an eye, she just rolled with it! At several planning calls with our other vendors, Kim would bring up and help coordinate logistics of how best to accomplish something we had mentioned we wanted done, such as hanging up a neon sign and playing a video on a projector at our venue. Thank you Kim!

  Kim Harber Wedding Coordinator

  Kim Harber was our coordinator for our wedding and she went beyond expectations. Kim gave 110% from day one and carried through beautifully. She was very organized and made us feel comfortable from day 1. Kim was easy to get in contact with, which made us feel at ease. She listened to our directions and executed them like a true professional. She is easy to get along with and made sure the day went smooth. Highly recommend! Thank you Kim!

  Absolutely amazing

  Kim was the best coordinator we could’ve asked for leading up to our wedding + the day of! Every single detail, she had it covered. I am the type of person that likes things to go exactly as planned, and with Kim there on my wedding day, I was truly stress-free and knew she had it handled! She was highly available for questions and meetings, had great local vendor connections, and seriously made the day go off without a hitch. We had multiple planning meetings leading up to the wedding, she coordinated the entire schedule for the day, communicated and finalized things with all my vendors, helped set everything up the day of, and it was everything I dreamed of and more. I didn’t really understand how necessary a wedding coordinator was until I worked with Kim, and wow, am I SO glad I did! D’Amore seriously crushed it for our wedding and I absolutely recommend them to any brides looking for a coordinator!

  A lovely, organized, and prepared coordinator who took off so much stress!

  Kim was lovely to work with and made sure to ask us lots of questions to best meet our wedding needs and desires. She was well prepared with checklists and emergency wedding kits, anticipating any potential issues, even the weather! She was lovely to work with and helped make our day beautiful!
