  Wonderful food, friendly staff and the coordinator was helpful every step of the way. A lot of guests have called me since the wedding to ask who the caterer was. Everyone loved the food. The cleaned up when needed, any messes made my the kids or the plates on the table they were fast and efficent to get it taken care of. It was a pleasure working with Vicky and the catering staff. They helped make my day perfect!

  Random pick for catering and WOW they were amazing. They pitched in when the wedding planner fell flat, were responsive to all requests, kept food stocked and warm. Professional at every level and the food was DELICIOUS! Great value!

  Culinary Wave beat out the competition in every category when it came to our wedding. They offered more competitive prices, their food was better [immensely better than competitors] and their staff day-of was incredibly courteous, organized and really took a lot of pressure off of my day-of coordinator (which was a blessing because my day-of was a family member who also deserved to enjoy the day). Lisa was knowledgeable through the planning process and provided great recommendations for menu, decor, etc. She even helped us out with orchestrating linen cleaning/pressing for our purchased linens (which was turning into an expensive pain in the butt when trying to figure it out ourselves). There was the occasional lag in response time throughout the planning process and small details in planning that were missed email to email, but to be fair, we were married in September, at the height of wedding season and there wasn’t a thing wrong on the actual day, so any worry was for not. Lisa brought extra staff all the way to Longmont to assist in set up, the staff were kind to our guests, the food was great and we were extremely happy with the whole day. Your caterer is possibly the most important vendor selection you make when planning a wedding - don’t miss the chance to work with Culinary Wave.
