  Crystal worked with us for my daughter's wedding that was last night. It was the most beautiful night ever. She kept us on track and organized and worked with all the vendors. I would totally recommend her to anyone wanting a special wedding!!

  Crystal Occasions was amazing. We met and I shared my vision. They were right there with me. She took over the vendor relations and day of planning. She handled everything that day so we could just relax and enjoy.

  We chose Crystal Occasions based on other good reviews. One word says it all: INCREDIBLE! Crystal is professional, hard-working, easy to communicate with, accommodating, and more. We had some clear and not so clear ideas of how we wanted the wedding ceremony and reception to look and flow. Crystal took our ideas and made them even more beautiful than we imagined. In addition to her creativity, she has the expertise to tend to all of the details required to make a wedding ceremony and reception flow beautifully. As all weddings go, there is always some unpredicted glitch that is completely out of your or your wedding coordinator’s control despite fine-tuning and working out all the details in advance. It doesn’t matter if a bridesmaid is predicted to be late or the tablecloth vendor delivers the wrong-sized tablecloths, Crystal is able to make everything work and gives you peace of mind, enabling you to enjoy the special event. In our case, when I didn’t think Crystal could work any harder, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that while we were celebrating she was behind the scenes quietly organizing and preparing for the much-dreaded packing up and loading, the least favorite part of concluding a beautiful event. I could not have asked any more of Crystal.

  Crystal provided wedding day coordination for our day. We had managed the pre-wedding detail already but would feel very comfortable with her coordinating the entire event if we had only found her earlier. She has experience and organization skills which are excellent. She provided us with suggestions but permitted the bride to own her day's details. No task was too small for her to run with it and make things happen. Highly recommend her for any event. It was a real pleasure working with Crystal Occasions.

  I am the assistant manager for a venue in South Texas and Crystal is by far the best wedding planner I have worked with so far! She was efficient, timely, sweet, easy to work with and generally an all around great person. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner!!!

  Crystal was amazing she is everything you need a planner to be , she is a shark that gets in there and finds you the best deals I swear she could be a lawyer on the side lol!   Beth did a GREAT job as a Day-Of Coordinator. In all our meetings, phone calls and emails she did her very best to help my dream come true. (Even with the tight budget we were on) Our ceremony was supposed to be outside but it was rained out and we had to move the ceremony inside. As soon as Beth saw the weather report, she contacted me to make a plan B. When our ceremony was due to start in ten minutes and my hair was only half-done, she calmed my nerves. Throughout our wedding she made sure that everything went smoothly and I felt no need to worry or panic about anything. I just got to have fun! Thank you so much! I would recommend Beth and Crystal Occasions to anyone.

  Crystal and her team were fabulous putting my wedding together. Not only were they professional but they were friendly and made the entire process so easy and wonderful. We just celebrated our year anniversary and my wedding night is such a beautiful memory thanks to crystal occasions.

  For anyone who may be second guessing whether they need the services of a wedding planner I would highly recommend that you definitely hire a wedding planner for your big day! You will be so thankful that you have someone taking care of everything on your big day. We were very fortunate to have Crystal at Crystal Occasions to help out on the day of our wedding. Crystal was able to take over and made sure every last detail we had planned was taken care of. If anything went wrong I never knew and still do not know! Crystal was very professional, prompt, and very gracious in every interaction and I'm very grateful I had her to rely on during the wedding.

  My Husband and I Just got married and Crystal occasions planned the whole thing. Most girls have this dream wedding they have been planning their whole lives. Well I didn't really have a clue.. Other then the style of dress i didn't even know what color or scheme i wanted! Crystal was so Awesome. We just took it one step at a time and didn't move on until we had made the right decision (even though sometimes that "right" decision changed occasionally, which she also dealt with very well hehe ). She has very good honest opinions and advice. Crystal knows all the vendors you will need the plan the perfect amazing wedding you have always dreamed of. I have had so many people including my husbands 75 yr old grandfather tell me that it was by far the best wedding they have ever been to. EVERYONE had such a blast and honestly all i did was tell Crystal i had faith in her and give her a ballpark to work in and she did the rest! She is just so sweet and easy going and thought of things, little special touches, that would have never crossed my mind but made such a big difference!
  
  If you are looking for someone who knows how to put together YOUR dream wedding, shes the girl. She is professional at all times, but has a sense of humor and a sweet very personable, personality. Best of all, she knows exactly what shes doing.
  
  The whole planning process was so stress free ( for me at least!) and nothing could have turned out better!! We definitely recommend Crystal Occasions to anyone who wants a great experience and we'lll be using her in the future for all of our planning needs!!

  I am very impressed with Crystal. I hired her to handle my day of coordination :) I must say since I was planning a wedding from out of town I didn't get to met her for the initial consultation but I had very good feelings about her services from email and phone conversations.
  
  She did an amazing job making my wedding wonderful. If there was anything that went wrong I knew nothing about it. I am a bit OCD and she understood my personality and over kill with attention to detail, she didn't care that I was super detail oriented. She went with the flow and made everything look wonderful!
  
  I am so happy I hired her to be my day of coordinator. She is amazing and the day wouldn't have ran nearly as smooth without her! Thank you Crystal!

  Every bride should be so blessed to have Crystal Occasions plan and coordinate their wedding!
  
  From our first consultation meeting I knew I found "the one." :) With my fiance out-of-state all of the planning was left to me and needless to say I was one of those stressed-out, nervous-wreck brides that easily could have made my way to bridezilla status without her.
  
  Crystal really listend to our vision. She couldn't have been more helpful or detail-oriented.There was no "I" left undotted, or "T" left to cross. With Crystal handling all the details; researching and negotiating with vendors, paying attention to my insane wish list of details, organizing all the timelines and to-do lists etc. I really got to have the experience every bride dreams of but sometimes forgets to do, I got to sit back and ENJOY IT!!
  
  Something I feel is important to note is that although Crystal Occasions offers complete full-service packages I never felt pressured (which is very important to me) to use the vendors included in her packages. We met with several vendors in each category and Crystal helped me compare them side by side to see who fit best into our vision, budget, and style. Although we ended up upgrading to an inclusive package and using several of her vendors (ask her about them, they're awesome!) I really appreciated the fact that it was our choice to make. No pressure, no guilt trips. We simply choose who we felt was best. I guess in hindsight it shouldn't surprise us that Crystal Occasions works with the best vendors, because Crystal is the best!
  
  Our wedding was perfect and truly more than I ever dreamed of. It was absolutely beautiful and thanks to Crystal's exceptional service, it ran like clock-work.
  
  From the bottom of our hearts, we can't thank Crystal enough. She was amazing to work with and we truly appreciate all the hard work that went into making our wedding a huge success. We will forever cherish our special day and can't wait till the day we get to hire Crystal Occasions for our vow renewal! :)
