    While planning my half-destination wedding (fiancé/now-husband is originally from San Juan, PR), I came across Cristal's Facebook page and after browsing through some of her pictures, I really liked her make-up style and reached out to her. From the moment I contacted her up to the wedding day, Cristal was responsive, professional, and attentive. I had my trial with her just days before my wedding and her friendly and calming demeanor, plus trial hair and make-up skills, put me at ease. The day of the wedding, Cristal and her assistant went to my hotel suite and did hair and make-up for myself, my mother and bridal party. All six of us were very happy with the results. She especially exceeded my mother's expectations and I was so happy she was able to turn not only my vision but also my mother's vision into reality. Cristal may be relatively new to the wedding make-up and hair industry in PR but I'm sure her talent and customer service-oriented, charming personality will take her far!

    Cristal has been my stylist for the last 5 years.
    She's amazingly talented and her sevices are excellent.
    When I got married, obviously I wanted her to do my hair and make-up, and I was more than happy with the results! She gave me exactly what I asked for and even more.
    Highly recommend Cristal for any event, or even when you need just a haircut, she's your to-go person!

    For my wedding, Cristal and her team of professionals took care of the hair and makeup of myself and part of my wedding party. They went to the hotel we were staying, arriving on time and performing a wonderful job. Everybody looked great and she was able to recreate the look that I wanted for my big day. Due to her awesome work, I booked her again for 2 more events, a pin-up inspired shooting and my birthday. I recommend her without hesitation. She works fast and services are affordable.

    Cristal was a joy to work with for our destination wedding. She did hair and makeup for the bride and three others. She was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We did run quite close to the ceremony time, so I'd recommend if you have several people make sure you start pretty early or ask her to bring a assistant. All of the hair and make-up jobs were incredible with no complaints. Definitely recommend Cristal's services to others...

    Broke contract

    I hired Cristal for my destination wedding in Puerto Rico, with covid-19 we cancelled the wedding and informed her months early. Cristal completely disappeared, did not answer any phone calls, emails, or social media ( which she was still posting). She STOLE MY MONEY. very unprofessional. Till this day I have not heard anything from her ( I think she believes she can get away with it since I don't live in the island) DO NOT HIRE HER.
