  The BEST wedding planner!

  I recently photographed a wedding that Stefany planned and the experience was amazing! Stefany had great communication with me and all of the other vendors before the wedding and answered any questions I had. She helped me plan the timeline for the couples' day beforehand and made sure that everything stayed on schedule on the wedding day. Working with Stefany was one of the best experiences that I've had as a wedding photographer. I HIGHLY recommend hiring her to help you plan your perfect, stress free wedding day!!

  Stefany at Creating Moments was a pleasure to work with!

  Stefany, at Creating Moments, reached out to my band to potentially play at a wedding she was planning. She coordinated a time for the bride and groom to meet with us, hear a live sample of the music we play, and sit down with us to discuss logistics. We got booked to play the wedding that night. In the months leading up to the wedding date, all of our communication was with Stefany. She was always responsive, answered all of our questions and coordinated a time for us to view the venue prior so we would be prepared for set-up on the actual wedding day. I am sure the bride and groom appreciated not having to worry about the reception band, and we didn't feel like we needed to bother the bride since we could go to Stefany. We knew exactly what to expect, and on the day of the wedding, even though she was busy with ceremony and reception set-up, Stefany made sure we had everything we needed while we were setting up, including bringing us water! Being in a band, I have played at many weddings, and I have never seen a better coordinator. I would definitely encourage anyone looking for an event coordinator to reach out to Stefany at Creating Moments. She was a joy to work with and I know you would not be disappointed.

  Amazing wedding

  I have been to a lot of weddings and this one was at the top. Stefany helped create such a stress free day for the couple. She was so professional. There were so many compliments on the entire day. I would recommend Creating Moments for any event.
