Wedding of our dreams

We got married this past September, and we have so many amazing things to say about CRC. Where to start...

First off, the sprawling property is a hidden treasure, with two wedding venues, RV hookups, tons of on-site accommodations, and mountain views of Temecula valley and so much more, its hard to find a venue packed with so many features.

Bob, the owner, makes you feel so welcomed, you don't feel like another client signing a check, you feel like family once you step foot on CRC. Bob goes out of his way to make sure you and your party are taken care of, you couldn't ask for a better person to do business with!

Our décor guru, Gabby, has a meticulous attention to detail, and is a complete natural at her job. She made the entire planning process a breeze. She listened to our vision, offered valuable suggestions, and ensured that every element, from the floral arrangements to the table settings, reflected our vision. She bent over backwards to make sure we were happy and truly transformed the venue space into a fairytale setting that exceeded our wildest dreams. We can't thank you enough Gabby!! Tracey & Leslie, the heroes behind the scenes. They took charge of absolutely everything from the moment we met with them. They handled every challenge with grace, and made us feel assured that we would be taken care of. From coordinating vendors, rentals, managing food, drinks, table set up, employees, rehearsals, and everything else, they did it ALL. These women worked day and night to get us wedding ready. Together, Leslie and Tracey formed a dynamic duo that is really, really, hard to come by these days. Their commitment to making sure we were happy is unparalleled. Cheers to you two!

Very happy and could not recommend this place enough! You will not regret it!

I had my bridal shower at the villa at CRC and to say it was an amazing experience would be an understatement! The venue was beautiful. The staff was professional and a breeze to work with! Tracey, Leslie, and Gabby are truly the dream team! These ladies worked so hard to make my vision come to life in such a short amount of time! Down to every little detail they listened and delivered! I highly recommend booking with CRC! You will not be disappointed!

AMAZING experience at a BEAUTIFUL venue

Where do i even begin?! So we originally booked a different venue and a year later we found out it got shut down by the county. My fiancé and i searched for a new venue and came across CRC Ranch. When we first toured it we totally got Yellowstone vibes, which we both LOVED, and knew this was THE place for us. This venue is BEAUTIFUL.
The owner Bob heard about our situation with the previous venue and was willing to help us out, which we were so appreciative for. Then we met Tracey and Leslie. These two ladies were so amazing. They knew i was disappointed about my previous venue and they told me they would do everything they could to make my day amazing.. and they definitely exceeded my expectations. They were so easy to work with, incredibly helpful, and so sweet. They truly do care about each and every bride and it shows.. We got married on November 11th and it was one of the best days of my life. From the Ranch house to the ceremony site to the barn we had the reception in, everything was perfect. Everything was clean and the grounds were well taken care of. I wish i could re-live my day over and over. It was everything i could have wanted and more. I can not recommend this place enough! Thank you so so much!

Perfect Ranch Dream Wedding

This past weekend we had our wedding at California Ranch Company (CRC). This was an absolute dream wedding! Little about us. My husband and I are avid horse people and it was very important we had our horses as part of our wedding. We looked at several venues and CRC just felt the most like us. We worked with Tracey and Leslie, told them what we wanted and those girls made it happen!! We had the ultimate ranch dream wedding and I was able to turn a few barrels in my dress. Tracey was very responsive and easy to work with, she did really well making sure all the little details we wanted were handled and even went above and beyond. The catering and food was absolutely outstanding, the dj was really good! I feel like my playlist was a bit of a challenge and he coordinated it as if we practiced it several times. Everything was absolutely seamless and exceeded all expectations. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. A dream facility for many equestrians, it's also a working ranch which was really neat to have rodeo events for the guests to see before the ceremony. During and after the ceremony and reception I had numerous people come up and tell me how this was one of the best experiences and weddings they have ever attended. Many of these were seasoned wedding goers and those compliments were the cherry on top!

A huge thank you to the CRC staff. Bob for allowing us to treat the ranch as our own for our stay. Tracey for handling all the questions, coordinations and more. Leslie for going above and beyond to make my special signature drinks and also assisting with coordinations. The rest of the staff you do a wonderful job maintaining the facility, everyone we met and spoke to was very friendly and welcoming.

If you are looking for a ranch wedding this is absolutely the place to book. It's well worth it and you won't be disappointed! This was the best wedding I've ever been to and I am so glad it was mine!!

Wonderful venue!

We just had our wedding at CRC in September, and it was absolutely magical. The ranch itself is beautiful and well-kept and has a rustic feel, but with all the modern amenities. Tracey is always super responsive and organized, which helped the day go as smoothly as possible and stress free! I definitely felt like the staff at CRC went out of their way to provide an amazing day and add special touches that we will remember forever. The vendors are all great; catering is delicious, the DJ is awesome, and the decor vendor set up everything beautifully. We also rented the houses onsite, which is super fun for family to stay in and all hangout throughout the weekend. It was everything I hoped for and more. I still have friends and guests saying it was the best wedding they've been to, and it was all brought to life by CRC.

The perfect place to have a wedding. From start to finish, everyone was so amazing to us, especially Tracey. She went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly, from making phone calls to the vendors, to setting up a perfect timeline, to going out of her way to find sparklers we had forgotten for our grand entrance with only an hour to spare. The air bnbs on site are beautiful and super convenient. No one has to travel for a place to stay or to get ready at. The outdoor areas are perfectly groomed and ready for the wedding day. 10/10 experience...I wish I could relive it every weekend.

Beautiful venue

Tracey and Leslie were an absolute godsend! We had a catastrophe with our wedding venue falling through 2 months before our date. They were super helpful in making sure we were taken care of and given the wedding of our dreams. We couldn’t have wished for a more beautiful day. I highly recommend staying in the ranch house bnb and booking The Barn. All of our guests had nothing but good things to say about this venue. Thank you so much CRC Ranch for saving the day!

Dream come true

This venue is right out of a Halmark movie. So beautiful and romantic. They have 2 coordinators Tracey and Leslie that made everything run smoothly. I highly recommend this venue.

Best venue ever!!!!

If I could give CRC ranch more than 5 stars I would!! My fiancé and I had quite the wedding planning journey with our original wedding venue cancelling on us 6 months before our big day. Luckily, we found CRC ranch and they were so accommodating and understanding of our situation and were so willing to step in and help us replan our entire wedding. Our wedding at the ranch would not have been possible without Tracey. She was absolutely a dream to work with! Anytime I had a question or needed her for something, no matter the time or day she would always pick up the phone and was ready to help with anything we needed. She is such a hard worker. She planned and organized our whole day so seamlessly and professionally; we are extremely thankful for her and all she did for us. Thank you CRC ranch for hosting us, and a huge thank you for Tracey for putting in so much work to make our wedding day so special.

From the Mother of the Groom

We recently toured this beautiful property for our son's upcoming wedding. Annie and her team were extremely helpful and accommodating to all of our wishes. We are coming from out of town and needed additional help with hotels, other local vendors, and general information about Temecula. The CRC team was quick to respond and met our needs excellently! We are looking forward to a beautiful wedding at this luxury ranch!

Amazing / blessed

Man what an AMAZING VENUE AND STAFF!!!! We could not have asked for a better venue and the staff were 1st CLASS!! This is a hidden gem and don’t hesitate to call them asap to book your next big event. Our wedding was everything we wished it could be thanks to Tracey, Leslie and Gabi. Bobby is a 1st class owner and his property is beautiful for all and any occasion. Everyone there was so nice and talked to our wedding party let the kids play and have them rides in the golf cart. I mean we felt like we were truly at home during the 2 days we were there. The food catering is amazing and all the recommended vendors they have in their network our 1st class as well. I can go on and on about California Ranch Company, they truly made our wedding everything it could be and more! If you’re in the market for a venue I HIGHLY SUGGEST you call them and set up a meeting. You will definitely be impressed with their venue, their staff, the property and the list of vendors they have to make your event even easier. Truly the best experience we could have asked for!

We had the BEST experience having our wedding at CRC! Having the day of wedding coordinator was SO helpful! She took care of everything and made the day run so smoothly. Even if there were issues that came up, they were handled and taken care of without having to speak with us which created an stress-free experience . We stayed on the property for both the night before and the night of the wedding. We loved that we were able to do everything in one place for the wedding weekend including our rehearsal dinner. Everyone was so attentive and kind and helpful. Truly the best experience we could have asked for!

Amazing venue with wonderful staff

We had our wedding here in August 2021 and we couldn’t have picked a better venue. Although we only had our ceremony here, the entire staff went above and beyond for us. Especially Annie and Melissa. I’m so grateful for them. When I had a last minute emergency with our draping for our arch, Melissa pulled some strings and took care of the problem. Couldn’t recommend a better venue to have one of the most memorable days of your life!

My Fiancée and I just booked our wedding here! We are both so excited to bring our family to this amazing ranch! We were especially impressed with their hospitality during our tour. We knew we wanted a ranch style wedding and this is place is far beyond what we dreamed of. We can't wait!

The food, customer service, facilities and overall atmosphere at this GORGEOUS ranch is TOP-NOTCH!

CRC definitely exceeded our expectations! I know that future brides to be will love hearing how seamless I found the the planning process to be with the CRC Event Team. The folks at CRC thought of everything, which enabled all of us to ENJOY THE DAY! We especially appreciated the lovely professional photos that were taken

The Villa Wedding

We rented the villa for our wedding weekend. The owner is a great guy with an amazing property. Tracey and her staff went above and beyond helping find and set up anything we needed. The Villa is roomy and modern which made the day of that much easier. Highly recommended.

So Helpful

Everyone at CRC was so helpful! I had made the piece for the arch and it was not big enough. Luckily they had something on hand to use onsite and it went with my color scheme.
