  Such a naturally pretty venue!

  Absolutely love this venue and would recommend for anyone. It’s naturally gorgeous and doesn’t need much decor. You can tell the owners take pride since they are always updating it!

  Couldn’t have asked for a better venue!

  This venue is so perfect. Everyone who came had nothing but amazing things to say. Melony and her husband put their entire heart in this venue and your wedding. So easy to work with. Simply the best experience I could have had with a venue.

  Our wedding was exceptional thanks to Brian and Meloney (the owners of Common Bond)! We are from Kansas City and our friends and family made the trip down to Chadwick for the occasion. They have done an incredible job with the venue. The bride and grooms cabin is exceptionally decorated...well the whole place is. Meloney has been featured in multiple national magazines for her design talent. She and Brian have also worked with Joanna Gaines of Fixer Upper. So I think it goes without saying that the place is VERY well done!
  
  When searching for a venue for something as important as a wedding I think one thing that is often overlooked is the people you will be working with. Brian and Meloney are just awesome human beings and genuinely care about you and your experience at their property. We are so happy we chose to have our wedding at Common Bond! Thank you!!
