  Bridal Photos & Wedding!

  Charles was amazing. I had issues with my wedding dress, so I couldn't get bridal photos done until 2 days before my wedding. He was accommodating and extremely understanding. He was also with me the entire wedding day and captured some really special moments! As a person who does not like having my picture taken, he made sure I felt comfortable and beautiful all day! Thank you, Charles!

  Absolutely Amazing Photography!!

  Charles did absolutely amazing!! He took my bridal portraits and wedding photos. He had a canvas made and brought it to the wedding to display my favorite bridal portrait. He made everyone feel comfortable and laughing the entire time! He was open and flexible to try different poses, but our favorites were usually the poses he recommended! He took posed and candid photos of the ceremony and reception. We loved all OVER 1000 photos he sent us only 10 days after! We enjoyed working with CM photography and will definitely hire them again in the future! Thank you so much!

  If I could give him 1,000 stars I would. Charles was the absolute best part of our wedding. He was very responsive and stayed in contact from the day we hired him. Everyone that attended our wedding had so many compliments about him. As a bride I was so stressed, he offered me so much guidance even with things that didn't involve photography. His personality itself is amazing. If you are looking for a professional he is definitely your guy!! Our photos are gorgeous! We definitely gained a lifelong friend and the person I will use for all of our life events from here on out. Stop looking and choose CM Photography! You will not be disappointed!!

  The Best Choice

  CM Photography was the absolute best choice for our wedding.
  From the very beginning, Charles made it easy and smooth to explain what we wanted, he was flexible, he traveled, and he was so much fun! He took the most beautiful pictures that captured everything we wanted and will be able to reminisce for many years to come!

  Couldn’t pick someone better

  Charles was so friendly to all of our guests, made everyone laugh and made the whole day so perfect. He helped us capture our day so perfectly and I will cherish these photos forever! His work is so amazing and he got our photos back to us so fast!

  Charles was phenomenal! He was easy to contact in the months leading up to the wedding. He went above and beyond expectations. 10/10 would hire him again. Not only was his service outstanding, his pictures were gorgeous and he was so personable. My husband and I were laughing throughout the day with him and felt so relaxed during our wedding photos.   Amazing experience!

  Charles was beyond amazing, and such a great person to be included on our reception day. We only used him for our reception, since our wedding was elsewhere, but I wish we were able to work with him for our wedding as well. I cannot recommend Charles enough!

  A Ray of Sunshine

  It's hard to trust someone knowing they have to capture one of the best days of your life, but Charles did this. He made us feel very comfortable from day one with the process, was very responsive and helpful and in general, LOVES what he does and you can tell that by the first conversation you have with him. We would choose him again in a heartbeat!! Our pictures turned out amazing and exactly what we hoped for.

  Best wedding photographer ever!

  My husband and I loved working with Charles. He is very enjoyable to work with. Charles listens to what we want and need. I never had an issues asking questions or getting responses. He would do check-in's with us periodically to make sure we were all on the same page. Charles let us lead the direction our photos went with our wedding while still being helpful. His assistant is also amazing. She worked with my husband and his groomsmen before the ceremony and they could not stop talking about how much fun they had. Myself and my bridesmaids adored him. It was hard not to smile and enjoy taking pictures while he was around. He captured our wedding perfectly and I would not have it any other way. If you want amazing wedding photos and someone who is easy and flexible to work with, Charles is the way to go!

  Charles is hands down one of the best! When we first connected I immediately knew that he would the perfect photographer for our wedding—he instantly makes you feel so comfortable, and feel like you’ve known him for forever. Our engagement pictures were absolutely beautiful, and immediately knew that our wedding pictures were going to be even more amazing. During the time leading up to our wedding, we were in communication with Charles, and he made sure he understood our vision, and how to make it come to life. Not to mention, he had amazing suggestions on unique shots to take! On the day of the wedding, Charles was an absolute rockstar (9 1/2 hour day) he made everyone feel instantly comfortable, and had everyone laughing, and having a great time! At the end of the night I am pretty sure all of my friends and family became just as obsessed with him as I was. I am so lucky and grateful to have found Charles to capture our day. I cannot thank Charles enough for capturing our Wedding Day, and making the day so memorable🤍

  Dream come true

  Charles Merry was everything we wished for and more. He was so much fun to get to know and made us feel comfortable within the first 5 minutes of knowing him. He was unbelievably funny and so easy to work with. You can tell that Charles truly loves what he does and is absolutely amazing. He captured our entire day perfectly. We will be recommending him to everyone!! We truly couldn’t have asked for someone better than him.

  Charles was fantastic! We required a photographer for an 11 hour day, which is exhausting but he freaking crushed it. He was positive the whole day, he took tons of photos, he thought of all the detail shots. He was able to organize the wedding party quickly and in beautiful spots all over Charleston. He got us our pictures back within three weeks and shared pictures sneak peaks he very next day after the wedding. The photos were beautiful and we got soooo many! One of my favorite things was that Charles took tons of pictures of our guests! I loved seeing all of them having the best time!
  Definitely consider him for your big day! You won’t regret it!

  Wedding!!!

  Hands down the Absolute Best!!! We couldnt have asked for a better photographer! He seriously calmed my nerves the entire wedding session and made the entire wedding party so comfortable. Charles became family and his photography skills are some of the best ive ever seen!!!

  A wonderful experience ill never forget

  Charles was amazing! Patient and kind. Made sure I was happy all day! Made my husband who normally despises pictures love taking them! Charles truly captured the love. I am so thankful we chose him. He was ready for anything !

  So comfortable to work with!

  Charles was so great to work with. My wedding planner had recommended him and from first contact I knew he would be great for our big day. He met with us about a week before the wedding also just to talk about what our timeline looked like and if there were any shots we specifically wanted, was so helpful! Our family was so comfortable around him and are still talking about how great Charles was! Final photos were also presented in a super quick turn around time. Will definitely want to work with him again in the future!

  Perfect photographer for our perfect day

  CMphotography where just perfect for us. From the morning through the entire event. They were patient, funny, professional and captured every moment. The photos were ready with in a short amount of time and above and beyond what we were expecting. The only problem we have is how do we display all 1500 photos as we cant choose our favorites.

  Huge talent and a delight to work with!

  Chuck was everything I was looking for in a photographer--great talent with an artistic eye, and a fun, comforting personality that makes you feel at ease. His assistant was more than on the ball--I maintain she is a saint for trying to organize our group/requested photos! From the beginning of the experience, booking and having a conversation with Chuck about what we wanted, to now where we're starting to see those amazing shots trickle in, I have had total confidence and delight with this man and his work!

  Wish I could give Charles 10 stars!! I cannot express how grateful we are to him for making our wedding day so special by capturing so many lovely moments in a breath-taking way. What an AMAZING photographer!! From day one he made planning our event so stress free by answering our many questions and giving us photo ideas. He was so open minded and excited about the unique photo ideas we brought to him as well. Each photo he took was better than we even dreamed!! He took SO SO many pictures (more than any other photographer we know of!) from our beautifully posed portraits to truly capturing candid moments of the day that my husband and I didn't even know about until afterwards. Charles went to infinity and beyond to make our fairy tale day so magical!! :) All our guests loved him instantly which made taking photos even more comfortable and exciting as he truly made each picture beautiful all while my wedding party was still able to be themselves. Charles and his team were personal, creative, detailed, thoughtful, attentive, and so much fun!! His work is a masterpiece, and we are so thankful to him for being a trusted, reliable vendor on our big day. Much love to you, Charles!!

  Don't just have any wedding photog - get "Merried"

  We loved having Charles part of our special day. We came in from out of state to elope in Charleston, and the officiant had recommended him. We loved his work on his website, and he was such a pleasure from start to finish. He stayed in touch throughout and made the day relaxed and fun. We highly recommend Charles. You won't regret it!
