Lori did an absolute AMAZING job on both our wedding cake & my husbands grooms cake. We received so many compliments on both the cake flavors and designs. Lori was able to bring to life a cake that I've always wanted & was able to incorporate some Elvis Presley into it as well (since I love Elvis) - Professional & delicious, good pricing too! I would recommend Lori for anyones special wedding day! Thank you Lori. -

Lori made our wedding cake and it was Beautiful. The cake was not only beautiful but it tastes so good. We have a lot of guests came up to us asking who made our cake because it is very good. I knew when we had our cake tasting that Lori will be the one for us . We also love the fresh followers she added to our cake and its color combinations. We are highly recommended her!!! Thank You so much Lori for our Beautiful cake!!! -

Amazing cake!!
Lori was fabulous to work with! Her cakes are delicious! We almost ran out of cake, even after ordering more than needed, because people loved it so much! So moist and delicious! The cakes were beautiful and were even better than expected. She was wonderful to work with! And by far the best pricing as well.Classy Cakes by Lori's reply:

What can I say, her cakes not only look fantastic but taste amazing. We went to a ton of tastings and they were all just lacking something. Lori's cakes just do not compair to any other cake out there. They are so delicious and unforgetable. We had a total of 4 different flavor combinations for our bride and groom cake. All were excellent and all our guests wanted to know who made them. They taste homemade, fresh, and full of flavor. Lori also made a special cake for my new brotherinlaw, as his birthday was the same as our wedding day! He felt so special! You will not be disappointed. -

Lori was amazing to work with! She was so easy to work with and communication was on point. We got to try a lot of her flavors and it was so hard to make a decision. Our cake turned out amazing and was so delicious. I would highly recommend working with Lori! -

The CAKES were AMAZING! There are no words to describe how beautiful the wedding cake was! Lori made a geode cake that was not only gorgeous but also DELICIOUS! The grooms cake was perfect- a camping scene- and delicious too- chocolate peanut butter! The cake was gone- no left overs! So many complements from the guests about the cakes! Thank you for being part of our special day! We appreciated the cake testing process, the timely follow up to questions, the day-of-delivery and making the cake table beautiful!

WOW! Cakes by Lori was absolutely the right choice for our wedding cake! We chose to just do one main cake and upon your first appointment they will go over every detail with you and make recommendations along the way to make the process easier for you from the flavors to the color and decor. The flavors were just absolutely delicious, and I think our guests thought so too as there weren't any leftovers from the reception! I had guests coming up to me after asking where we went for our cake! Lori and he staff are also not only very professional but very personable and friendly and will make sure every detail is correct before the big day! If you want a delicious cake that won't break the bank I highly suggest cakes by Lori, we were amazed with how everything turned out and I would choose them again in a heart beat! -

March 21, 2019 Wedding
Lori and her cakes are amazing! She has such a down to earth and fun personality. From the start, she was able to discuss what our dream wedding cake would look and taste like and from there she was able to deliver exactly what we were hoping for! Lori went above and beyond letting us taste all of her different cake flavours. We decided on the three tier: white almond frosting with chopped strawberries on the first tier, raspberry mousse with white almond frosting, and white almond on the bottom. We also got a sheet cake with Mexican vanilla flavor. The cake itself was gorgeous, the taste was moist and soft. Icing was perfect sweetness. I got a lot of compliments from guests on the cake too! Thanl you Lori! You truly are great at what you do! I will refer many friends to you. -

Laura Sent on 09/17/2018Lori was absolutely amazing from the tasting all the way up to our wedding day. My mom, sisters and I met up with Lori at her place a few months before the wedding to try cake. Lori had what we requested ready to go, but she also had a few extra flavors that we weren’t expecting. We ended up choosing a flavor that wasn’t on our original menu, so I was so glad that she had the foresight to whip up a few extra tastes for us.
We had a five tier cake that consisted of three flavors: White Almond with raspberry mousse filling, Mexican Vanilla with strawberry mousse filling and Milk Chocolate with oreo mousse filling. Everyone raved about how good the cake was. We even had a few special Mexican Vanilla cupcakes made for our gluten free friends and made it a point to tell us how wonderful they were after the wedding.
I also couldn’t believe how beautiful the cake turned out. Lori brought the cake in the afternoon and had it set up before the photographer began taking photos of the reception hall. Although it was a simple design, Lori absolutely nailed what we asked for and we couldn’t have been more pleased.
I would recommend classy cakes any day and hope to use Lori for other events in the future!

Lora Sent on 05/08/2018We are so glad we chose Classy Cakes by Lori for our wedding cakes. The entire process was easy and super affordable which was a huge plus given that many of the wedding bakers around town not only made it difficult to get tasting appointments but they were very overpriced in our opinion. I really didn't give Lori much direction (not really sure what I wanted design wise) but she created the most beautiful 3-tier cake and arranged the flowers we provided. We will definitely use her services again.

Amy Sent on 07/09/2018Lori was incredible at our April wedding this year! She went above and beyond, our tasting, delivery, correspondence, vision and taste. Our cake was exactly what we wanted and we even rented a cake stand which was very convenient. Everyone raved about how tasty it was and how it was so us. The colors and texture were spot on and we plan on having her remake a small one for our 1 year anniversary. She is an amazing baker and was one of our favorite vendors.

Kira Sent on 01/08/2018I contacted Lori after meeting with our original cake vendor for a tasting and not being impressed with their flavor offerings or pricing. Lori blew the competition out of the water with her tasting selection and price quote. Lori was very responsive to emails to arrange the tasting meeting, sharing of inspiration pictures, pricing quotes, contract signing, anything I needed, she was an email away.
My cake inspiration photos included a pretty intricate fondant piece (The Millenium Falcon from Star Wars crashing into an otherwise pretty traditional butter cream wedding cake...groom is a big Star Wars fan). The spaceship was rice krispie treat covered in the fondant detailing...we cut it into servings and it was amazing... this is coming from someone who can take or leave rice krispies and usually scrapes off fondant.
Can't recommend Classy Cakes by Lori enough! -

Keshia Sent on 12/27/2017Lori is an amazing sweetheart and her cales are just as amazing! We used Lori for our engagement party, honeymoon shower, rehearsal dinner, and wedding! As well as burthday parties and holidays that fell in between. Her pricing is reasonable and affordable and her cakes are to die for! Every event we’ve had surrounding our wedding, our family and friends were left wanting more of her sweet treats! -
