Hiring Susan as a wedding planner was the best decision we made. She saved us a ton of time by only recommending vendors (venues, florists, etc.) that would do the very best job within our budget. 1. All the vendors she's worked with before absolutely love working with her--which means they were eager to accommodate us. They went out of their way to please us--because of Susan.
2. Susan knew how to get us the best value for our money on every element of the wedding, and she didn't encourage us to spend a penny more than we budgeted.
3. She led us through the process by being very informative and making suggestions, then letting us make all the decisions.
4. Even our out-of-town wedding guests benefited financially. She got a super deal on a beautiful hotel in the French Quarter, very close to the wedding venue.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Susan was able to refer me to other vendors including the florist, transportation, bakery, and photographer. Due her relationship with the vendors-they went the extra mile. The wedding and reception were flawless.
