We could not be happier with the choice of the Easton’s Beach Rotunda for our wedding!! We worked closely with Peggy who was professional, responsive and helped us think through all the details of our day! Beth was also outstanding the day of! She was attentive and answered any questions we might have had! The space is beautiful! We were barefoot on the sand on an absolutely incredible weather day in late September. Our cocktail hour overlooked the sunset on one side of the deck and cliff walk and beach on the other. We even had a carousel which I knew would be a hit for the kids.... let alone I’ve never seen some of my adult family members smile so big! Our reception was held in the ballroom which was clean, elegant and had 360 views of the water! Our rock band also sounded excellent in the space!

Amazing! Perfect beachside ceremony
Best decision we made! I wanted to get married on the beach and the rotunda delivered with a beachside ceremony and a reception in a room surrounded with windows looking out to the water. Super inexpensive but amazing! Peggy was great through the whole process and was very helpful! Since you do have to bring in all your own vendors I recommend having a day of coordinator to be there that day- although the rotunda does provide staff to help if you need it!

Everyone at the Rotunda was friendly, professional, and helpful. Planning was a breeze. What I like about this space is that you can make it your own - it is a big, open space with stunning 360 degree views. Not only that but the carousel was a BLAST- folks in our party just loved it (see photos). People were lining up to get on.
The venue also doesn't try to get you with hidden fees. Their prices are their prices, and what you read in the rental package is what you get. And that includes things like tables and chairs!
We had a really good experience here, especially with bringing in a caterer who did a buffet style setup, which I think the space is conducive to.
I highly recommend this venue.

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Easton Beach Rotunda Ballroom in June 2018, and we could not have been more thrilled with how everything turned out. Peggy Magner is the venue manager, and honestly, she was one of the primary reasons why we selected the Rotunda as our wedding venue. Peggy was a complete professional from day one of communicating with her. Peggy was filled with great knowledge and advice on which vendors we could work with to make our wedding day perfect. She remained in contact with us throughout our year-and-a-half long engagement, never hesitating to answer our questions every step of the way. I felt like our wedding was in great hands with Peggy at the helm.
Not only was Peggy the best to work with, but the space is absolutely beautiful. I never thought we’d be able to afford a beachside wedding in Newport, but the Rotunda is very reasonably priced. We were also lucky that the weather cooperated with us so that we could have our beautiful ceremony outdoors with the ocean as our gorgeous backdrop. Our guests also were so excited to ride on the carousel, which is definitely a very unique wedding experience that you can’t get at any other venue.
Thank you to Peggy and to the Rotunda Ballroom staff for making our wedding truly magnificent in every way.

This is the best value in the area hands down. You get an ocean front venue with 360 degree water views, ceremony on the beach and a carousel for cocktail hour, what more could you need?! We could not be more pleased with Peggy and her team. Peggy was extremely knowledgeable and responsive throughout our entire process. Most of our guests came from out of town and were blown away by their experience at Easton's Beach.

We chose the Rotunda for its beautiful location and ballroom. The carousel was an added bonus.... and we captured some amazing photos and video. Peggie was great!! Very prompt answering my emails and calls. Staff was very professional. We are so glad we chose the Rotunda for our wedding.

We had a wonderful experience getting married at Easton's Beach Rotunda Ballroom. Their staff were helpful, friendly and responsive throughout the planning process. Every time I emailed a question I received a response almost immediately and on the day of when I was concerned about it raining their staff was quick in reassuring me of my options which was very calming and helpful. The event went off flawlessly, everyone really enjoyed the carousel and the space is beautiful. I highly recommend this venue!

Eastons Beach was the best venue ever. The day of the wedding it poured rain for hours and I was so nervous because I really wanted the outdoor ceremony. I had told the venue I wanted to wait as long as possible before moving the wedding inside. They were more than accommodating about my request. Luckily a few hours before the ceremony the rain stopped, and we were able to have the outdoor ceremony. The pictures at Eastons were incredible, the waves in the background make some of the pictures.

We had our wedding at the Rotunda on 5/28/17. It was a cold, windy day, but our guests could not talking about how beautiful everything was! We fell in love with the venue years ago and the fact that there is no such thing as a bad view from the ballroom. We were so happy to know that our guests were able to appreciate how beautiful it was too! Peggy was a dream to work with. She responded to every question and was always kind. She kept everything running smoothly on the day of the wedding. We are so grateful to have had such a wonderful team of people to make our special day amazing. I will always recommend the Rotunda because the value, beauty, and the professionalism is unparalleled. Best venue!

My event was the Unique Boutique Craft Fair, not a wedding. However, We are highly pleased by the value and service we receive at Easton's Beach Rotunda. We have been there for seven years ( I think) and have already reserved for next year. All our vendors and customers love the room at the ease of set up there.

This venue has it all! Amazing view and ambiance, responsive and flexible staff truly focused on helping us before and during the event, and such a joyful experience! Riding the carousel really sealed the day for us and the whole experience will be remembered with so much joy.

If you want an ocean front view for your wedding reception without breaking the budget, please look no further than Easton's Beach Rotunda Ballroom! Inside was very spacious for about 100 guests where they all had a breathtaking view of the ocean from their tables and plenty of space to dance once they finished eating.
Peggy was very easy to work with and responded back promptly answering any and all questions that we had leading up to the big day.
Our guests also loved the carousel that was open to all our guests during the cocktail hour! Many took advantage of that.

We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was amazing! Easton beach was super accommodating and made sure everything was seamless. Great spot to host your event. Make sure you utilize the carousel and outdoor areas are great for "lawn" games.

Great venue! My guests are still saying what a great time they had! 0ther than the black fence with what looks like construction vehicles behind the place that took away from the pictures, the ocean view was beautiful!

I can't possibly say enough about how wonderful this venue was for our 9/9/16 wedding. Not only is it beautiful, but the staff is truly amazing. Peggy has been there for me via phone or email throughout the entire process leading up to our wedding day. She was always available, helpful, and made me feel 100 times better each time we spoke. Everything went off without a hitch, and the staff handled everything perfectly through and through. We highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a beautiful location, great atmosphere, accommodating staff, and fair price. They made our day unforgettable!

This was a tremendous venue. We booked it long distance (sight unseen other than by internet), but it came highly recommended by some folks in the Newport area. We used it for our rehearsal dinner, but in looking back, could have easily and gladly used it as our venue for our wedding itself which had already been reserved at that point at another local. Peggy Magner was our main point of contact and she was phenomenal. We worked out all details by phone and email, and everything went exceedingly well and according to plan. No surprises. The setting was absolutely stunning, the facility was clean and provided ample parking and use of the carousel and Cliff Walk for our guests. The set up and clean up crew were tremendously efficient and considerate. The price was well within reason. Absolutely no complaints from us whatsoever. We could not have been more pleased. Thank you, Peggy & Eric both!

Easton's Beach is a wonderful venue, great location and the most helpful staff around. I've used it for several functions over the years and have never been disappointed. They even brought me a bag of ice on a hot day to keep the drinks cold so I didn't have to run out to the store!

My husband and I had our reception at Easton's Beach Rotunda on July 15, 2016. Peggy and her staff did an INCREDIBLE job pulling together everything we had hoped for. The cocktail hour on the boardwalk with the carousel added tons of charm. The sunset on the beach was beautiful and the open floor plan offered lots of dancing room. All of our guests loved the mix of casual and formal with resounding feedback of " so beautiful". I don't think you could find a venue of that caliber in Newport for the price. Thank you Peggy!!! What a beautiful venue!! Peggy was a gracious hostess and was very helpful during the planning stages.; she was even there to greet us the evening of the wedding to get the festivities rolling. Our guests really enjoyed the carousel. The 360 degree water views were fantastic. The rotunda was bright and cheery. We did not get up lighting and with large high floral arrangements on half the tables and short flowers on the rest the room looked majestic . I highly recommend the Rotunda our event was thoroughly enjoyed by all our guests. I am so glad we selected this site. !
