  Absolutely amazing wedding band!

  We got married in Key West in November 2023. We hired the Chris Thomas band to play our reception at southernmost resort. The band was incredible. They played all the music that we requested and and honestly they could not have done a better job! All of our wedding guests commented the same. This is a good band to hire!

  Amara Cay 4/29

  We hired Chris Thomas to play solo with his guitar for our wedding at Amara Cay Resort in Islamorada, Florida. He exceeded our expectations & we could not have been happier with his talent! He was the perfect addition to the laid back Keys style wedding that we were going for. We would hire him again in a heartbeat! Thank you Chris! :)

  Chris Thomas Music makes an unforgettable day even better!

  We were debating hiring a DJ for our wedding at the Audubon House in Key West because they could play more of our style of music instead of the typical wedding tunes played by many bands today. We are SO HAPPY we went with Chris Thomas Music instead. The solo guitar ceremony music was perfect for the whimsical Audubon House venue. Then, the 5-piece band rocked the reception with songs we were able to hand select from Chris's repertoire of hundreds of songs. An already unforgettable experience was enhanced so much more by the band.

  4/13/2023 Wedding at KWGC

  My fiancé and I are both musicians so the music for our reception was especially important to us.We hired Chris to play a solo acoustic set during cocktail hour at our wedding at Key West Garden Club in April.I also provided a playlist we had curated to be played but was so impressed with his performance that we asked if he would continue to play through the rest of the party!He was happy to accommodate our requests and I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for live music for their private event.

  Chris Thomas was Amazing!

  We had Chris play a Solo Acoustic session during our welcome party for our wedding weekend @ Playa Largo in Key Largo, FL. The entire process was very smooth and Chris was a joy to work with. Not to mention it was one of the best performances - would highly recommend using Chris!

  Amazing Welcome Party Performance

  Chris was incredible at our welcome party! Our wedding was at Playa Largo in Key Largo and Chris was the perfect choice. He arrived early, played great music, and was extremely flexible when we asked him to play for 30min longer than we originally discussed. We would definitely recommend him to a friend and would also have him at any future events we do.

  Chris was great to work with and was very responsive. I hired Chris to play solo for ceremony and cocktail hour, and then had a 3-piece band for the reception. Everyone danced the entire time! He was able to play recordings for things like our processional songs too. Would recommend!

  Chris Thomas Was Amazing!

  We hired Chris Thomas to create a cool, tropical "Keys" vibe for our daughter's rehearsal dinner at Baker's Cay Resort in October 2022 and he did NOT disappoint! My husband and I had the pleasure of enjoying his music while visiting Key West a few years back and we knew he would be a perfect fit for our daughter's wedding.
  
  Chris was so easy to work with. He supplied a (very long and varied) song list and asked us to submit some of our favorites...and some we actually didn't want played.
  
  Chris is very familiar with many of the popular wedding venues in the Florida Keys, which is very helpful the day of. He knew exactly where to go, how to set everything up and was such an absolute pleasure to be around. Our guests absolutely loved him. You and your guests will too!

  I would highly recommend Chris Thomas Music to any couple planning their wedding. We originally chose Chris based off his reviews and they were very accurate! Communication throughout the planning phase was excellent and day of execution was flawless. Our wedding was held at Isla Bella Beach Resort in Marathon, FL. Chris did an amazing job performing solo during our ceremony and cocktail hour. The Trio played during our reception and had everyone on the dance floor. Chris has a great playlist to choose from and had guests of all ages raving about the band to us.

  The Best for Our Special Day!

  Honestly we couldn't have asked for a better group to play for our wedding!! We chose Chris plus two additional members and they CRUSHED it! The entire wedding was up dancing the whole time, from the moment we stepped into the reception space. I wish we could do it all again to hear them play!

  Amazing Key West Band

  I hired the 5 piece band for my wedding at the Truman Little White house and they were AMAZING! 6 months later and my guests are still talking about the band and how great they were. They sang every single song that my guests requested. I could not recommend the Chris Thomas Band enough!

His song list was massive, and he even learned some new tunes that I wanted performed during the wedding. I couldn’t have asked for this to turn out any better and it was a fantastic experience and we’re so happy with our decision.

  My daughter hired Chris Thomas for her destination wedding in Key West on Jan 22 2022. Chris provided acoustic music at the wedding ceremony at the Oldest House followed by his 4 piece band at the reception at the Old Town Manor. Chris was the perfect selection for both occasions. He was professional, courteous and well-seasoned to provide just the right touch at both events. His background acoustic guitar at the ceremony set the mood and then after at the reception he rocked the dance floor from start to finish. The guests continue to talk about how great the band was.   Amazing Band that Made Our Wedding So Special

  Thank you to Chris Thomas and his 3 piece band!
  Their music made our wedding reception at the Conch Republic Seafood Company incredible! Chris was so responsive and easy to work with. He also is an excellent performer and was able to completely customize our reception to fit the feeling of the crowd. By the end of the night EVERYONE was on their feet dancing! We received so many compliments on the entertainment. His song list is also extensive to reach a variety of musical tastes. I would 100% recommend this band to anyone booking in the Florida Keys!

  Exceptional Musician

  Chris played at our destination wedding in Key West. He was fantastic! He has a large variety of music to pick from and played everything on my list. Very professional and easy to work with. He is an excellent musician. If I lived closer I would definitely hire him again for another event!

  Chris is talented and professional, the music we selected was eclectic but beautifully performed. Recommend for wedding ceremony music, my wife walked down the isle to Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots by Flaming Lips and it was amazing. He provides a song-list and it covers a vast range. I believe he can play guitar or piano and he has a great voice, we used him for acoustic guitar with voice.

  Thank you Chris fo helping out with the music selection! You playing our Ukulele meant everything to us. Our son loved singing along at the end of the ceremony with you. You played all of our songs beautifully!

  Wedding- Islamorada, FL

  Chris Thomas played our wedding on 10/07/2021 at Pierre’s in Islamorada, FL. He performed solo and did a fantastic job!! Our guests loved his music and still are talking about how awesome he sounded out on the beach! He totally picked up our vibe for the wedding and we could not have been more thrilled with him! We also had him learn our first dance song which was Tyler Childers- All Your’n. We were speechless when we heard it! He is very pleasant and awesome to work with. He always responded to our emails quickly and answered any questions we had. Thanks again Chris!!

  My husband and I had our wedding in February 2022 at First Flight Restaurant & Brewery in Key West, FL. I was recommended by the venue to reach out to Chris, he is one of the best on the island! Chris made the introduction and down payment a breeze, we connected via phone for the whole process. We hired Chris to be the solo musician for our wedding. On the wedding day, Chris was on time, sang/played all the songs we planned on, & was accommodating to requests. It was a beautiful evening, we appreciated Chris being there with us! Cheers!

  The only band you should hire!

  I just wanted to take a moment to post a rave review about Chris Thomas Music! Chris, along with a female singer/guitarist, and a steel drummer, played our wedding and we are STILL getting compliments about how awesome the music was. Planning a destination wedding and being unable to meet many of our vendors in person prior to the wedding (thanks COVID), there is always a little underlying worry, no matter how many online samples you may see. The band is such an important part of any wedding so you want to make sure you have the best one! Well let me tell you, there was never a point that the dance floor was not completely filled with happy people singing and dancing (*COVID disclaimer we had an outdoor wedding on the beach so fortunately no dance floor restrictions!). Chris was so incredibly easy to work with and accommodating to our EVERY request throughout the entirety of the planning process! We had a very specific “island vibe” that we wanted for our wedding and Chris completely nailed it. He played a very specific version of “Can’t Help Falling in Love” for our processional on the guitar, “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” on UKELELE (my dream) for recessional, he did a duo with the steel drummer for cocktail hour, then we had the full team for the reception. Chris has a sample song list that I was able to choose every single song we wanted played, and he even let me make suggestions for songs that would be played on the sound system for when they took food/drink breaks. At no point during the whole night was a song played that we did not LOVE. He was even gracious enough to play the original recordings of the songs we wanted for our first dances (though he would have done a phenomenal job assuredly, but we had very emotional attachments to these versions). We are SO happy that we chose Chris Thomas Music for our wedding!!!

  Thank you for making our wedding day so special!

  We hired Chris Thomas to play guitar and ukulele for our intimate family wedding ceremony and cocktail hour at Playa Largo Resort in Key Largo. Chris always responded to me immediately and made the planning process easy (which I didn't think would be possible since we had our wedding in the middle of a global pandemic)! He is very talented and was happy to play anything we asked for off of his song list, which included such a big selection of songs that we had a hard time narrowing it down. He was so kind, easy to work with, and flexible with last minute changes (i.e., our reception had to be moved due to high winds on the beach). Looking back on our wedding video now brings me to tears hearing Chris play our favorite song (Somewhere Over the Rainbow) as we walked down the aisle together on the happiest day of our lives. If you're looking for a sign to pick a musician, this is it! You won't regret choosing Chris Thomas for your wedding day.
