  Great Place for Weddings on a Budget

  The wedding packages they offer can fit any brides budget. You can do both ceremony and reception in the venue which was a big thing for me. Great people to work with and super fast at responding to my TONS of emails :)

  We worked with Kathy, and we absolutely loved her! She was so helpful and kind, and she was always a step ahead of us. The food here is fantastic as well, and it's a beautiful venue.

  This vendor is a very nice place for a reception. They also do weddings. The food was excellent and reasonable in price. The event coordinator was easy to work with though not always available.

  I had my wedding reception at Chateau Thomas. The decorations, food, and price were great. However, the customer service was abysmal. I planned my wedding in less than a year, and went through four different banquet managers through this process. With each staff change, it was like starting over. Then, the fourth banquet manager wasn't even at the reception. They didn't have the right drinks out at the even, despite us telling each person. Also, when I went to pay a few days before the event, their elevator was broken. I told them what an issue this was as we had grandparents in their 80s in attendance and I was on crutches myself. They promised it would be working for our event... it wasn't. It's a shame they can't get good staff and good customer service because it's a good product at a good price. I'd recommend everyone to pay more though to not have to deal with their unprofessionalism.
